Very clean and spacious, easy check in and check out, private parking.

all was fine, just an advice for upgrade: we misses a full size mirror, the only mirror was in the bathroom. The shower pressure was too low, impossible to wash your hair. No air conditioning, it is getting too warm in the summer. You fo mot need to pay for parking on the weekends as the street parking arround the house is free of charge on Saturdays and Sundays. Despite all that our stay was really pleasant and we highly recommend the places.

The apartment is very nice and it is easy to get to the city center with tramb 22. The stop is 2min from the apartment. Thre is a shop not more than 5min away and works till late hours. There is also a Vietnamese restaurant at the tramb stop,which is ok with tasty food. There is a nice small park near,which is refreshing to sit to after long day of siteseeing. The apartment is clean and there is everything you may need for your stay.

The pillows are big but too soft ,which did not please us ,but it depends on personal preference.

It's very clean and comfortable and modern finishing / furnishing. The noise insulation is not great, but it's a quiet area and a quiet apartment so we didn't suffer at all from that. The location is very good with a tram stop almost right at the door. The kitchen and room sizes are very good. The internet works really well. There is a common laundry room and a separate common luggage where items can be stored for free.

The only slightly "weak point" is the water pressure. Despite the modern sanitaries, we could have used a bit more of it in the shower. The car park is in a courtyard behind the building and the entrance / exit is quite tight. But once I got the trick, to reverse out of the court yard and point the car towards the exit (in reverse) it was perfectly manageable. We also missed having a toaster.

You just pick the keys from a lock box. I liked this, as you don't need to arrive at some particular time as someone is waiting for you. Online reception responded quickly to my question, this was very convenient. Apartment is located in a beautiful old building. High ceilings, big windows, charming stairway. Good location - you can walk to some main sights and great cafes. Tram stop , grocery store and a small park with a playground are 1 min away.

No washing machine in the apartment. Elevator stops between the floors, but this wasn't a big problem even considering the quantity of our luggage

Exceptional staff, they helped me very much during my stay, spotless apartment, nicley furnished, dishwasher, microwave, bathroom with all amenities, hard but comfortable bed in bedroom and living room, tram station 2 minutes on foot, peace and quite at night, spacious.

Parking may be too small for big cars and maybe it is too pricey, A/C would be nice. Also price/quality ratio good but not the best especially if it is apartment without AC. However these are not flaws but remarks

The roof terrace has spectacular views and is great for watching the sunset. Don't leave any food on the terrace even in plastic bags. A bird picked apart a strudel that was wrapped in a bag while I was downstairs just grabbing a fork. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning is in all areas. The flat is massive and has yoga studio vibes upstairs. It is very quiet. There are six car parking spaces in the courtyard, 15€ per night. Very friendly staff who organised early check-in for 30€.

There was no internet signal in the bedroom on the left and on the terrace. There are lots of plates and mugs but otherwise the kitchen is little equipped, e.g. no coffee making facilities. Make sure to have the telefone number of the accommodation while checking-in as the code for the door didn't work for us.

Very nice, clean and comfy apartment.

Overall it was nice, however I think it was quite overpriced, so here are some small things: 1. Could be better equipped (kitchen towels, better bathroom amenities) 2. On the second evening the shower drain started to smell (probably low pressure) 3. Cheap, not very comfy pillows 4. Parking on the street is free during weekends, if we knew, we would stay there, because private parking was a bit narrow

A bit far from the city center but it was quiet and clean.

Paid for private parking but due to limited space, I was told to double park and then they called me to come back to move my car, while I was in the city. It was a bit frustrating because I only spent one evening in the city and lost a lot of valuable time.

Very clean and light room. Everything is very new as just recently reconstructed. TV with international channels and Netflix. The street is pretty quiet, so there's no nighttime noise and it is safe. Good transportation. I especially enjoyed the hip neighbourhood with beautiful parks and a ton of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby! The parking is in a quiet courtyard.

Quite firm beds, very limited soundproofing between the rooms, however the second door between the hallway and the bedroom helps, very weak water pressure in the shower. The socket near the bed light turns off when the light itself is turned off - careful when trying to charge devices overnight :)

The apartment is huge! I loved it. All I needed was there, including a microwave, stove, fridge, etc.

The apartment is new and renewed. I'm impressed. Sometimes you look at the pictures and doubt the space and quality, but this one delivered everything. I will be back for sure
