The lobby was refreshing and smelled great, the night staff was attentive and very nice. The window blinds offered privacy while not blocking your view. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet for a sold out evening.

I did not like the shower curtain - it was too small for a large jacuzzi tub and the shower curtain bar was broken. The bathroom floor was very slippery when climbing out of the shower/jacuzzi tub and they should put a bar or non slip strips in for safety. Also more towels would be nice in jacuzzi rooms. The TV was wall mounted but did not tilt or swivel making it hard to see from the bed. No USB or phone charger ports were available on lights, or fixtures. and the room was very dark because the only ligth were bedside making it hard to see in certain areas.

Thanks cleaners for going above and beyond. My room was sparkling clean, You could tell tables wiped, both sinks cleaned and even the shower. Give cleaners a bonus sometime. :) I didnt try breakfast, was too tired. Also thank the front desk for allowing me to chwck in 30mins early by calling the housekeeping to see if they had a clean room at the time. I am grateful. Loved the bibles in the room. God knows Psalm 91 will help keep nightmares away.

Missing blowdryer in the room but haf one in the car. I didnt call housekeeping or front desk, im sure they would have goy me one if it was available.

We stayed for a wedding, so there was a group of us. The hotel was having renovations, so we expected that. Our room was super clean (see photos for how shiny and clean), and the bed was comfortable. Dave was awesome and so helpful. He was the shuttle driver from the wedding venue and even personally showed us to our room- he was super helpful and friendly. He even turned on the heat and tv. The staff we dealt with directly was nice and patient, but Dave was the best. Rooms: Very clean room, and the rest of the hotel was clean also- including the public bathrooms. Food & drinks: The drinks were very good. My friends paid for extra time at the bar so we could all hang out after their wedding. The drinks were really good. The bar was clean.

The only cons would be 1. The price, especially for during renovations and without a pool. It's quite pricey, considering other nice hotels with more amenities are cheaper. And 2. The shades in the room...they don't block out the light and you can't close the curtains. So the sun blinds you early in the morning.

They had a 24 hr desk. They had a bar with food. The beds and pillows were awesome. Down pillows maybe? The staff was attentive and friendly. The body wash was moisturizing. I would stay again when jn town.

The coffee in the room was aweful. The bathroom does not have a fan.

You should maybe consider doing something different for the back view. Need more than 2 wash cloths in the rooms please. Also there’s a little Rust on the towel rack. Need to secure the wall paper that’s on the wall.

Breakfast was great and fast. Also one evening meal was very good. Staff at the bar/restaurant was excellent. No so much was the lady who checked me in. Location was perfect. May stay there again.

The bed linen could be put together much better. Maybe the linens were the wrong size, but we’re bunched up so much, it was difficult to sleep, but I was too tired to take it all apart and redo it.

The property was clean, and check in was easy. The room was clean and I got what I asked for, a non-adjoinung room.

The bed was not comfortable, as the mattress was due a change. The shower drain needs to change as it was pitted, though the bathroom was very clean

Sharif is outstanding!! Always friendly and helping me out whether over the phone or in person! He is a big reason why I will drive an extra few miles to stay here vs other locations!

The glass shower doors do not have the handles installed correctly. I have the same doors in my home and the knobs on the inside should have a longer top knob as a pull knob from inside the shower. Someone who is short cannot close the door easily because there's nothing to "pull" the door shut. Also, my floor had not been vacuumed. But as soon as I brought this to the front desk's attention, they assured that while I was out during the day, this would be done and it was.

Front desk staff was excellent. Room was okay. Conveniently located. Mobile key is useful.

Toilet was off balance, shower door handle was loose, and air conditioner was very loud. Very limited parking. Many things (pillows, sheets, etc.) unavailable to access via the app had to go down to the front desk anyway.

The location is excellent.

No maid service! Parking at night is an issue. We had to park at night in the overflow area where there is limited lighting, no security, desolate and unsafe to walk from to the hotel building, and with several trucks parked, limiting one's ability to be safe while getting in or out of their vehicle, can prove to be very hazardous.
