Location and cleanness

I wasn't able to get my room cleaned on a daily basis.

The location and the confy bed. The breakfast was ok and rhe staff so friendly especially the blonde girl.

I wish more fast food restaurants were near us in that location ! We had to pay for a ride to go to a restaurant the traffic was so busy it was hard to get across the street to eat.Next day we did see some places on up the street to go eat on our side.It was a good little walk for someone older Shuttle service to local places would have been nice since we had never been there and we didn't know where anything was.. Everything else was good though! We just got there later and it was dark.Maybe a local map of the area would have helped.

Clean, comfortable hotel which felt safe for a woman alone.

I was stuck at the airport with no place to stay, a bit after 11pm. I went online with my phone and looked specifically for properties with free airport shuttle. I found and booked yours. Then I called for a ride and was told they stop running at 11! I was upset; nowhere online did it say shuttle stops at 11. Went outside to get a cab which cost me $27. When I got to hotel I asked for compensation for my unexpected cost. The gentleman was very nice and told me to talk to the morning desk people. I did that, and the young lady said she had to call the manager and she’d get back to me. She never called me back. Disappointing.

Very near to FLL Airport and 20 minutos to Sawgrass. As soon as you get into the place you can serve yourself with lemon flavored water and the hall smells very good and it’s very clean and organized. They have a free shuttle to the airport. The room is huge, very comfortable! There’s a little market in the hall and serve breakfast. The employees are very careful and helpful.

The neighborhood is a little unsafe but I’ve just stayed to be near the airport.

Everything was excllent. The staff was helpful and very friendly at the front desk as well as breakfast. The breakfast was delicious each morning. The area was always clean. My sons and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room had a great cool temperature. We loved the suite! We have no complaints only compliments!

Everything was very good. The breakfast was good. Love the way the hotel smelled and the cleanliness of it. The staff were very warm and welcoming. Everyone was helpful. From the front desk reception right down to the custodial services. Will be back again.

Wished they had bedroom suites. No other complaints.

We were very impressed from the moment we walked in the lobby. It was clean and looked and smelled great. The staff was very accommodating when we had any request. Also, appreciated the morning breakfast.

We did have a n issue with the pull out couch bed. There were crumbs and hair when we opened up the bed. The mattress and mattress pad had an odor. We did tell the desk the next morning. The mattress pad was changed but the mattress itself still had the odor. We needed the pullout to accommodate our son.

Breakfast was good. The self serve area was crowded.

The self serve breakfast area needed more of an open concept for the amount of flow it had, because as it is, it felt crowded. The sofa bed in both rooms were heavily soiled (didn't even attempt to pull out bed because of what the sofa looked like).
