The dorms are good, the bar as well, the beer garden is nice, the staff are all good and english speakers.

The're no bathroom just for a dorm, it's common one, which is fine, but not cleaned often enough, water easily eveywhere in front of the showers on the floor, toilet paper and soap dispenser not topped up often enough. Some shower head need to be fixed too. And in the 2 dorms I saw the socket to plug phone or whatever are not necessarily close enough to the bed, only if you're lucky, so you have plenty of people sitting on the floor to use their phone.. not great for that

Some Treatment from Some of The Staff!

I really liked the design of the hostel, free coffee and the garden where you can chill. Also hostel staff was amazing! Huge thanks to the lady which was working hard everyday to make everything clean.

The staff is very good, the atmosphere is pretty cool, even though I didn't do a lot of parties. Often outside, very fun, the room decoration as well as the interior. Housekeepers always on top, bartenders and people at the reception as well. Keep doing this and don't be afraid to get more notoriety.

The terrace: it's a pity to close it too early not to have put a cushion for comfort; lack of storage for men's belongings in the bathroom and last point just but took a mixed room so paid at the agreed price we were just guys And last thing the little chef (the one with the mustache) of the framers should relax he has a good job .. the end

I got a bed in the 6 bed dorm. The beds were very comfortable, and the design of the bed (with a wooden partition for the upper half of the body and curtains for the lower half) meant that there's a level privacy I've never experienced in a hostel before. I loved the space and could comfortably stay in my own space. The cleanliness was of a high standard, even though there were so many people living there. There were 2 showers and toilets per floor. (not sure if there were more inside other rooms). The toilet even had a bidet. The staff is very friendly. It's a little further away from the central touristy areas, so you can't walk there from the centre late at night, but public transport is very close and cabs are cheap so it's easy to get around. The area is quiet at night, but there are places closeby that stay open till late for food.

Brix Hostel was one of my favorite places on my trip. I felt save and welcomed the whole stay through. There is a tram stop 5 mins away which was very convenient, and the staff will explain the best way to get anywhere. Every night they have an event happening and it is all posed around the hostel so that you don't miss it. The rooms are tiny but still breathable, the beds are private with a lamp power source and a small shelf. The first night my mattress was not comfortable at all, it was very thin, but the next morning I asked if they could do anything about it and they switched the mattress for a thicker one right away. There is a fully functioning kitchen and in the common room they have free coffee, tea, sugar and milk which is more than enough. I met amazing people at the hostel and would definitely go back one day. The wifi was great through out the stay. One night there was comedians that came and performed and one of the staff members made the most delicious meals ever, I cant remember what it was called but there was chicken and vegetables- which was the best part, because you cant find any vegetables for a reasonable price in Europe (Not like in South Africa)- The food was amazing!

My only complaint was that the bathroom was a bit inconvenient to use, the showerheads didn't have a holder and there was no place to put your towel or clothes for after your shower. The bathroom didn't feel as clean as the rest of the hostel but it was better than some places I've been to.

Clean. Comfortable. They have free coffee/lemonade for the guest. There activities for the guest. Lot of shops nearby. Close to public transport.

You need to give 10euro deposit during check in for the access, and will get it back when you check out. I feel so weird during check out when the receptionist asking me to show the proof that I already paid for my stay. It is so weird that they don't have their own record. I need to search back my email/booking.com apps to show that I already paid. It is not a big problem, it just when you are rushing to catch the bus and there are people in front of you have other problem about their deposit and it took about 15 mins just to check out and get back your deposit. Other than that, it is a very good hostel.

I liked the vide of the hostel, there were nice places to hang out and relax.

The shower facilities could have been better. There are no hooks near the showers to put your towel or clothes.

I would say that it is very, very bad here, that fewer people would come here and I could always move in freely, but that would be an absolute lie 😶‍🌫️😁 I have been to many hotels and hostels in Prague, but this one really is the best !!! 👍👏✊️👏💪💪💪 Starting from the comfort of cleanliness of the avant-garde interior, ...friendly and empathetic staff and a home-like comfort and in conclusion, this list can go on and on, because there are so many nice little things and conveniences! 🤗😊 I have a Genius level on Booking and this may be the second time in my life that I am writing comments, but I found the time specifically because these people deserve it. This HOSTEL not only HAS a unique and original look, but also has a SOUL! BOMB!!! 👏👏👏👍👍👍 P.S.: And I'm really not some kind of employee or friend of the hostel (although now I can probably call myself a Friend 🙂, because they have become close to me) - I just really feel at home here! 😊 Thank you beer VERY MUCH for being you and for being like this!

the Staff and the Manager they were very friendly. and there's events almost all the week except Sunday night as I think to me if there's a Bar there's an event no problem, the room they were quiet and the beds they are comfortable in my Room Tesla and right now I'm planning how to get in your Hostel for the next year.

the only think that I didn't like there's no Sockets in the beds but with the nice Staff it wasn't a problem to me they gave me an extension cord and my problem was solved.
