Rooms were very clean. We had a couple of issues (one related to the room, one personal) but the manager was very responsive and they were solved very quickly. Good location and breakfast option (we bought a voucher for one day of our stay, very flexible). A/C and water worked better than most hotels. They gave us a complementary wine bottle, which was nice. There is no night staff, but our late check-in was smooth.

The hotel was one floor of a larger building - so there are no common areas such as a lobby with seats etc. Not a problem for most travellers, but important to note.

Very smart rooms. Good location if you want to be near the main bus station, still easy to walk into old town. Staff were friendly. Late check-in was well managed, even though hotel reception is only open during the day. Free bottle of wine was much appreciated.

Was unsure about breakfast arrangements - I think you buy a voucher from reception to go to a nearby restaurant. Means you can't spontaneously decide to have breakfast, before reception opens. Nearby Imperial Cafe was excellent for breakfast though.

Loved mostly everything about this room, and this place. It's in an older building in Prague, with a paternoster elevator! I had a lot of fun using it mostly every day that I was there. Don't worry- the building has a normal elevator as well. The theme of the hotel is just wonderful and so unique! Very creative. The location is really close to the bus station, and about 1km from the center of Prague and the famous clock. It's also near some amazing restaurants (I recommend the Pho place right on the corner, and the Japanese restaurant about a block away). I had the best strawberry mochi in my life in this Japanese restaurant (Sakana). It's also near a bakery and an amazing grocery store with really delicious fruits and veggies. The staff were lovely. We were welcomed by Iliya (I hope I spelled that right), and he gave us an option to upgrade to an even bigger room for about 20 euro per night- I'd have done it, but the room was being used by someone else the next day. We also received a bottle of delicious white wine as part of the welcome- so cool! The room was amazing- huge! With two couches! The bed was just yummy, and it was mostly quiet. The Internet was fantastic, and I was able to work during my stay (and even get on Zoom with no problems). The room also came with a large flat screen tv, and this really helped me relax after work. The air conditioning was also fantastic (I LOVED THIS)!!

We could hear our neighbours walking and talking outside. The hotel is on the 6th floor, and the elevators only take you to the 5th. So you have to walk up the last flight of stairs (which wasn't that bad). The sink in the bathroom was wobbly (and not attached), so it we had to be extra careful. There's also very little storage space in the bathroom for toiletries and skin care. I'm also not a fan of the blue/green lighting, but that's part of the ambience and can be turned off.

The location is great, walking to the city and at the same time public transport is also very accessible. The hotel internal design is good, you have all the facilities you need, it is clean and modern. We checked in late, and the arrangement was great, the 24-hour reception on the ground floor and the way to collect the room card. I have asked for kettle, and they kindly provided the next day after our arrival. Good mini bar and white wine as a gift. Highly recommended to anyone likes to stay in Prague city centre area.

It is my personal opinion, but I prefer classic door licker in the hotel room, but keep it in mind that it is fully automated with a card and fully secure.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a planet hotel that truly impressed us in every aspect. From its excellent location to the unique amenities and great service, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is conveniently situated near numerous tram and bus stations, making it incredibly easy to navigate the city. Additionally, many popular tourist attractions were within comfortable walking distance. One of the highlights of this hotel was its rare feature: the paternoster lift. Operating exclusively on weekdays, this historic lift provided a delightful touch of nostalgia. It was a pleasant surprise and added a unique charm to the hotel. The reception staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. We had the pleasure of interacting with Ilya on multiple occasions. It's the little personal touches like these that go a long way in creating a memorable hotel experience. Although the room we stayed in was not the largest available, it was incredibly spacious and well-appointed. I found it to be far more comfortable and equipped than rooms I've stayed in at other hotels within the well-known 'turquoise' chain, especially considering the comparable price. The breakfast, served at a nearby restaurant, was a solid continental buffet offering a variety of warm dishes. I enjoyed the rotating selection of scrambled eggs, sunny side up, bacon, sausages, and beans. Even though the hotel does not have a night receptionist, the building itself has its own 24/7 receptionist which added a sense of security and comfort to our stay. Not sure they speak English, but are very friendly and would strive to help. We are hoping to stay at Planet Hotel during our next visit!

Lovely hotel perfectly located for transport links and sight- seeing. Perfect for a family city break. Just a short walk to Old Town and the other sights. Rooms are very comfortable and are made up to a very high standard with a planetary them. Great, friendly and helpful staff. The kids loved spending time on the room's terrace which provided a good view of the surrounding area (pity some if it was spoiled by rooftops). We opted for the bed and breakfast option which is served in a restaurant down the road from the hotel. Breakfast was good but could be better with more varied options. Complimentary welcome wine was a nice touch (which they kindly swapped for beer for me as I don't drink wine :-)).

Worth noting that this hotel occupies the top floor of an office building so lacks most general hotel facilities - but these are not really required and there are loads of places in the area around the hotel. Very nice bathroom, but would be even better if the shower had better water pressure.

I absolutely love the value for money ratio especially taking into account free upgrade while booking the room. A very nice complementary bottle of a good white vine which I hope you don’t mind I took away to help us reproduce the feeling of a great stay we had in Prague last weekend.

1. Parking could be more spacious, but well, it so much safe. 2. It makes sense to turn the yellow sofa the opposite way around and move it closer to the bed. Just try it and it will never be seen against the wall again :) 3. I would love to see shoehorn, slippers, bath robe and toothbrush included, but it will be 5-star hotel then at the price of 4.

The location is really good as we can reach everywhere on foot. The breakfast option was very convenient as the breakfast place was located very close to the hotel and the breakfast itself was delicious.

I have a small point of disappointment - we were unable to find the promised aperitifs/snacks/fruits/water in the hotel. If it is your first time at the hotel, it may be a little difficult to find the entrance. Please note that you only need to use the stairs for one floor after the 5th floor, as the hotel is located on the 6th floor which does not have an elevator

Although the hotel was not that easy to find (only a small sign on a wall that could be easily overlooked), Check-in via key box was super easy and comfortable (no pressure to arrive before a certain time). The woman at the desk in the lobby of the building was not speaking English but we managed to understand each other anyway. She was very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and very clean. I loved the bed, because it was very comfy. Air-conditioned, clean, tv with netflix, wifi... All you could ask for was there.

Hotel is on the top floor of a commercial/residential building. Logistics are super well organised. I got a magnetic key, that open not only my room,.but also the main entrance to.the building and the entrance to the hotel section. The room was well equipped. The tv was huge (60 inch? ).and had Netflix and prime included (perhaps also Disney, i did not check).. The staff/owners were extra helpful: e.g. i had to print out something for work in the evening, when there was no staff. The owners offered to come.back and deliver the printed document to me still in the evening. I am super grateful guys!
