The location is amazing for the lack of better word. You are literally 20 steps from the best location/area of the entire Prague. (Old Town's Square). The breakfast was very good - fresh, delicious and plenty of choices. The cafeteria personal was friendly and helpful (especially Natalia). The room was very clean and taken care of daily (thank you Oksana). The reception crew was attentive, polite and accommodated my every question and request. A special thank you to the concierge Mario, Rott Hotel is very lucky to have you as one of their staff. Everything is right there, within 1-10 minutes slow walking: Sightseeing, bus tours, shopping, food, drinks, massage, fitness center, horse riding, metro station. It's just great. And early morning, 7 to 8 am, there is nobody on the streets and you can take some amazing photos without other tourists in every picture. Overall this is probably the best and the most carefree overall experience I have had staying in any hotel in any country. Don't think twice about booking it, you will not regret it.

The shower was odd. The actual removable shower head was attached on elbow height and was placed across the entrance into the bathtub, which you can't close/cover. Just a very strange location and position of it, which forces you hold the shower in one of your hands at all times. This is a small inconvenience, but not more than that.

We stayed at the Hotel Rott for three weeks, and it was perfect. The staff were the best, from the front desk, to the breakfast room, to housekeeping. The hotel had renovations going on, but there was never any inconvenience or noise due to the work. Breakfast was incredible, but it was the staff that made it so special. Could not have asked for a better location to walk the city-around the corner from the Main Square and Charles Bridge, yet inside the hotel was very quiet. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I would stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel.

I would have liked a little more variety for breakfast, but after three weeks it became boring having the same choices. If you are only staying a few days it is perfect.

Hotel Rott is in a great location- we could easily walk to areas of interest in old town, and across Charles Bridge to see the castle/cathedral. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, helping with special needs and requests. Car service they arranged from the airport was reliable and comfortable. Would definitely recommend! The breakfast was really nice too- good selection and quality.

There was some street noise in the area but we did not find it to be too obtrusive. We sleep with a 'sleep fan' app playing on the phone which helps with noise anywhere we go.

The location is amazing, in the heart of the city. The stuff we're very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and quiet (as requested). Breakfast is located in an amazing basement and was offering a variety like a 5 star hotel. Defantly a good value for the money. Recommended!

There were bursts of cold water in the shower... we have seen that in several European hotels, not sure why they can't have a decent piping system, which gives a constant hot water. It wasn't bad as it was hot outside. it might be an issue in the winter though.

we liked everything, especially the location, right in the old town. the room was clean, comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice.

It’s perfect. Absolutely perfect. The location, room, staff (Special shout out to Mario). All perfect. The breakfast spread is quite nice. I’ve never been offered champagne at a buffet breakfast anywhere else 😋. The housekeeping staff is super sweet. On one day I left my room at 6 pm and they cleaned the room. Even folded some clothes I’d left on the bed. Unbelievable. Breakfast is served till 11 am. Brilliant. And checkout time is 12 pm. This hotel is a little gem 💎. PERFECT !!!

What didn’t we like??? We were greeted at checkin by the most friendly gentleman who gave us all the information we needed but also was funny and put us at ease. The location was amazing - less than a block from the clock and square and a 5 minute walk to the bridge. The breakfast had everything we could want and even fresh honey. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was the most comfortable one we have stayed in during our European vacation. There was even a personalized note welcoming us - a great touch

Location location location! The hotel is so central to wherever you may want to go in Prague. Everywhere seemed to be within a ten minute walk. Breakfast is lovely - recommended All staff members (reception, breakfast, room cleaners) that we dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent value. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel taxi to the airport is expensive at 890czk, you can book one privately yourself for 600 crowns.

Right in the center of Prague, everything is very close. Room had amazing view, looking right at the Prague Castle, however do to the window being right above the inner courtyard it was (mostly) quiet.

Car park is a little far away, however if you just need to leave the car there and not use it everyday, it’s perfect (about 5 min walk). During weekends the people shouting from the street is very apparent, which is, of course, none of the hotel’s fault, however it is good to know beforehand.

We travel a lot and notice little attentions to detail. Very clean, very friendly, very helpful and VERY good location! Would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend!
