all was perfect,, good price, good pozition, very comfortable bed , really good quality for money!

sometimes you wait long queue for check in And check out. and we didnt like there were children in spa. we are living in 21.century, and spa isnt for children. this is adults zone. sauna steam, Why people taking children there??? after you cant relax Because you hear all noise from babies around you. really it should not be alowed. or it should be example not all day for children, But for example 3 hours in a day only for children. they have some special timing But Its not enough Iam sorry, for adults or extremly early morning or extremly late evening. and for children all rest of the day. Its not right.

I love the Hilton and have stayed here many times. Hotel is a little bit of a walk of of the city center but there is lots of public transport which is just a short ride. Breakfast is amazing. Always very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The bed for me is a little too hard but my husband finds it really comfortable. I still love this hotel. Would stay again.

I found the bed a little too hard. We struggle with the air con in the room though. its hard to get the temp just right at night and it can create a little breeze when trying to sleep. I still love this hotel. Would stay again.

It is typical for the Hiltons that they are close to the action but never in the middle of it. Oh well. This type of hotel would cost double should it be in the middle of the Old Town, barely a mile from its actual location. As such, one has to cross under a highway to get to the premises. It is an unnecessary if a safe walk but not too inspirational.

Everything was excellent, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff at the reception were excellent, one by one. The entrance to the hotel was fast, respectful, and smiling.

When I was surprised that they allow dogs, may God bless you, to enter the hotel. Well, there is no problem, but the problem is that the owners of dogs enter the elevator with you. We have children with us. When we are in the middle of the elevator, I see that there are people present who enter with their dogs. It was not for me and for many people, especially at night. If the children grow up, I sit with them crying and something frankly tiring. I hope you look into it. Even at breakfast, the hotel is not supposed to allow dogs to enter at breakfast time. I saw this only in this hotel, but the rest of the Hilton do not allow them.

Lobby was massive and inviting to sit and relax in. Facilities were top notch and well run. Hotel laid out well and check in/ out times were nice and relaxed. Food was decent price, and the 15% off with breakfast was welcome. Rooms were a bit small, but we spent so little time in there compared to in the amazing lobby that it didn't matter all that much. Gym was lovely and modern, as a squash player the court was a welcome surprise.

Decent location, although at least 20 minute walk from Old Town, 30 from the New Town. Pool was a bit small, but the rest of the facilities were excellent. Rooms could have been bigger, a few staff could have been friendlier, but in general they were nice and helpful.

The staff was very nice, respected privacy, the location is the best it can be, great view. Check-In was very fast and so was Check-out, the pool is amazing, I like the lifts which are unique. I also like the staff in front of the hotel who will even ask you if you need a taxi.

For the next time I would like a response to my special request to have a bathtub in my room, as I have not even been given any response to this request whether it is possible or not. I trust that the next time I stay with you I will get an answer to my request.

Exceeded our expectations with the size of the hotel and rooms. Interior looks cute, has sophisticated facilities and amenities.

We were warned about the security deposit, which was quite confusing while cheking-in. Moreover, we were not properly explained how is the deposit system works and what do I pay for, so I was left with a lot of questions. The computerized system in the mini-bar was also a bit awkward, because it automatically count each item you take out, even though you did not drink or eat it and just took to take a look and then you have to explain it tot the staff while cheking-out so you dont overpay for basically nothing. the wc in the room is relatively small, my knees had no space between a wall and a faucet, however the shower is great

Nice and fancy looking rooms but not the biggest. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious with a very wide choice. The Gym is excellent and the pool looks nice. The hotel is quite far out of the centre so you will need to use public transport or ubers to get somewhere.

We just expected a lot more from a Hilton hotel. it wasnt bad, just not very special. The standard rooms arent very spacious. The hotel is massive, a lot of guests with kids, so the spa / pool area was pretty crowded and loud all the time which takes away the relaxation. The pool was pretty cold too.

Brilliant 5 night stay with my 3 teenage children. Room was clean and spacious. We were able to check in early at no additional cost. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, the swimming facilities were splendid and for a small additional fee we were able to have a late check out. The concierge service was good. The view from the inwards looking rooms is into the large attrium which is very grand. On Christmas eve, a complimentary slab of white chocolate was left with 2 bottles of water - a nice touch. Cloud 9 bar is very trendy and is great to relax in after a day out. It had english music too which was a plus. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the old town square- we did this on a daily basis. Lots to do in Prague. Recommend both hotel and a Prague city visit especially at Christmas.

It is in the center of the city, which is like 10-20 mins walk to charles Bridge, castle, dancing building etc) Situated near to tram and train station. Just besides a supermarket, mcdonalds, pharmacy etc. Near to terminal 1 airport (10-15 mins) Hotel can also help you with city tour guides. About the hotel. Room is okay. Well maintained. Hotel and Indoor pool is temp controlled so it was environmentally warm during our winter stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Bed is comfortable. Food is just okay, sometimes tastes good and sometimes not. Lobby is really huge. This hotel is really great for business meetings, conferences and conventions as it has huge halls and a lot of meeting rooms, this hotel I guess has more than 500 rooms.

Room is a little bit small. Carpet needs more cleaning. Wifi is slow which clocks around 8mbps using fast.com No bidet in toilets. Hotel service transport charges 2x more as compared to Uber(downloading uber for taxi rides is recommended for way cheaper rates)
