Situated at the river and in the old city area, this beautiful hotel is the absolute best deal for travellers that want to enjoy energy-consuming Prague (with all its cultural activities, vivid night-nightlife,..) and return at night in a relaxing, comfortable and hospitable environment. Thanks to the very helpful staff (especially Bara and Kate and Marketa) I felt quite at ease. Tip: even with a busy agenda, try to relax and visit the gorgeous wellness center in the hotel.

I honestly couldn’t find anything wrong, and as I set my standards pretty high, that say’s enough!

Amazing and outstanding hotel! We were there on my birthday vacation. I must mention that they treated me to an amazing birthday cake free of charge, they made me happy on my birthday. The cleanliness and service was amazing especially from Kate, Erin, Adriana. I will go back there for sure!

Loved the room: perfect tv placement, perfect light settings, love the window part with a perfect view and able to sit and lay across, love that there was a bathtub and shower, loved the space! Loved the breakfast! You could tell the cook was a master of her craft, so many options, done to perfection. Loved the location! 10 minute walk to old town square and roughly 20 minutes or more to the castle Loved the pool! We weren’t able to try the spa or steam room but the pool and sauna were amazing!

I wish it was better explained how to use the room service and what you can order. We were not able to get a ‘romantic for two’ spa massage and steam bath as there was only one masseuse.

Amazing stay. Five different rooms and all amazing. Service was always going above and beyond. Highly recommend staying at The President.

The hotel staff were very kind. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, hot water in the shower all the time and it was clean. The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is within walking distance of the main places such as the Charles Bridge and the center of the old city. The view from the rooms towards the river is lovely and highly recommended! The hotel has an excellent spa and we really enjoyed the saunas, the pool water was cool and not hot enough. The hotel has a great pub on the top floor where you can spend time and also an excellent Michelin restaurant!!! The restaurant is not cheap, but it is highly recommended for food lovers!

The air conditioner was noisy and did not heat the room well. There were two elevators but some of the time only one elevator was working and the other one was under repair. I missed that there was no gym in the hotel. In the shower, the water did not go down because the drain was blocked, which is a shame. Overall, the maintenance of the hotel needs to be improved.

Excellent location—everything is within walking distance. The room is spacious, and the breakfast is excellent and varied. The spa is small but very attractive and cozy, featuring 2 saunas and 1 pool. Additionally, the spa was not very crowded during our stay. The rooftop bar offers stunning views and excellent bartenders. However, the prices are slightly higher than those in the city.

Our room provided a view of the castle; however, the sight was somewhat hindered by the adjacent construction. Unfortunately, the room's window was dusty from the outside and had not been cleaned. The ongoing construction next to the hotel also resulted in noise within the room on a weekday morning. Regrettably, there was no information provided during the booking process regarding this ongoing construction.

The property was lovely, very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa/pool area was gorgeous. The breakfast was fabulous with a huge range to choose from, hot and cold.

We stayed in a junior suite on the 5th floor and the room was lovely but it was unfortunately unbearably warm and the air conditioning wouldn’t work, we did ask reception but nothing was done to improve the temperature and so we didn’t sleep well at all .There was one window which opened a little but when that was open the noise from outside was so loud that you couldn’t sleep anyway 🙈 there was also a smell in the room like drains ! The lift which brought you to the beautifulCasablanca sky bar on the 6th floor was broken so you had to get a staff member to bring you to the staff lift to go up there but there wasn’t always someone available to bring you so you had to wait and no one to bring you back down so we ended up going down fire exit stairs to get back down 🙈

We had a junior suite which was very spacious and had a wonderful view of the river. The suite was very clean and bed very comfortable. Hotel has a very good location with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Friendly professional staff. Indoor pool lovely!

The Sky Bar in the hotel is very overpriced compared to other bars in the area. The Bar also offers Irish Coffee on the drinks menu but said that they had no cream and when we asked if they could get some for the following evening they said that they could not get any cream anywhere which of course is just ridiculous! It seems that we were not the only people to complain about the service.

I loved everything about the hotel especially the helpful staff. I would also like to mention Marketa, the manager of the hotel, who always made sure everything was sorted for us which was brilliant . Looking forward to our next trip
