The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very clean, the employees were very nice & the location was amazing.

If you want to brush your teeth or wash your face while getting ready you have to do it at a tiny sink that doesnt really have any place to put your toiletries or towel. The kitchen is very small in terms of places to sit and you have to eat upstairs in the lobby which is honestly a bit annoying. The dorm was good the only things that bothered me are that 1. the flooring is broken at some spots and needs to be fixed & 2. the cleaning lady came in every morning between 8:30-9:30 to make the beds for new guest after people had checked out. That made me feel very uncomfortable and I wish they would only start preparing the beds after the offical check-out time, it makes you feel like they want you to leave as soon as possible. Other than that everything was great.

It was a nice location and the building was cool!

Not a very social hostel. Was there on Friday and Saturday night and there weren’t really many events or anything planned.

Very good facilities, enough toilets and showers while still having many beds. Happy staff who are busy but always willing to help (shout out to the guy who had to break my padlock after it didn't open anymore)

Kitchen can be super busy around dinner time, catching the elevator can take very long as well (maybe refer more people to the stairs)

The place has a convenient location, easy to reach all main sights of Prague via public transport. The staff are very friendly and eager to assist as much as they can. I was staying at the premium women's dorm, which was basically a mini flat with 2 bedrooms, a shared kitchen and a bathroom. I was staying with 4 other girls. Everything is clean and comfortable, the beds were excellent, not too hard, not too soft. There is a box-like drawer under each bed, it doesn't come with a lock but you can ask to "rent" one at the reception (but they only accept cash, it's like a deposit), or if you have a lock yourself, you can use that too. Overall, I'm very satisfied, it was my first hostel stay overall and everything went well :)

The rooms were very clean, the staff were nice, kind and we’re trying to help with everything that came up during my stay. In my room I had two showers and toilets inside the room which were also clean and easy to use.

I don’t think it’s a good place for solo travelers. As a first time solo traveling, I don’t think the property offers enough activities and ways to get to know people who are also traveling by themselves, and with that being said, most of my roommates and the people that stayed in the hostel at the same time as me, were groups that came together. Other than that it was a great experience!

The location was very close to the tram & not far away from the Prague railway station. Most of the places worth visiting are at a walkable distance.

The men's toilets were unclean.

The hotel was located very close to the main railway station and also to the city centre and all the major attractions of the city. The tram lane was just infront of the hotel, which was super easy for accessing all the spots. We stayed 2 nights for our anniversary and were rewarded with free breakfasts for 2 days along with 2 free drinks at their bar. The staff were super polite and friendly and looked into our comfortable stay.✨🩷

The AC in our room was not working at all, and the room was very warm. We immediately informed and the staff tried all possible ways to help us. Really appreciate that!❤️ The breakfast was with very limited options though.

The elevator ( problems with card) it was annoying. In the room: 1) the light in the hallway worked automatically, which did not allow you to put on makeup normally in the corridor, the light was constantly turning off. 2) The room was cold, the air conditioner did not work, the reception promised a repairman who would fix it, but they never contacted. But they gave a second blanket. 3) The door to the room does not close properly. 4) In the bathroom there was no hot water for a long time and there was very little soap.

The clientele of this hostel is very diverse, with all the events planned by the hostel, its easy to meet interesting people and possibly share parts of the trip together. The equipments are good, with refrigerators and kitchenwares its easy to cook if youre a budget traveler. There are also a few nice restaurants in walkable distance. Staffs are all friendly and informative.

It doesn't bother me much but during summer it might be a bit hot in the room as there are no air-conditions, like most hostels in Europe. With climate change and year-by-year hotter summers this might be more unbearable. The location is slightly away from the touristic areas but with trams it shouldn't be a problem (by walking its approx 30 mins to old town)

After the previous hostel debacle, I found the front desk professional, and told them. I enquired of a safe location for my keys, and promptly payed Kc 100, (to be given back after leaving), for a padlock, that sufficed. Though not being told how the security card was not 'contactless', one had to insert it, I then used the elevator to the fifth floor, to go 'up hill, and down dale' to my room; the communal area had a full working kitchen! (Potravny's are nearby). I had to use the card once more, to enter the bedroom, my storage was underneath the bed; everything was clean.

One may need the toilet, perhaps at short notice; only another may use the bathroom, shower, for up to ten minutes...and there is NO other way, except perhaps to use a 'piss pot', take what you will...fortunately my bladder was in good shape!
