Fantastic hotel with beautiful junior suite rooms, well styled with a grand feel. Rooms were spacious and the bathroom was a really good size too. Restaurant was fabulous with absolutely gorgeous food very reasonably priced. Our desserts looked like a Michelin starred event. The hotel location is perfect, so close to the square and all the star attractions of the Old Town and Prague. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Prague and would highly recommend it to anyone. All staff were very helpful, pleasant and polite and spoke excellent English.

Nothing to fault really. The only thing that I feel could be improved is the breakfast location in a basement style/ back room that was cramped and too dark rather than being in the lovely airy restaurant….? The breakfast options are actually very good.

The large well appointed room was right beside the Old Town. IT had all the trimmings ofo the 12th century which added to the enjoyment. Good continental breakfast and helpful front desk.

They was, however,some (quite a lot) of noise outside the windows from the garbage trucks and wthe bakery.

Located right in the heart of old town Prague this property takes your breath away the second you walk in. The cleaning sraff is on point each and every day replemishing room with fresh bath and hand towels. As well as all soaps and such. We literally felt like our hotel room was inside a castle. This property offers breakfast hosted by the Deer Restaurant and its one of the best we have had. The restaurant is elegant, and the meals they serve for lunch and dinner are to die for. The staff is there to take care of all your needs and they do every single time. We went for a night cap in the bar area every night of our stay. Most nights there were as a gentleman playing piano. It was beautiful, it was romantic it was perfect.

A five star hotel should have been more polite and helpful stuff, especially in the breakfast service.

The room was decorated really well. But the bath room was a bit old fashioned, it was hard to adjust the temperature for the shower as there were two separate taps one for hot and one for cold. If you get a room facing the street it can be noisy from the outside and also noise from other rooms. It is an old building. If you’re a light sleeper this is something to keep in mind.

I didn’t find staff too friendly. Prior to booking I mentioned it was my husband’s 40th birthday and for recommendations of nice places to eat and drink and none were given. Breakfast was in a really cramped dark and hot space. Didn’t think the quality or selection was too great. The coffee and juice was terrible.

Very good location, at few steps from central square, same time having privacy and silence. Nice and clean rooms, very spacious and nicely decorated. The furniture, even old style, was in very good condition. The overall atmosphere it is very pleasant and enjoyable.

Not a deal breaker, but the room we had was little dark, having just one not so big window, characteristic to old buildings. A second aspect to be considered is that being in the old city center, the access by car is impossible, so a short 5 min walk with luggage's is unavoidable.

Fantastic location in city centre

Having to pay €50 deposit for ever night you stayed. Seemed like a bit of a scam. Stay three nights so had to pay a deposit of €150. Which can take over a week to be refunded

We arrived at the train station and had an easy walk to the hotel. We had a deluxe room and it was amazing!!! Very special place to stay. The staff were very attentive and responsive.

We had breakfast included with our room. I would stay here again; however, would not get the breakfast. The breakfast was not that great. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner and to say were were disappointed is an understatement. I wanted flat water and the waiter kept insisting that I order something. I had the pumpkin soup, which tasted like they opened a can of pumpkin soup. I only had one spoonful and then informed the waiter. In the end, we were billed for the soup, water (I didn't drink), and they even charged for bread. They also charged money for sample size toothpaste.

The room was large and charming. The atmosphere of the hotel was lovely. The location was amazing.

The bed was too hard for me.

Very quirky hotel, beautiful place. Staff were lovely. Location is excellent, close to everything.

Breakfast set up is a nightmare, back and fore through kitchen to the buffet. I understand that it's an older building but there needs to be a better set up, it's dangerous traipsing through narrow space when you're carrying cups and plates. Should change it to waiter service. Room was beautiful but poorly lit, as it had few windows, it's really dark. Needed better lighting. Room 306. And had to pay for water in the room which was a bit stingy as it's not cheap to stay here.
