The hotel 🏨 is easy to find and close to the metro. There are a local pubs, coffee shops and many other shops around. The hotel 🏨 itself is nice and the price is a good value for money 💰 the bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Breakfast - a good selection of food to choose from. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

The lights in the corridor had a timer and we sometimes ended up in dark. Apart from that, I loved staying in the hotel 🏨 and will be definitely staying again in the future.

Our room had the most comfortable bed ever, and huge enough to ensure we got enough sleep. The location of the hotel is perfect. Even though it's north from the city center and across the river, the hotel is in a very quiet spot, and no noise came from outside at all. I think I never had such a silence in the hotel before. We had a lovely backyard view with a chestnut tree in blossom.

The hotel is quite vintage and rusty, so the walls and some furniture were in a shabby condition. All doors are thin and wooden, so noise from passers-by in hallway often comes to the room.

It was a really nice hotel. The room was spacious, clean and (in my opinion) beautifully furnished and designed. The bathroom was clean as well. We had everything we needed for our stay, the staff even lent us a hairblower. Although the floor creaks sometimes, you can't really hear it from the other rooms and it was peaceful during the night, no disturbances. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us leave the luggage in the hotel until our departure on the last day. The breakfast was nice as well, you could choose from a variety of savory and sweet foods. Sometimes, some things like vegetables or juice ran out but they were replenished after a while. The location is great, near underground station, tram station and the city centre. Overall it was an enjoyable experience, adequate for the price.

This is a fabulous 3 star hotel - it is as described. The staff we chatted to were very helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions and anything we needed… even the bistro across the street gave us a bucket of ice to cool out drinks down! We stayed 3 nights in a hot July, although there was no air conditioning, the hotel had a fan in the room and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed the easy access to all tram stops and in about 15 minutes we were in old town, the cathedral or on the river front! The best part for us was leaving the hustle and bustle of the tourist zone and walking down quiet streets at the end of some long days! It was very relaxing. The breakfast that was included was excellent - we had many choices of meat, breads, muffins, fruit, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausages and a great coffee/espresso machine! We loved our stay at the Hotel Klara - thank you so much!

The hotel is dated, but kind of adds to the charm if you look at it that way! If you have a car, you’re parking a bit away, but that wasn’t a real problem since the hotel is in a residential area.

The beds were excellent, extremely comfortable..the staff were friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Our suitcase broke at the start of our trip and they happily disposed of it with no issue. The breakfast was continental style and a perfect start to the day. We arrived.late in the evening and they sorted our stay quickly and efficiently and allowed us to sort.out the details in the morning which was very kind.

Nothing specific at all really. The hotel was a.little.dated but that's all you could say.

Location and price of the hotel was very good! 3 minute walk to a tram line, 7 minutes walk to metro line and 5 minutes walk to a huge beautiful park. What more could you ask for! If you fancy walking to old town in the centre, it was a 20 minute walk. The hotel itself was good! Nice and comfortable bed and room was warm when i entered. Everything was clean and nice vibe to the place!

The location of the hotel is amazing. Stores are very close, and also other antique buildings. Also breakfast was tasty and exceeded my expectations. And staff I found friendly and helpful

I think wifi connection is mediocre at best, many times my phone disconnected from the wifi automatically. And also TV channel selection was underwhelming to say the least.

We liked the location of the hotel, it is near the city centre, and there is a station for city transportation nearby. Also, in the area you can find a lot of fast food, bars and markets that are cheaper than in the city centre. The room was clean and warm. Also, the breakfast was very good.

We didn't like the location of the parking, it was too far away from the hotel and it was on the plot of land, it was not a real parking. Also, the two women we encountered on the reception were very unpolite. One woman from the reception was asking us every day when are we going home? That was very unpleasant.

Good and silent location, but still very close to tram, metro and shops. Friendly and helpful staff. Modern and clean room, clean bathroom. Built-in hairdryer. Wifi.

The pillows could be smaller and softer - but that's individual and many people may find them to be OK. The only noise in can come from the big door between the staircase and corridor, but we had no problems with it at all.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious. The hotel is located just next door to Veletrzni Palac (National Gallery) and few minutes away from Vystaviste. A subway station is just 5-10 minutes away on foot. The price/quality ratio is also good.

There was no kettle, plates, tea, and coffee in the rooms.
