The hotel had everything desired for a short stay. It was clean, staff were welcoming and offered us a free drink, provided information for money exchange, tours, and public transport. Subways, trams and many sights are within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. There are lots of mini markets, stores and eateries right along the streets too. Frankly it is such a short distance from the Main train station - about 3 short stops, that one does not need to rely on a taxi.

The windows in the bedroom have an unusual way to open & close. We struggled the whole time to keep it slightly open because it would get warm at times and there was no air circulation with no fan or thermostat. If you open the window a bit more you would end up hitting your head because the bed was so close to it. The hotel should consider providing a fan in the bedrooms.

The location was good as the tram and bus station was in walking distance. At the given price range, it was more than good. The staff were good and friendly and cooperative. Breakfast has variety but the item was good to go. The room space was bit small but nicely managed. They have cool welcome drinks items.

- The room size - Breakfast items can be improved - Air Conditioning can be manage in a good way though they have plug fans - Plugs should be based on international use based. Couldn’t charge my phone because of the unknown plugs!

Convenient location, parking,breakfast. Stayed in the hotel for three days. I must mention the high level of service. Excellent and courteous hotel staff, absolutely positive answers to all questions, they help with all request. Spacious, clean room. Very quiet. The kitchen is great. Cozy restaurant, fresh, tasty buffet breakfast, fragrant coffee. Breakfast is included in the price. Nice young lady in the restaurant is very friendly and attentive. Many thanks to the restaurant staff for the delicious food and professional service. Sincere thanks to the incredibly polite, smiling, caring and attentive staff! I liked absolutely everything !

The room was nice, clean and in a very good condition, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was great, with a good choice of food and everything was being refilled continuously. The staff was also friendly both at reception and at breakfast. We would definitely return here. All tourist attractions can be reached from the hotel with a decent amount of walking, but there are multiple public transportation options as well nearby.

The walls are a bit thin, so you could sometimes hear noise from other rooms and the staircase.

The hotel is walking distance from the museum and therefore Wenceslas Square, we walked down each day we were there. The rooms were quiet and large, bathroom was just what you needed, small, clean and tidy. We asked the night before we left about breakfast the next morning, as we were leaving before it started. They set us up 2 take away bags, don't think this is a usual service, but it was very much appreciated. Breakfast was a good selection and the room was clean and presentable.

I asked for a double bed, they were 2 singles pushed together, and 2 separate duvets as someone who likes to cuddle it wasn't very comfortable. I understand the need for being able to split them, there just has to be a better way. There could be more hangers in the wardrobe, I think we got 4 as we were staying 5 nights we had more clothes.

Thank you gor the exceptional services met by the front desk receptionist with her warmth and friendly welcome. She was very helpful with all the things to see and do in Prague. As request for true local authentic Czech meal referred by her was delicious. She let us borrow the umbrellas -so thankful for that!! 😊🙏Loved the Welcome drinks and tge included breakfast buffet. They were very generous with wide varieties and quality freshness. The property itself was warming, clean and well maintained. Rooms were spacious and smoke free. The shower stall wis a bit tight, not a big issue compared to ALL the other services offered by Prague Season Three Starts. Thank you for the amazing comforts we experienced far beyond our expectations. I thank my wife for this excellent choice of hotel.

Nothing really. Just the shower stall was a bit tight for a person with a bigger built. It worked perfect for our family. 😂

I booked 2 separate rooms for my friends who stayed for 2 nights in Prague, and they had a wonderful experience. They mentioned that the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a great starting point as it is close to the old town and public transport. The hotel is newly renovated. Breakfast is superb - everything is fresh and full of products. Great coffee machine with many options to choose from. The kitchen ladies are nice and do a great job. The service is very polite and helpful. Karin from the front desk is very polite and speaks great in many languages. The stay at this hotel was very pleasant.

The hotel is located on a very busy road, although the old double windows do a good amount of soundproofing. The elevator is very old but works perfectly.
