The location was fabulous for us. Easy to get to everywhere! The spaciousness of the room was exceptional and the bathroom was the shining star. The best shower and awesome bath with a "surprise" tv in the mirror - weird but cool. We didn't have a view of the ocean but we didn't care - we had no one looking in to our room and we were out exploring Waikiki anyway. Susan on the front desk was exceptional - nothing was a bother for her and she had a fabulous sense of humour.

No tea making facilities. We were not fans of coffee in Hawaii ( perhaps spoilt in Australia) and it would have been good to have options. One word of advice if getting a cab from the airport - make sure you say Hokulani Waikiki (access Lewers St) - because we said Hilton Grand Vacations and we ended up at the Hilton Hawaiian Village ( we didn't realise there were several properties under the Hilton Grand Vacations banner).

We travelled with our almost one year old and the room worked perfectly for us. Kitchen facilities were excellent and it was perfect having a seperate bedroom and a bathroom with both bath and shower. The whole suite, including all kitchen items were immaculately clean as well and although we were next to the laundry room and close to the lifts our room was super quiet all the time. Free washer/dryer facilities were a super handy added bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and accommodated us with an early check in. The rooftop pool/bar set up was really well done and never too busy, yes the pool is just a plunge pool but it still did the trick and with the great views you really can't complain. Location was great with the beach an easy 5-10 min walk (either Fort DeRussy or Waikiki) or 15mins to the Hilton lagoon and close to all shops and restaurants. This was our fourth visit to Waikiki and our first in this hotel, I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was in a great location. We could walk to everything. The rooms were clean and spacious. I loved the big bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The toilet had a bidet with a heated seat. We had everything we needed in the suite. Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooking, and eating supplies. We had 2 big tvs and a balcony. I loved the room. I thought we had a problem with the AC but we didn't. The AC shuts off when the balcony is left open. Lovely place to stay. Staff is amazing and very helpful. The hotel has one restaurant that only opens for dinner. But there are plenty of restaurants out front. We went to a lei making class at the hotel. They also had yoga available. We were able to rent beach chairs for $10 a day per chair to carry to the beach which was not far. Less than a 5 minute walk. Great location.

The pool is very small

Central location close to all the shopping and food at Waikiki as well as being walking distance to the beach. Access to the hotel was a bit hidden but that allowed the hotel to feel less public and more private. Room sizes were great, loved the kitchenette and dishwasher, small fridge, stove. Also loved the suite arrangement and staff were great. Note that there is no turn over service while you stay there but you can get new towels, etc from the housekeeping.

the staff were super friendly and the room was very accommodating for three adults to stay 5 days. The Roof Deck area was very nice and created the best views as our room faced a building next door and had lots of noise when we opened the sliding doors for some fresh air. Location was very convenient to everything.

For the money we spent we didn't have even a street view room and there was lots of building construction going on during our stay.

The manager on duty made sure our luggage came to our room ASAP. They have several washer/dryers on each floor so we had clean clothes when we got home. The rooms are beautiful.

The elevator doesn't have any buttons on the inside. You select your floor on the card reader on the outside. BUT, the card reader does not know how many people are in the party. So one-time we had to stop at floors that no one got off because they were not in the elevator. Funny.

Hokulani is our home away from home. This would be our 6th or 7th stay here and we try to stay for at least 2 weeks. The rooms are comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay with or without children. We love that the rooftop pool isn’t too deep and our young children can play safely. The staff are always warm and welcoming and happy to help.

I will try to be short - when we booked we thought we were part of Hilton Hawaiian Village - (long story- very disgusted with booking.com) - anyhow - The hotel clerk Susan was extremely polite, courteous and helpful. We were very unhappy by time we arrived - and she actually calmed us down - and was able to get us to stay - and see the room and made us glad we listened to her and stayed

AFter the bad start (not due to anything your hotel did) - we were very happy - from the car service to the hotel employees - everyone was extremely polite and helpful -

Super convenient location that was surprisingly quiet. Normally we stay at the Village but this time we decided to change it up and are pleased we had the experience. Extremely clean and well resourced rooms including a dishwasher! Small but good assortment of crockery and cutlery for the odd meal eaten in room. Pull out couch for daughter was too uncomfortable so she just slept on the sofa. The double beds were good but obviously small. Quiet and safe and super clean.

We were there 6 nights and had our room serviced once. We knew the pool would be small, but it was smaller than we imagined so we didn't use it. But it was nice to go up to the roof to see the view. We had no view from our room. But we did greatly enjoy the calm sitting around the pool and the cabanas and the cocktails we ordered were delicious.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Valet was always on top of things and Susan at the front desk was very sweet to everyone. She also gave my daughter a little cookie and was very informative. The room was very clean and had just about everything we could ask for.

The pool was a little small, but not quite a big deal when there's a whole ocean nearby.
