The hotel provides all you need, and does it very well - a clean comfortable and spacious room without any fuss. The location is central but hidden away from the crowds and noise of other tourists. And the staff are always helpful and cheerful - a top family-run hotel with high standards

The way prices can vary from week to week when trying to book - in my case the room price went from fully booked (last room available!!) at 1000 euros a night to the price I eventually paid at around 70 euros a night (stop the algorithm madness).

Quite location, clean room and bathroom, good breakfast, in walking distance from sight seeing places and public transportation, a lot of restaurants nearby.

There is no kettle in the room would have used it as the trip was in winter. WiFi was without encryption and password; considering cyber crime rate nowadays its a must rather than an option.

Hotel Arkada is situated on a quiet side street in the Vinohrady district. It's a great location away from the tourist hubbub of central Prague, but it is still only a five-minute walk from the top of Wenceslas Square. There are also plenty of transport connections nearby, not to mention lots of cafes, bars, and restaurants. I only met the receptionist during my stay, but she was very helpful and got me checked in with a minimum of fuss. The room itself was decorated in a classic style without feeling old-fashioned. All the facilities were immaculately clean and the bed was very comfy - I rarely sleep well while staying in a hotel, but this was a pleasant exception!

The only tiny criticism I have is that breakfast could have been included in the price. I saw a few others in the same price range that did, but that was probably a trade-off for such a decent location.

Great location in central Prague, a cozy, clean, beautiful room with AC and a fridge, a great choice for spending a vacation in Prague as a couple. The hotel has an elevator and can provide a parking space with an additional fee.

I didn't say it to the receptionist after the check-in, so maybe it's my fault - I've paid for a room with an extra bed - because it was the only available room option in booking.com - but what I've got was a regular room for a couple which supposed to be cheaper and still was charged for the bigger room. We were just a couple, and the regular room was great, but still, why charging for something you didn't provide? Please pay attention for this next time, other costumers may won't take it so easy... Also, I think it's time to provide the rooms with kettles...

I would describe this hotel as - The Hotel. It not only fulfilled all our expectations but also delighted us. The room was extremely spacious, with large windows on two sides, which gave everything an impression of magic. The interior is arranged with a lot of style and taste. Everything is so elegant, nothing excessive, and everything is functional and where it should be. The room was very warm even though it was very cold outside in those days. The location is exceptional. Considering that we often travel around Europe, this hotel is one of the most pleasant in which we have stayed. If the management maintains these standards and these prices, whenever we come to Prague we will try to stay at this hotel.

Nothing caused our dissatisfaction.

I was very warmly welcomed by Ms. S.V. ! So I felt from the beginning at the right place. But also all other employees of the hotel were friendly, helpful and supportive (e.g. calling a taxi). Having an air condition in my single bed room made my stay, especially the sleep at night relaxing and very pleasant since there were hot temperatures outside during the days. I ´ve had a very pleasant stay at this place. i would chose this hotel right away again. In my opinion and for my plans the hotel was perfectly located. Having been there for the first time, I never had reason to doubt or regret this decision. Thank you to the stuff of the hotel!

Can´t find anything.

The hotel is very close to train station and museum road which leads to astronomical clock and city square. The hotel staff were kind enough to give us early room and breakfast many options. We stayed in top floor triple room which was very spacious and good. There were multiple charging ports, wardrobes, mini fridge etc. overall this is a very good budget option.

Although breakfast had a lot of options, the taste was not that great. The menu is also fixed which is a bit monotonous. The room were not cleaned daily, even after mentioning they made the bed, gave fresh towels but didn't clean the bathroom. The toilet flush is also a problem.

Parking facility is about 300 meters away and is very difficult to talk with the guy from the parking facility beacause he speaks only Czech.

The room was very big and spacious, super clean and comfortable. Despite having a room with city view, with a window overlooking the street, the room was in the end very silent and we were never bothered by any noise. The bathroom is very big and clean, I loved it.

I don't know if they have any breakfast service in the building. There's for sure a restaurant but no one informed us about the possibility to have breakfast over there (and we also didn't ask). However we booked a room without breakfast included and maybe this would have been a great plus!

The hotel is near the train station, National Museum and Wenceslas Square. A bit of an uphill climb to get there, but a breeze going downhill to the train station. My triple room was comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. The receptionists were wonderful, kind and helpful.

Suggest the hotel provide coffee and tea making facility. Also provide the standard toiletry, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.
