I liked that there were low emissions, the possibility to request at reception to unlock the windows, so that you can open them. That's what windows are for. The furniture is newish. Everything is bright, positive, spacious.

The only thing I absolutely hated was the air conditioning. The room is hot from sun shine even if you close the curtains and the air conditioning is extremely weak. It does not make any difference. I have tried setting it to 17.5C (the lowest) and I've also tried waiting for several hours, but it still would not make any difference in the room. So, the room is hot from the noon 'till the night (incl. at night) and it's too hot to do any meaningful work on my computer from there. So, it's required to buy a fan on your own, for the few nights, and use your fan. If this one thing was better, I would have rated the hotel 10/10 - exceptional.

Our stay at the Comfort Hotel was great. The check-in and check-out procedures were fast and smooth. The staff was polite and ready to help. There was a small problem with the smell in our room and they immediately changed it, without any extra charge. After the check-out, we could leave the luggage in a dedicated space, so we could enjoy the city a little bit before heading to the airport. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to a metro station on the green line (to the city centre) and a tram station right in front of the hotel. In 20 minutes, you can reach the old town of Prague by public transportation.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay at the hotel. Maybe just an adjustment on the breakfast menu. The breakfast was tasty, with a variety of options, but the dishes could be changed every few days.

This hotel will fit to freelancers! Warm atmosphere and great location

Staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and big. we were 3 people and the room was big enough for us. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is good. They offer eggs and sausages, cheese and ham , müsli, yoghurt , pancakes, cakes ….. Direct on the opposite side of the hotel is a tram station. With that you are in 20 - 25 min in the inside of the city. The sightseeing spots are close together - you can walk a lot of. We used often Uber from the city to our hotel. it was something like 10 mins - 8€.

only negative thing was that one of the elevators were out of order. It took always time to wait for the elevator.

Easy access to public transportation, nice decoration, breakfast Options, large 3 bed rooms, all very clean, nice entertainment rooms, the cat robot.

I was not very fond of the pastry at breakfast. Maybe it was a bit different for me. Staff was helpful, but they could smile a bit more. These two things maybe are just a cultural thing. On the other hand, I wasn't very happy with the bathroom's transparent wall. As we were sharing a 3 bed rooms, it was a bit uncomfortable as we felt a bit out of privacy. But these are just small details, overall was a nice stay.

It's our second time staying at the hotel and the experience is even better than the last time, people are very nice and the beds are the comfiest I ever experienced in any of the hotels I have visited (it became a rare thing to find a comfy bed in hotel these days)

We visited the Hotel 2 years ago and one of the Elevators was out of service, and still after 2 years not working :) not sure if it was a bad luck or if it is still broken since the last time, but during breakfast time it is very annoying to wait for almost 10-15 mins to get down or up.

Very nice modern hotel, clean and comfy rooms. Wide choice for breakfast. We particularly liked the big terrace and co-working space. Close to the metro and several tram lines towards the city centre.

During our stay, there were at least two large groups of children (more than 20 each) accommodated at the hotel at the same time which sometimes felt like a busy school rather than a peaceful hotel. Some consideration for other guests could be made when booking such large groups.

The location and cleanliness of the Hotel were perfect. The room was new and modern with a comfortable bed. The fitness center is sufficiently equipped and clean as well.

The staff could be more approachable and helpful, I asked for vanity set but they did not have any. Also if you are staying for more than 3 days the breakfast can get a bit boring (not mentioning that the breakfast room is super small compared to the hotel capacity).

New, clean and modern hotel. The room had a modern design, decent size but not too big. The reception, recreation area and breakfast area were nice. A large terras was available near reception. Breakfast food was good and with suficient options. Parking space underground or in front of the hotel was easily accesible and at 15 euro per day. The metro station is at 10 min walking distance and the tram just across the street.Nice!

No complaint!

The hotel is really nice and modern; the rooms are clean enough (more on that below) and the staff is friendly (more on that below as well) and always trying to help out; the breakfast is really varied and good. The location was also really good for my needs but it has a tram station in front and a metro station 5-7 minutes away.

The room could have been cleaner (there was a bit of "alien" hair in the bathroom and in the room); also, the heating element in the bathroom was not dusted at all. I said above that the staff is friendly and always trying to help out but they are not exactly well trained for their job - their English level is...not good enough for all discussions, they don't know anything about the mobile app and they can't give me the invoice after check-in although the stay was already paid. The check-in process was smooth but anything other than that basic thing could take some time and happen in a forced English conversation.
