Overall my experience was good, the room was a good size, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

1-The bathroom was separated into two compartments, one with the toilet and the other with the shower, and it was also very basic. 2-Also one of the days we went to have breakfast, a girl/staff informed us that the buffer would be open until 12pm, however 2 minutes later she asked us to leave because it was closing. I questioned her and she just told me “you have 5 minutes to leave.” I found her manner very rude. Unfortunately, I ended up having to swallow what was on my plate and didn't have a proper coffee that day. 3-The hotel is far from the center/attractions.

Very friendly staff. We stayed from 22.02.2024 to 25.02.2024 for 4 days. The reception and restaurant staff were very welcoming and always helpful. Thank you very much! Convenient hotel location, close to the metro, bus and tram stops, and shops. Very clean in the room and throughout the hotel. Free parking is also very convenient. We also came with small dogs (Chihuahuas), and we were allowed to stay with them in the hotel for free. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. Nice interior. If we plan another trip to Prague, we will definitely choose this hotel. Thank you very much!

There is no hair dryer in the room. I would also like a kettle in the room.

Breakfast was a little crowded, but there was a good variety of food. We were on the top floor (15) which was very quiet - the lifts came promptly. If you like very soft beds then our room had them, otherwise you can improvise some firmness. It pays to become familiar with the Metro and bus 175 that can take you there if you don't want to walk 10 minutes. 5 stops and you're at Mustec - the old town.

I really liked the paintings of the room, corridors. The breakfast was excellent with large variety. Everything was tasty Heat controlling was a bit poor, but the temperature was fine always. Room service cleaning was fine. There is a shop inside the Hotel and an another supermarket 5-10 min walking from the Hotel. Our airplane started really early and we have got breakfast package.

The bathroom was small, the toilet was large but at least it was separate. The ventilation was not the best.

The location is obviously slightly out of the way but that is offset by the fact it's easy enough to reach the tram or the bus lines that go to the city center. Otherwise, there were no noticeable downsides.

Well located though for some it may seem far from Center it is not. Bus stops right outside and metro and teams are max 10 min walk. The rooms were clean, spacious, with fridge. The cleaning staff were very friendly. All apart from one of the front desk team were very nice and helpful. Relaxed environment and felt welcome in it which I really appreciated. The mini market was a big plus. Free Parking available. Also upon leaving I got a bottle of wine and a 500 crown discount for next trip. A nice touch.

Wifi didn’t work at all in our room which resulted in us taking out expensive data packages. Although parking was available it was often full and seems problematic if you want to come and go or if you arrive late.

We spent 3 nights at Hotel Uno Prague with our dog. Our room was clean and tidy with a confortable bed and more than enough place for our belongings. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast is really good, versetile and fresh. We've been a bit worried that we are gonna be too far from the downtown, but the public transportation is fantastic, its only a 20-30 minutes ride. Hotel Uno has a lot of perks for example they do not charge the pet as extra or free parking and Prague pass, the hotel's store etc. We can only recommend to stay at Hotel Uno Prague. The breakfast was really good. We have a lot things to try , the best for us was the salats. The rooms was clean and comfortable!

The lift do strange sounds and for a couple times it stops then after a minute keep working but that’s scared because I was in 14 floor. The parking is free but when we do the check in we try to come in and a worker started talking loudly and says we can’t parking we should do a reservation first! But where is this information? We had the supermarket park but in the night when we back from the city is completely full. They have another option also a closed park but was also full.. and now it’s a low season!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a family friendly hotel and the staff we're always there to help. The breakfast was lovely. Very good value for money. The rooms are very nice and clean, they are cleaned everyday. It's very close to the city and there are very lovely restaurants close by that you can walk to. I would highly recommend this hotel to any one who would like to stay in Prague who is looking for good value for money and great hospitality.

We found some wonderful people here. The hotel employees welcomed us warmly, and throughout our stay they helped us in an exceptional way. The staff at the reception was perfect, the waitresses at breakfast wonderful. Small imperfections, otherwise normal, become invisible thanks to the staff who work here. A place we crossed on our map, one of the best services we have ever received. Congratulations to the entire staff and thank you.

We couldn't say that we didn't like something in particular, but we think that if in the future some improvements will be made in this hotel at the level of the rooms, the place can become a top hotel in Prague.
