Close to the conference center. Nice atmosphere. Friendly and cozy room. I like my herbal tea, so having the possibility to prepare it myself each time I need is a good advantage of the hotel. Nice people around.

I could not buy anything from the shop :( There are some pretty nice crystals there... I paid for some services like spa access and I could not use them due to my working program. It would be nice to offer access to use them when clients pay for even it has to check-out the room. Flexibility has a sense and a meaning in business. It matters a lot.

It looks like typical hotel from the movie, nothing extraordinary, but sometimes it is exactly what you need. And we took executive (or exclusive) package with lounge and spa and it was genuinely right decision, they offer unlimited wine and snacks in the lounge. From the spa there is really nice panoramic view all over the Prague, and from room there is nice view as well. Breakfasts were really good, big variety of everything, fruits, bakery and so on. For us it was enough.

Spa zone isn’t so big, and on our first attempt in the evening it was completely packed, and there is no reservation, so you have to consider it. Last hour of breakfast is also rush hour and a bit crowded, but in general it was ok. TV in the room failed to connect to my laptop, but also not a big trouble.

At my arrival I was warmly greeted by your FOH staff. Especially a young woman went out of her way to assist me when she learned that my luggage hadn´t arrived with me. We even shared a good laugh. She gave me some toiletries. One of the items was a comb. I do have very short hair and said, pointing at my head, that I don´t need one. Its nice to have a good laugh together. I was unhappy with the scrambled eggs, far too runny, and the knives, all blunt, at breakfast. I asked to speak to the manager and he was happy that I expressed my concerns directly to him. We had a good chat together.

Why is there still an ashtray in the toilet? The desk showed a lot of spots, due to water damage. I was a bit disappointed, that that the pool was not free of charge. I do understand, that you charge for the spa, but the pool and the gym should be free of charge.

Wonderful place to stay. I could not have found a better place for my business trip since my meetings were held at the Congress Centre just across the street. I just loved everything from the very first moment I arrived to the hotel until my last second at the lobby. The room was lovely and the executive lounge was top tier. I also had the chance to swim in the pool and relax a little. The morning breakfast was awesome too, It helped me a lot since I did not have to find another place for breakfast before attending my meetings. Staff was exceptionally kind and always found a way to help me out, they solved every question and/or issue I had. It was also very helpful that the hotel is located just by the metro station.

There was nothing I disliked about Corinthia.

It was a very good stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient for the public transportation. Although it is not in the city center, it has a very easy access to the metro. The metro station is just in front of the hotel and you can reach to the city center (Museum stop) in less than 10 minutes. It is very secure. We stayed as 4 girls, and very comfortable and safe to stay and use the metro. The size of the rooms are decent. And the over all cleanness is very good at the hotel. We did not have breakfast, so we did not experience it.

They put just 1 bottle of water for 2 persons for the first night. And they did not replace it back during our stay. It is not a big deal but you would expect such small gesture from a 5 star hotel. The bathrooms are a little bit small.

The hotel was far to the city center but well connected by metro. The hotel is very close to the Prague congress center. There was a very nice SPA on the top floor (not included in the fee) with a wonderful swimming pool, sauna and hammam, although for some reasons they offered me free entrance for the whole stay. They give you the towels there. The room was clean, the mattress very confortable. Breakfast was eccellent!

If you are in the city centre and it is late at night, the metro does not work and you need to come back by tram. Pay attention to the levels, as the tram arrives close to the hotel, but to reach it you need to climb numerous steps.

For sure it will be bar service crew from Lounge 62. Delicious drinks served with a beautiful smile. Everything was a high standard. Starting with the receptionist, they were very helpful and very kind. Tasty breakfast, nice, cozy room with everything you need. Great located near the old town, you go outside and you are two steps away from closest metro station. Like I told in reception at the check-out time: I will surely recommend this hotel for everyone who plans to visit Prague.

Customer service was top knotch! Everyone were very polite, professional and ready to help. They upgraded my room and let me do an early check-in! Very thankful for that! Gym was amazing, had a lot of weights an maschines!

From pool and sauna area (which you have to pay extra) I had higher expectations... Did not like area at all. It was too small, if there is a group of people in pool area you immediatelly do not have place to hang out. SPA area needs an upgrade or refurbishment for sure if you try to charge extra for that. What I hated as well is the two tap thing in the shower, I find it very difficult to manage the right water temperature it just frustated me every morning.

I loved the city view from my room and Let's eat - breakfast restaurant, music in the elevators, touch of nostalgia, peace & quiet. Team members are very friendly and welcoming, thank you Mary Rose from the Room service for making my stay special with your smile and positive spirit! :) Housekeeping did a great job as well, special thanks to the lady who cleaned my room on 21.2. and fixed the closet door! :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Corinthia Hotel in Prague. Here's why I would highly recommend it: - Top-notch service: The staff, especially Agatha, the Customer Relationship Manager, was exceptional. She was attentive, kind and swiftly resolved even minor issues. - Ideal location: The hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station, making commuting around the city a breeze. - Superb relaxation facilities: After a long day of work, the wellness amenities offered by the hotel – a refreshing swim, a relaxing sauna, or an invigorating cold plunge – were adept at melting away the day's fatigue. - Excellent executive lounge: The executive lounge offered great snacks and drinks – a perfect place to unwind.

The only minor suggestion for improvement would be a touch of modernization, as the hotel's rich history also gives it a sense of age. However, this in no way detracted from the high standard of service and comfort during my stay.
