A quiet place in Prague. The room has all amenities. Very professional reception staff. You can have breakfast for only 5 euros per person. Close to train and bus stations. There are restaurants, transportation and supermarket around. Everything we expected - we got. My recommendation for this place 100%

On the last day they didn't change the towels, they just put a wet one on the toilet lid. Ay yay yay. If it wasn't for that, it would have been 100 out of 100.

Proximity to Cimrman Theatre made for delightful evenings. Enjoyed a complimentary drink thanks to a provided voucher. Receptionist was helpful and courteous. Bed was comfy and rooms were spacious enough to relax.

Not visible on first sight from the street, I don't think I saw any sign or banner. Room was uncomfortably cold on arrival, heating was turned off. Breakfast is available for a free, but no vegan options :/. Encountered some issues during the check-out process.

The rooms overlook on an internal courtyard, so the place is extremely quiet. You can stay also in the courtyard on the first floor -- there is some table to chill and relax. Coffee is free at the lobby hall, that is a great thing. Rooms and the building in general are old and halway bohemienne-decadent appearance, but not ugly or bad. We've spent 5 nights and everything was good. You can walk for 30-35 minutes and get into the old town, also many vivid district with good nightlife are just 20 minutes walk away, also metro and tram are near. You can also ask for a car spot for a very reasonable price.

I would maybe recommend to replace the room moquettes -- they're old and smelly sometimes.

Absolutely the nicest and super helpful staff. Housekeeping and fresh towels everyday. The room was quite big and the bed was comfy. There was an electric kettle and tea set in the room, but there was also coffee and tea available at the reception. The room and bathroom were clean. There was also a hairdryer in the bathroom and a small refrigerator in the room. Good location - very quiet, restaurants and stores in the neighborhood, around 30-40 minutes walk to the city center.

The room was a bit too dark as there was only one small lamp on the wall in front of the bed - small desk lamps near beds would be better.

We had a great night there, the staff are amazing and very available. They gave us vouchers for hot drink in the morning that we appreciated. The room had a lot of space with a private corridor. I raccomand this place.

Only small issue, I think the cleaning staff forgot to change the plastic bag of the trash as we found 2 empty bottles in it, upon our arrival which was strange. For the rest the cleaning was ok.

everything, especially the reception personnel, n particular the Portuguese gentleman who was really super kind and perfect. his cappuccino is the best ever! much better than many many cappuccinos in Italy!!! thank you!

the cleaning was very superficial especially during the stay. the cleaning lady was having phone calls all the time at a loud voice in the corridors and obviously not very willing to work. bathroom was not cleaned for 3 days. i very much advise to change personnel, otherwise everything absolutely perfect.

Very cosy place, conveniently located. Free drink upon arrival, very pleasant staff. Reception is open 24 h, so gives a lot of flexibility. Everything was clean and functional.

The sensor light in the bathroom was turning off really quickly, so doing anything in front of the mirror was impossible. But that is rather funny.

The location is very good taking into account the price (the old town is around 30 minutes walking distance). The staff was nice and helpful.

The parking place is really small (underground garage) so as long as you don't have a small car (a small hatchback) you better park on the street (which is for free over the weekend)

Quiet, clean, excellent renovation, yard in the middle of the building. Arch entrance.

If you looking for a TV and news - you will be upset. There is no TV in the room.

Nice hotel, very close to city center.

Hotel offers the parking but if you have bigger car (BMW X3) you will not fit into the garage. I had to park like 15min walk from hotel. I suggest to hotel management to mention this fact about garage size in the description of the parking offer.
