Excellent experience from start to finish, in Kuala Lumpur people often talk about "cheap luxury", but after reading many reviews, I can say this hotel truly deserves what it costs - From the first moment, impeccable service. Zahid at reception welcomed us with a big smile and even upgraded us to a better room because it was available - Spacious, clean and comfortable room with great views. Very quiet, perfect for resting. Big plus: filtered water tap in the room - Beautiful infinity pool, very clean and calm, with amazing city views and (important) never crowded - Delicious and varied breakfast - Other facilities well maintained (gym, laundry room, games space) - Restaurant-bar with pool table and jukebox where you can even choose your own music, we spent lovely evenings there - Great location, 10 mins walking distance to Bukit Bintang (staying here avoid the noise of Buking bintang but it s still very close). Easy to get a Grab for trips to farther places, like the Batu caves - QR system in the room, you can request items, food, or wathever you need easily - The real treasure of this hotel: its staff. No words to describe how kind, attentive and hard working they are. Special thanks to Fakhri, Aisi, Saymon, Fikri, Nurjannah, Abier (we forgot some other names) always super kind with us and giving us great local tips. Thanks as well to Michael (manager) for his warmth and kidness. You can really feel the great team spirit here. In general bar team, breakfast team, reception and the security team, and the housekeeping staff, all really polite and professional We LOVED staying here and we'd definetely come back again, 100% reccomended!

Not really cons for us but: 1) Slight smell of humidity from one air conditioner when we arrived, fixed immediately after we mentioned it 2) Small water leak near the toilet few days after our arrival. Again, handled right away by maintenance, they even offered a room change but we decided not to change because it wasn’t a big problem and we were happy with our room Everytime we reported something, they reacted immediately, so these details never bothered us

The hotel was beautiful, located close to TRX and 20 to the petronas towers by foot. The breakfast was good and special mention to the person who made me delicious and well cooked eggs because of my pregnancy. The room was big enough, had an amazing view to the city and the bathroom was big, with a nice shower. The towels were changed daily.

We had room 2902 and 1202. The mattress was so bad that it had the shape of the previous guests imprinted, we asked at the reception and got a room changed but the mattress was the same just slightly less deep. The receptionist let us know that the room was the cheapest. Maybe because of that the mattress could not be better? The room didn't have a minibar and I noticed that the bed sheets were not charged when dirty but just turn around.

We really enjoyed the roof top pool area and bar / eatery area after a long day of walking the very humid city of KL. Food at the hotel was very good and make sure you get happy hour cocktails as alcohol from hotels are generally dear. Room was spacious and comfortable. Short walk to the golden triangle of Bintang. Some very upmarket shopping with the surrounding areas full of better priced shopping. Lots of food options and real coffee. I enjoyed walking the streets. Staff were very attentive. Also good washing facilities for 36 ringgit. Shopping is great - Book extra luggage for the way home. I enjoyed the Batu Caves.

Small note - didn't realise KL has a 10 or 20 ringgit per night city tax you pay at the hotel but we will be back to KL

This hotel is downtown, within walking distance of some GREAT, upscale shopping plazas. There are excellent food facilities and nice restaurants, bars (we love live music and saw a good performance at an open mic night) and getting a Grab (taxi) was really convenient. We ate at both a chinese 'street food market' (aka night market - open during the day too), as well as a malaysian food market. What I liked the most was the concierge was SUPER helpful, and spoke English well. They also offered guests umbrellas to check out when it rains in the late afternoon. The checkin and check out staff was very efficient, and actually remembered my name once I returned to their desk (40th floor). My wife used the gym facilities, and the pool looked nice too.

You cant get coffee 24 hours. As an American I had to do some work (USA east coast is 12 hours ahead of local time) and at 4am I couldnt find a coffee shop nearby, nor did the hotel offer coffee, nor allow me to work in the bar area that time of the morning - so I hunched over a table in the lobby.

Staff friendly, polite and helpful. Location is great. You just need to walk 5-10 mins to either TRX mall or Bukit Bintang shopping belt. Hotel security is top. Lobby is at 40th floor. Access to room level or pool require room card key. Using GRAB app for car or for ordering food is a must and cheap.

The roadworks outside the hotel is still under construction, a full year since I stayed at the same hotel. Not hotel fault. Still accessible to walk but have to be extra careful of traffic.

We had a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room due to our length of stay. Bed was comfy and room was super clean. The location was very good and only 5 min walk to the new mall TRX. Walking to pavilion was also easy abt 8min. Staff were kind and polite. We were offered a vip area at higher floor for breakfast when we asked for a better table. It was amazing! Peaceful and the spread was just nice and we love the little nasi lemak bungkus! So authentic and fragrant. Memorable stay!

The breakfast area is small and can be quite noisy.the check out time is strict and immediately our room card became invalid for lift and it was auto done without notice.

- Nice, fresh and clean room, we were sleeping with pleasure. - We felt safe and the staff was doing its job without disturbing us. - Has small kitchen zone with microwave, which is relatively rare in hotels - Nice location, very close to shopping malls, walking distance to Twin Towers, etc.

Small things that didn't break our perfect impression, but could be improved: - We came late, but the hotel does not have room service 24/7, so we had to go outside to search for some food - No European power socket (or type-c) near the bed, only old USB socket for some reason - 100$ deposit during check-in (we had a big trip and this was the only hotel requiring it)

Our stay at the Capri by Fraser, Bukit Bintang was wonderful! We were delighted from the first moment we walked up to the front desk and were warmly greeted by front desk staff! The property itself was perfectly located. Bukit Bintang is at the heart of the best shopping and restaurants in KL, and close to the major tourist attractions. Our room was spacious, well equipped, and included a kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable! But what continued to impress us was the fact all the staff - most especially the front desk and concierge staff - continually went above and beyond to make certain were had all that we needed and were comfortable in their hotel. They truly were service and guest oriented for which we were grateful! Management clearly hires employees that understand how to deliver a quality guest experience!

Modern, fairly new hotel. Room was large, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was also nice, with a large shower and good water pressure/temperature. There was also a kitchenette, and we liked the filtered water tap for filling up our water bottles. Breakast was good. A lot of western and Asian choices, bread a bit dry, but fresh egg bar and some nice pastries. Location was perfect, close to Pavillion mall and Metro stations. There was also a handy covered walkway from the Pavilion mall to the Suria Mall at the Petronas towers. Nice pool with good depth for swimming on rooftop. Good view of city skyline, but view of Petronas towers is blocked by other skyscrapers, only the top is visible. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Firm mattress, not enough sun loungers around pool (it got very busy in the afternoon).
