Great location, clean and nice stuff. The center is 20 min away with public transportation and the station is very close to the hotel(3-4 min). Good price-quality ratio. In the reception lounge you have a lot of places to chill, work on your laptop, drink something or storage your things.
Maybe more storage units/ shelves in the room. It s not enough space for 2 people to put their clothes. Besides that the room has everything you need.

cheep hotel
I booked a room for 4 persons for 2 nights. first night when I arrived it was okay, 3 other woman, but next day I came to my room and see 2 guys. One of them started making racist jokes about me. I became uncomfortable. I asked to be moved to the women's room. Thank you to the staff that they allowed it. But it would have been better if the hotel had provided separate women's and men's rooms

They started to give free bedclothes. Cheap. Nice personal. Free luggage room.
Not much clean, there is no bed number. The previous visitors don't collect bedclothes and you can't decide where is empty. Far from city center.

Spacious room and bathroom. In between major street car and bus routes into downtown or subway system. (Transport tickets can be bought at the hotel.) Good local restaurants including a microbrewery. Large Lidl grocery store nearby. Fast Internet.
For me, the mattresses were uncomfortable. Room had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Blood splatter of killed mosquitoes on one wall and smeared across the ceiling. I'm bald, so the long gray and black hairs lifted off the floor when I exercised in the room were from previous guests.

Room was decent at the given price. The reception area was excellent and the staff was very helpful. Also they had multiple activities at the reception area to keep you entertained. I took the breakfast option at the reception and the food was nice. All in all great experience, highly recommend.
The only improvement point I would like to highlight here is the queue at the reception area for checkin/checkout is generally very large and the staff to tackle this is very less. Because of this I had to wait for quite sometime and it took almost 30 minutes to finally get the room key.

For the price you pay, it is absolutely worthy! The rooms are big enough, clean and essential. The bathroom is fine. Comfortable beds and a good location (approximately 20 minutes to the city center by public transport) make it a perfect place to stay in Prague. The environment is extremely international and quite busy: the hotel has more than 20 floors and seems to be quite full. Excellent check-in experience with the self service option so you do not have to spend time at the reception (same for check-out). We asked for a late check-out and the receptionist fixed it in a couple of minutes.
To be honest the prices at the bar are way too expensive: 70 czk for a 0.3 beer are way too much, therefore I strongly recommend NOT to drink anything at the bar but go to any other pub in the sourroundings.

Plenty of amenities, everything you need in the building and lots of places to hang out downstairs and be social or work. Location nearby has a store for everything you could need too so you won’t need to walk more than 5 mins for essentials
The heat was near unbearable without a fan, AC, or fully opening window. Yes the high temperatures didn’t help, but after going to a different hostel in the same temperature after, it was clear the air flow at A&O was just terrible, I was sweating at night in temps I should not be sweating in and was close to making me consider leaving early

We didn't have breakfast unordered. The location was very well accessible by public transport. From the twentieth floor we had a nice view, even if it was not towards the city center. Excellent price-performance ratio.
The elevators in the building (3) did not have logical timing. We found the wait for the elevator to be long. For example: the elevator (lift) came to the 20th floor from the ground floor rather than, from the 9 floor. The area around the hostel - especially during the quiet time of the night (22-06h) was quite noisy - because the young people playing or talking noisly outside, even until 02h.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. There is a breakfast buffet service, which we didn't use and a café, although the food and drinks selection wasn't large. There is a lot of seating areas which is great for socialising and there's a TV in the main area which has sports channels, where we watched FA cup. The hotel is located just a minutes away from public transport, which made travelling to the city centre extremely convenient. We also had no issues with the lift.
The room is pretty basic and there was a fridge to store food/drinks. The TV turns on, but we couldn't watch anything on it. The WiFi was also a little inconsistent when I was further away from the entrance of the room.

Clean, quite big room, comfortable. Downstairs there is a bar with additional events downstairs (pub quiz, stand up, move nights), possibility to order a pizza, vending machines - I felt secure I can get anything I would need there. Also plenty of space to chill out or work. Location was fine - 30min by direct tram to the city center, but the district had plenty of beer pubs, cafes and restaurants as well! Also Lidl and Rossmann next to the hostel.
Thin walls - people mostly party somewhere else, but even normal conversartions can be heard between rooms.
