Reception staff was good and helpful. Very clean hotel, room service was amazing, very warm to compare and comfortable bed. Location was easy to find, nice restaurant was near by, so very positive experience overall.

The lady in the kitchen was not very friendly or understanding, our plane was early in the morning so we came 6.53 a.m for breakfast ( which was starting at 7a.m) and she was telling us off for being too early… although breakfast was very tasty every day

The equipment and cleanliness of the room was completely adequate. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the hotel is in a very good location. The terrace is a special plus.

A refrigerator in the room would have been nice, and unfortunately there are no gluten-free baked goods at breakfast. But these are just little things. We had a lot of fun. We will definitely be back.

If staying for any substantial time, if traveling as a couple, recommend getting a triple room rather than a double. You'll be able to use the third bed for your luggage. For minimal cost, you get a lot more space. Tight room otherwise, but worth it for the price and all other factors considered. Reserve early, these rooms fill up! Price is fantastic, but you'll have to take metro into town; this is very worthwhile: get a three day pass or get senior-discounted 1-day passes.

Typical European bed that you can't do anything about.

The location was good in terms of Metro station. it was literally only 2 minutes to the station. the backyard garden was cute and we could use it. the break was also fine. the selection was big. rooms were nice, but I think it really depends which one you will get. mine was facing the garden, therefore it was quiet. but you could you people walking upstairs and doors were constantly thrown… the girls at the reception were very helpful and nice! :)

the interior was well used. it could do with some updates of the rugs and bed-spreads etc.

a quiet area, very good connection to the city center (15 minutes with metro). Staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good. You can book a parking place from the hotel, but there is free parking available on the street too. Near the hotel is a nice typical czech restaurant where you can eat and drink like local people.

Breakfast was included but we were passing by, so we skipped breakfast. The room was ok but there were to floors. down stairs a small 2 persons bed and upstairs two single beds.

There could have been some airconditioning because with all the wood inside it was very warm.

Nice cozy room, private parking is available. Metro is in 3 minutes from the hotel. A nice restaurant "Na stare Hospode" is in a half way to the metro. Good food, but they don't accept cards.

Parking costs 10,1 EUR per day, while it was announced 9 EUR in a message. Probably it is related to wrong exchange rate, in local currency it is communicated correctly, 242 Kc. Parking is not in a private area, just a dedicated area in a street.

Extremely uncomfortable blanket. I was frozen and it was small for me. I ordered big bed and it was 2 1 sized blankets, for girls ans ppl less then 170 cm it is good, but for all others blankets will be awful. No face towels, no bath towels for foots.

Hotel is very conveniently located for people needing to catch early coach from Cerny Most Station (mostly serving north parts of Czech Rep) Decent location right on main road next to tram and underground stops. Receptionist available 24/7 allowing me in in the middle of the night after my flight to Prague was delayed. Decent breakfast. Good price Thank you :-)

Nothing really. Yes, the bedroom could have been little bigger, but it had a bed and that was all I needed.

Breakfast was good but it would be better if you wrote what the items were. The room was clean. And easily reachable with public transport
