It's always challenging to book a stay through the app and hope it would be at least close to what you were imagining. This apartment is an absolute pleasure! Everything was clear from the beginning: check in process is pretty simple, the manager is always available through the email or a phone call to answer any questions, the apartment is very specious, clean, and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable. Kitchenette has everything you need - cups, glasses, utensils, plates, pots. The location is amazing- it is about 30-35 minutes walk to the Old Town Square, huge park close by, plenty of coffee shops, stores, and restaurants around, very easy for any taxi pick up if you need it.

I would recommend adding at least one simple cleaning and towels change every 3-4 days. Of course it depends on the number of people staying and for how long, but for our big group it would be nice to have towels cganged and the floors wiped in the middle of our stay. Also, I was missing the simple coffee maker 😊. Good thing they have coffee shop close by, so my mornings started from it.

The first time I checked the map to see where the apartment was located, I wasn’t quite sure about the distance. But I trusted the reviews—and I’m so glad I did! The apartment is in Prague 7, which might seem a bit far at first glance, but don’t worry—the public transport system is incredible. The trams are just steps away from the apartment, they run frequently, and the best part! A 3-day ticket for unlimited access to all public transport in the city is only 11 euros! Getting to the main tourist attractions was a breeze. As for the flat itself, it exceeded all my expectations. It’s such a wonderful space, with a super comfy bed and plenty of room to relax or even entertain. Everything about it felt cozy and inviting—I absolutely loved staying here. So, if you’re considering booking, trust this review. You won’t be disappointed!

The hotel is very easy to find and the location is great ! We spent 6 nights there and it was amazing. The apartment is very clean and well furnished. The person in charge was great, very nice and super reactive. They would answer any question super fast and was super helpful in solving some problems we encountered (they even came to the apartment to drop us a second key that we could not retrieve from the machine the previous night). The kitchen is pretty well equipped (even tho I would ass some cleaning element) so it was very easy to cook and clean the dishes there. The wifi worked perfectly. It was a vey cozy apartment that I totally recommend and I would gladly go back there.

I do not think there are much things we did not appreciated. Maybe the fact that the elevator is kind of hidden and there is no sign to announce it so we had to clim 6 floors the first night with all our luggage before we realized the next day that there was actually an elevator.

My experience with self check-in was really poor (I've used better ones in some places before): - It takes too long. I don't know why some data has not been asked while check-in via internet and had to be provided on place. - A system error occurred while issuing access cards.

Apartment is nice and clean. It has all that you need, and the upper floor is good for the kids. There is steep stairway to the upper part, but the kids managed them with no problems. Close to the centre by Metro or tram, even walking you would need about half an hour.

Parking is hard to find. There is only 1 street that you can park and doesnt charge you on weekend and that is Milady Harkova. But it is not easy to find free spot. Everywhere else is complicate as Prague has some strange parking system that not even locals understand when you ask them. I didnt see that the 2500 CZK damage deposit (around 100 EUR) is needed when you check in and you have to pay it on the check in machine with the card. You should state that more clearly on the booking process. It completely surprised me. I got the deposit back after about 5 days.

It is not too far from the old town of Prague and the neighborhood is quite central. The apartment itself is nice, well equipped with everything you need.

It was a strange smell as I entered so, I think the space should be aired more often. Also, no shower gel at bathroom. The air in the elevator was unbreathable being an elevator in the exterior of the building and the temperatures in Prague were pretty high those days. Also, pay attention that the staff will ask for a deposit, which is not clearly visible and advertise transparent on the front page (it is written after some long information about COVID 19 😜)

We hit a really good discount with this booking, and the value for money was awesome. Comfy and spacious rooms, all the necessary amenities, good heating and ventilation system, good walkable location, etc.

The lack of any human contact is a bit odd. We were sent incorrect links to self check-in 3 months before our stay. If I didn't notice that we're missing the door code, we would've provably be in a big trouble cause their service is unavailable on weekends (which is ridiculous is a tourist city). I'm not sure i like such self check-in where you depend on a machine that's failing to accept the data you're entering (that was the case for our non-EU friend).

The rooms were clean, the location is very good, tram and public transport are very close. There are also many alternatives for breakfast around. If you want to walk to the old city, you can reach it in 30 minutes. Elevator is available.

We made our payment first so that the check-in process would be short, but the kiosk machine could not give the cards after the transaction was completed on the day of check-in, due to a technical problem. Also, we could not reach anyone on the emergency number at 3 o'clock on Friday, but luckily the lady cleaning the rooms helped us.

Fabulous apartment with everything you could possibly need from fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa, 2 TV's, washing machine. So much better than a hotel room and perfect for a female solo traveller where you might not want to eat out every night. I honestly couldnt rate this place high enough, it was clean, spotless and perfect for my needs. The bed was incredibly comfortable with the fluffiest pillows. The hosts were excellent with super quick communication. I needed a late check out and they were very obliging making it a very easy and convenient stay. 100% coming back again. The only thing that would've been helpful would be a dish drying towel, however there was kitchen paper roll provided which I used instead.

This apartment was really clean and very convenient to transport links to the city. Communication was great and staff always replied to queries I had. I couldn't fault staff and communication.

Just a couple of minor things. There was no tea towel for drying dishes, or a plug for the sink for washing up. However the apartment did have 2 dishwasher tablets available for use. There wasn't a bottle opener provided either. The sofa bed I found a little short and I would class myself average height. Another slight inconvenience was there wasn't anywhere to leave a bag on travel days. Other than these small points the apartment was great.
