This was supposed to be an older hotel that was renovated therefore I wasn't sure it would be as nice as it was. The building and lobby were very well kept and clean. As far as I could tell everything looked brand new. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. We had some problems with the shower soap, conditioner, and shampoo that was on the wall inside the shower. The front desk was notified and went above and beyond to remedy the situation.

The essential items in the shower were not full and working properly, however the evening staff corrected the circumstances as well as they could. I did not care for the coffee because it was very, very strong.

The staff is amazing... Iris at the breakfast is so sweet and super helpful. It makes your day start with a good vibe. The best. Deborah at the front desk, super happy and friendly, a pleasure to deal with. She can get the things done in a minute and also make it enjoyable! We loved our stay, they accommodate every single need in this impressive heat wave ordeal. Loved to be here...

The tv was not hooked to the internet, so even if they were Netflix and Youtube ready, we couldn't use it.

Staff was professional and polite. Needed a room on the first floor and staff was able to accommodate. Hotel was clean, lounge was nice, coffee/tea available 24/7, laundry facility available. Location is good for shopping, restaurants, easy drive to the beach.

Furnishings were quite old. No comfortable chairs for either working or relaxing. Breakfast was disappointing. No hot tea available, eggs were not real eggs but some type of substitute, grits were like gruel.

Had booked a 2 queen BR for a 1-night stay but when we arrived our room was on the first floor where they allow pets and the room had been occupied previously by a smoker even though the property doesn't allow smoking! Nevertheless, we brought this to the attention of the receptionist and were quickly moved to the second floor which had a king bed and 1 sofa bed which was acceptable but not what we had paid for. Have stayed at this property before ... rooms are comfortable but if you're not traveling with a pet, be sure to ask for a room located elsewhere.

Breakfast was plentiful and good. The accommodations were fine, but the rooms need updating in the bathrooms and carpets. Beds were comfy.

Found a live roach in our room, but he didn’t eat much (joking, of course!). Not about the roach but about the eating. I’ve lived in Florida for many years and know the difficulties of keeping buildings bug-free. Didn’t report it to the staff.

There were several selections for breakfast. The hot sections varied slightly each day - eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, toast, english muffins, bagels, They always had cold cereal, fruit, yogurt and coffee. Dining area was spacious and clean. Staff was very attentive.

I've stayed at this hotel 4 different times and everytime I've stayed I've cleaned the air/heater vent. All 4 times they were nasty!!!! Not sure who's over this but it needs to be addressed!!!

Robert the front desk agent on that night in particular made our stay exceptionally worth it. Very pleasant, informative and made us feel welcome as soon as we got there. Thank you Robert!

We ended up with a handicap asseseble room, probably due to the fact that we were late for check in who knows. But I'm guessing all the rooms were gone. The sink in the bathroom was noticeably damaged and literally hanging on for dear life. But overall we understood things happen.

It's pet friendly but everything is kept clean and nice by the staff. That it's easy to find everything we need. That it's in the area my kids live. We had a health issue and the hotel people worked with us on booking as well as check-out.

Noisy bathroom exhaust fan. No other complaints except I would've liked to have had a room away from the front near the hotel entrance. Sometimes the dogs bark at someone out of the blue. Apparently, they were mellow except for once (I gather) I do hate to disturb other guests.

The pool and breakfast area is just lovely. There were free towels and a couple sunbeds. Big nice beds. Close to a lot of restaurants.

We had a roach in our first room. We reported the problem and within minutes we could move to a different room. Florida has a problem without roaches so genuinely good and quick service.
