The hotel is great and recommendable! The location is top, you are in a very interesting area of Prague, full of shops and restaurants, walking distance from the Old Town and other main attractions. Wi-Fi is very good, breakfasts are excellent. Staff is friendly, the premises are clean. I really recommend it. There is even a very nice elevator and a spacious patio.

I recommend booking rooms with air-conditioning. I stayed in a room without AC and it is hot and suffocating in summer. If you stay in a room facing the main street it can be a bit noisy because of the trams. Otherwise I do not find many drawbacks. The hotel is really nice.

The property was small. The room and building access felt safe. The hotel is close to travelling by train. 5 minutes walk to a grocery and a tram stop. AC was good, so the wifi. Breakfast was good, however, the basement smelled dumped and rotten due to poor ventilation and humidity. The staff at reception was exceptional so the staff at the restaurant. The weekend staff was OK. The only problem we faced, was when we ordered food delivery, the delivery guy could not reach us, they didn't call and couldn't access the building. breakfast area despite the smell was nice reflecting the history of the city.

The room is quiet, almost inaudible from outside the window or other rooms. Convenient system of entering the room using a PIN code, no need to always carry cards with you. Separated toilet and bathroom rooms. Good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and can help with any question. The location is a little far from the center, you can walk there in about 30 minutes. You can take the tram, the stop is a 5-minute walk away Close to international bus station, 10 minutes walk

The room looks a little outdated. Some things look almost broken, like doorknobs or a watering can. But this can be easily fixed; perhaps it just needs cosmetic repairs. It seems cleaning only happens if you put up a sign that cleaning is required.

Location is nice. The room had two double glassed windows, so we didn't hear any noice from outside. About 20 minutes walk to the city, 40 to the old town and 1 hour to the castle, if that's relevant. The tram is very close by and pretty cheap, which takes you everywhere in about 15-25 minutes, depending on the location. Breakfast is good and there are great cafés nearby.

Some communication issue with the staff as English wasn't our first language (or theirs). Mainly about parking options. Other than that no issues!

Despite the hotel is quite young, its team goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of all guests. I don't say staff, because the way the personel works together earned them a name Team (especially receptionist Oksana and waitress Vicky). There is still room for improvement, but the Team goes in the right direction. Rooms are comfortable. Windows shut are making great sound isolation from the street's noise. Good thing about breakfast: the hot dish changes every day, and all together - a fantastic place to stay. Oh, and in case you work online, the wifi connection is strong and steady. Personal is really friendly, that is a big plus. The bed is really comfortable. Generally, I am satisfied with my choice.

No shampoo in the bathroom, only shower gel. I don't understand why there are no slippers in the room, although they explained me that there should not be any in a hotel with three stars. In my opinion, this is a big minus, and it is not so difficult to add them to the set. Breakfast is quite okay, but not more.

Hotel was clean, provided a fantastic breakfast, bathroom met all needs and good access to city center, although it was not in walking distance of the city center.

We paid extra for a superior room with air condition. The air conditioner did not cool the room sufficiently. The room was cooler, in July, with the windows open then using the A/C. When the windows are open there is substantial street noise throughout the night. Not a deal breaker, differs according to guest’s sensitivity to temperature and noise while sleeping.

The room was comfortable and the use of a PIN to access the hotel after checking in was quite convenient. The fact that the hotel is located close to the train station (ca. 10 minutes walk) and with grocery stores as well as restaurants nearby is certainly a plus.

The shower had almost no pressure and the handle to fix it on the wall was broken.

place was clean breakfast was awesome!!!!! also, room access is with passwords, which makes it very comfortable and you dont need to remember to take the keys ( only remember the code :) )

about 2.3 km from the center. recommend on using public transportation for lazy people

Locations is great - lots of cool and quirky bars within a stone's throw if you don't fancy travelling to the centre. 15-minute-walk to the station and 25 to the Old Town.

I stayed for 6 days (inc. check in and out) and the room wasn't serviced during that time. It's not a real issue, unless you're a complete slob, but would have been nice to know in advance.
