Literally everything was amazing. The bed was sooo comfortable. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The place smells amazing. The bathroom was beautiful and clean and always had really good water pressure and hot water. It is impossible to have a more central location! You can walk everywhere from the hotel. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Just everything was amazing. They had the availability to allow me to check in early and check out late at no extra cost! Can’t guarantee that for you as it’s based on availability. The laundry service was wonderful. They came and took my clothes and less than 10 hours later they were folded and waiting in my room for me!

Nothing! It’s perfect in every way!

I liked the room location and view. I liked no extra door to neighbor room. I liked that the breakfast menu is growing. For example, now you offer potatoes and scrambled eggs some days continental. It would be nice to see some classic ukrainian dishes such as pancakes or syrniki. Also I can suggest more american dishes such as waffles or english muffins.

The room service cleaning daily seemed to decline. Some days the floor was not vacummed fully. Also we received old towels or slippers instead of new. I suggest fully cleaning room service all the time. Also the schedule needs to be expanded of room service. It currently begins at 9:00am. It would be nice to start at 8:00am to accomadate working class individuals. Also breakfast is good, but music playlist is slow and tiring in the morning. At more music with energy to playlist for breakfast. :)

The hotel is probably the best you can have at the old city center. It is situated right on the Market Square, within 1 minute walk to the city hall. The area is pedestrian, no traffic around. The hotel is new and fresh. It looks modern, but all this wooden interior fits the surrounding old city spirit. We loved those wooden stairs, and prefer them over the elevator. The staff is extremely friendly and provides top quality service. The room is clean and supplies every necessity, including bath robs and slippers. They even have a pillow menu. The hotel has it's own restaurant with delicious food and perfect service. I definitely recommend this stay.

This hotel is extraordinary. Small and intimate yet large enough to provide all the high end amenities. Beautiful location in the heart of Lviv. Fine dining in hotel and nearby. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. Exemplary demonstration of legendary Ukrainian hospitality. Property is very fresh and very new. High marks to Best Western for investing in Ukraine during war time. Not taken for granted by this international traveler and speaks volumes for its corporate decision-making.

Needed 24hour access to the cappuccino maker. I work when I travel at odd international hours and need fresh coffee at odd hours. Literally the only thing that wasn't perfect.

The staff was very friendly and suggested different options for late check out, including keeping our luggage for free. The room was clean. The room service arrived unnoticeable and didn't disturb us. It was not a busy week and the hotel was very quiet. It is located in the very old Center of Lviv. There are a lot of options to eat out and relax. It also has a bomb shelter underground accessed by elevator with no need to leave a hotel territory - convenient for people with limited mobility.

Everything was perfect

The hotel is new with clear indications of the location of rooms, exits, etc. The location is fantastic, right on the Market Square. Isolation is also great, you don’t hear anything. The staff is very attentive, so far the best service I have ever got! The response time from the hotel via Booking.com was extremely fast. I asked to iron the dress for me in the morning before the check-in (also left my luggage in their storage room) and it was already hanging in the room together with my suitcases when I got my key to the room! The service in general was fabulous!

I have nothing to say here as everything was spectacular!

The place was amazing, in the center of Lviv where you are close to the best restaurants, bars and museums. Need to remind the future guests that the hotel has a great restaurant, nice wine list and cocktail bar. Staff was amazing and very polite, the housekeeping also, they made us feel very comfortable. Room, just no words because it was exceptional. I thank a lot the whole staff for the stay.

The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating from the beginning. They promptly provided us with another room as we were not satisfied with the first one. It was my birthday, and they surprised us with a small cake; a 'Happy Birthday' was also sung. It was just wonderful!! We liked the interior and tasteful decor the most. It should also be mentioned that the hotel is located in the pedestrian zone and therefore in the center of Lviv, making everything easily accessible on foot.

Everything was fine!

The room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great. The staff was very helpful. We were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel for another couple of hours after checking out.

My room was quiet and I don't have any complaints. But my family who stayed in a different room complained that they could hear loud music from the street until late at night. So I would recommend getting a room away from the street.

The room was exceptionally quiet even though overlooking a pub in the main square. The staff were friendly, helpful and patient. As the hotel is located in the pedestrian area, it's not always easy to find your taxi. So the staff called a taxi for me, then walked me to the pick-up point and helped with the luggage. I loved the options and quality of breakfast, too. The options included a range of porridges including one made of linen seeds, a selection of egg dishes, e.g. salmon and poached eggs on toast and the like. The dishes looked and tasted like in a fine restaurant rather than a breakfast buffet.
