The hotel has an amazing location in the city center. It is very new and well-built, with a nice decoration and even a little terrace. The bedroom has a table for work, a big and comfortable bed and a spacious and clean bedroom. they also offer parking in the location, but unfortunatelly the street was under construction when we visited so we can not comment on that.

It was not an issue for us, but just to clarify, the hotel is located inside a commercial building, so you have to enter through that. Take the elevator and then the hotel occupies the entire top floor of the building.

The staff were very nice and attentive. The receptionist made sure we could make it on time while the check-in desk was open (it closes after 18 o'clock). We were greeted with a personalized message and a small complimentary bottle of wine in the room. The hotel is located in an area well connected to the public transport lines (metro, trams) and you could walk to the parts of the city centre if you are in the mood for a stroll. Also, the main railway station is close, 15 minutes of walk or 1-stop travel with the metro line. Hotel rooms are situated on the upper floor of an old office building (see negatives section) BUT! this building has also the "Pater Noster" type of elevator (small cabins circling up and down) which is now very rare to see and you can use it during the daytime on working days which is quite a nice perk :)

The name "rooftop" suggested some nice view, but it was quite mediocre - one side to the Florenc observing the highway, the other side mostly with the view of adjacent buildings (and the Prague castle in the background :-) ). The hotel floor can be reached by elevator + using a staircase for 1 more floor (so not recommended for elderly people).

Was here with family for three nights. Place is clean, modern, rooms are fairly spacious (differences between rooms), staff was friendly, check-in only took 2min. Hotel is on the top.floor of a "normal" Prague building, so it's a bit confusing at first, but then super nice because it's quiet up there, you hear no noise from the street despite the central location.

Breakfast is in a different building. We did not book breakfast anyway and it did not bother us, but maybe good to know for not-so-morning people. Last flight of stairs has to be walked: same thing, did not bother us, but good to know.

Excellent location, pretty large and very stylish room, very quiet in the night considering the city center. We were even able to open the windows during the night - good sleep. Large screen smart TV. Very clean floor / carpet. Ergonomic and relatively firm mattress (bed) - good for our spines. Breakfast at Amano restaurant near by was a nice surprise - rich buffet and fresh pastry even on Sunday morning. We felt welcome and appreciated small gift in the room. Fast and stable wifi internet.

The only drawback was that we had to hand-carry our luggage from the 5th floor to the 6th floor (elevator terminates on the 5th floor).

My partner and I stayed at the Rooftop Planet Prague for 2 nights and would like to have stayed longer. We had a wonderful time. The hotel is located on the 6th floor of the building and the elevator only goes up to floor 5 but we didnt find this a problem. Check in was very easy and we were even allowed to access our room earlier when we came to drop of luggage. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were in the Ganymede room and it was lovely, spaceous and bright with a very nice bathroom. The location is great, very central, and we mostly walked everywhere. The view of the room is over the courtyard so you don't really see much other than other tall buildings, but it lets plenty of light in and didnt bother us at all. The breakfast over at the restaurant across the street was amazing, we still talk about it. The restaurant staff was so great, the place is very big and the food was exceptional. The reception is very cute and the employee there helped us with maps, must-sees and restaurants, it has limited staffed hours but once you have your keycard you can access it at all hours. The room has a refrigerator and access to Netflix which was great. We didn't hear noise from other guests but everyone is asked to keep noise down after 22:00 and I found that to be respected. Would stay again in a heartbeat and couldn't recommend this hotel more!

The pillow was just okay but we didn't check the reception to see if they had other pillows available, so that is on us :)

We chose it for the closeness to Florence metro and the bus station, and it is very well located to this. It is also walking dinstance to the old town. It is actually located in a classic Prague builgind and it even features an old paternoster which is historical feature in itself. Rooms on the other hand are modern in design and very nice. We had nice rooftop view from the window. There is also a share terrace with nice view. We were treated complimentory wine, which was very nice guesture. Also the room was quiet.

Our room was not well cleaned during our stay. The building has an elevator only to the prior floor, so yyou have a flight of stairs to reach the hotel level. There are not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Reception is working 9-18, which need to be considered.

Nice location, just at the side of the city center, on a few steps from the metro station (which we used as a direct connection to the free P+R location - Parkoviště Metro Černý Most) and 10-15 walking minutes from the Powder Tower. The hotel is on the top floor, which you can reach with a paternoster elevator (and a normal one). The hotel is in a nice theme, the (bath)room is spacious and the beds are very goo. For in the evening, a Netflix account was available and a complimentary bottle of wine. We also loved the breakfast buffet (on 200 meters from the hotel).

Just a detail, but it would have been handy if there were luggage racks in the room, to put your suitcase on.

Very good location close to prominent tourist sites. It’s the top floor of a building that’s been transformed into a theme-based hotel. A very clean hotel with premium fixtures. A helpful team that makes arrangements for a pleasant stay.

The lift doesn’t reach up to hotel so have to take final flight of stairs. Not a good option with mobility issues. No balcony in room but a good open terrace with nice seating arrangements available. No receptionist at night but reachable on phone(not tested) but team is very helpful and makes arrangements to make your stay comfortable. Room has a nepresso machine. However I am a tea person therefore would have liked a kettle.

Room spaciousness - room was really exclusively big for a Prague downtown and design was unique. Breakfast was great and tasty, I liked the atmosphere of an Italian restaurant, however, I would appreciate more fruits during the summertime.

The whole concept of placing a Hotel within one rooftop floor (one flor over the elevator final stage) in an old building could be more described when presenting the hotel. The rooms with balconies might have beautiful patios, but "general" rooftop terrace is a bit weird place to spent some other moments than just smoking a cigarette.

We really enjoyed the spacious room, very comfortable beds, hotel as a Netflix account! Breakfast was good, located in a different hotel just 100m from the hotel. Bathroom with window! Very friendly staff. Water and fruits for free and even a little bottle of wine as a welcome drink. We would recommend it!

The shower was open so unfortunately the floor got wet while showering. All rooms of the hotel are on one floor and it’s not soundproof, so you hear a lot. We didn’t mind because we were just staying for 2 nights.
