There was nothing not to like.

What a special place! Our stay the week before Christmas, was truly incredible! The location was perfect. We were so glad we booked our lodging on this side of the river. During the day, it's full of life and activity, but at night, it's calm, peaceful and captivating. Hotel Nerudova 211 sits right below the castle complex, close to many restaurants and fun shops. (Be sure to visit Antikvariat Nerudova just a few doors down, for original artwork and a wonderful selection of books!) There is easy access to public transportation and it is only a short walk to the Charles Bridge. The hotel was so lovely; not one detail left undone. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, beautifully decorated and included everything we might need. However, the absolute best thing about Hotel Nerudova is Jan and Sarah! They were so personable, thoughtful and extremely responsive and attentive. They were very generous with their time-arranging airport transfers, tracking down our lost luggage and providing laundry service, among many other things. We appreciated how tirelessly they worked to provide exceptional customer service and to connect personally with their guests. Without a doubt, this stay was one of the most exceptional we've ever had! We highly recommend this gem!

Everything! From the moment I booked l the communication was speedy and provided with all the help we needed for our trip. The host and hotel people are so extremely friendly and go extra miles to ensure you are comfortable and all your requirements were met. I used the airport pick up and drop off services and Kamil the driver he is so refreshing, polite and very helpful, thank you Kamil for your professional services 🙏 Because I cannot sleep without a fan and only drink bottled water, they arranged for all of this to be in the room FREE OF CHARGE! Sara and Jan literally made me feel home. The hotel and rooms are super clean, I am a OCD when it comes to cleaning and it was perfectly clean in every single corner. The hotel location is central and very close to all key attractions by foot with lots of food places around. Sara and Jan provide a well prepared full food and tour guides to scan on QR code, which was super helpful, thank you again 💓 😀 The hotel architecture is so so charming an beautiful and the rooms are so spacious with high ceilings and big airy windows which is perfect for my liking The shower water pressure is strong with delicious hot water to shower after a long day exploring the city 😀 Bottom line... this is the most perfect stay in Prague, look no more and book this amazing place that offers more than a stay, it is an experience by itself and perfect for working abroad as well, wifi is strong and the lobby has comfy sofas and some light homemade snacks and drinks for free. You must try the small cake bites Jan mother bakes freshly...oh my! Super delicious and yummy. Thank you Sara, Jan, Kamil and all other team members for making our stay memorable and we will definitely come again :)

Hote Nerudova is a lovingly restored, tastefully curated, conveniently located bit of Prague heaven in this charming city bustling with tourists. The owners and staff of this quiet hotel offered impeccable service - always with a smile - and frequently went above and beyond, making our stay so incredibly pleasant. The hotel's small cafe restaurant 211 provided the same quality service, serving tasty breakfast treats along with great 'filtered' coffee, and stays open well into the evening. Did I mention the beautiful 18th century painted panel ceilings revealed during a recent renovation? Lovely.

The whole experience was wonderful! The whole team put so much kindness and effort into hosting, looking for ways to add details to make the stay enjoyable. We really felt greeted and welcomed back each time we returned. Complimentary laundry was a huge bonus! The adjacent cafe was a lovely place to begin each day, their mint lemonade may have been our kids’ favorite part of vacation. Location was great - very close to main Old Town tourist sites but also an easier walk than most to Prague Castle, while not being in an overcrowded section. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation, and would happily stay there again in the future!

The whole experience was great!

Excellent boutique hotel very conveniently situated close to the castle and other attractions. The hosts and staff were very accessible and responsive to requests. They were prompt in their responses and very helpful with suggestions. The person who checked us in told us the history of the hotel which made it even more special. They also gave us options for a welcome drink. The rooms were lovely and it was evident that the entire project was done with a lot of love and attention to detail. We had breakfast at the attached Cafe and it was delicious. All in all, fantastic place and I'd definitely stay there again.

I can't say enough positive things about our recent stay at Hotel Nerudova 211. The hotel far exceeded our expectations- I always find something to complain about, but in this case I cannot. The hotel was taken over by Jan and Sara, a beautiful young couple, in August 2022. They painstakingly and completely renovated the entire facility with attention to detail and old-world craftsmanship. They even preserved an original wall mural and beautiful, ornate ceilings in the hallway outside our room. Our suite was spacious and immaculate. Even the beds, pillows and duvets were comfortable (and this is generally what I complain about). Jan and Sarah were also extraordinarily helpful in providing recommendations, making restaurant reservations, and helping to arrange transportation. Our stay was marvelous, the location perfect, the hotel and staff lovely and charming, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

honestly, no complaints!

This hotel is owned by a very gracious couple who take amazing care of their hotel and its guests. Jan was extremely accommodating for us upon arrival. The room was GORGEOUS and super spacious, with views to the historic frescos and architecture from the building. The beds were super comfortable and the room had so many little details we really appreciated. They even did our laundry for us, free of charge. The breakfast was also very good, and made for an easy start to our day. The hotel is also centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere. We really loved our stay at Hotel Nerudova and hope to come back to visit soon!

NOTHING! Everything was perfect.

Our space was lovely! Exceeded expectations in every way! The location was ideal! If arriving by train, we would recommend a taxi. We walked but it felt longer than expected due to heat. Jan and Sarah went above and beyond at every single opportunity! They were the best City hosts we have every had anywhere! Loved the local products in the bathrooms! Can't recommend them enough!

Can't think of a single thing! They were amazing, their recommendations for meals were amazing and they even went so far as to provide us city recommendations for our next stop on our trip, Berlin! We were so grateful!

This boutique hotel is located on Nerudova Street, right in the heart of Mala Strana and only a 3-minute walk from the famous Charles Bridge. The staff are extremely helpful and will go more than one extra mile to accommodate any of your requests, and help you plan your visit to Prague and trips outside the city. The food recommendations did not let us down and ranged from Michelin-starred restaurants to everyday food places locals go to. We loved staying here and we will definitely return if back in Prague!
