Was immediately treated like a VIP from the moment I checked in until even after check out. Chantal at the reception was so helpful with everything I needed and more. she really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Zac at the bar was extremely kind, genuine and professional, and Monty the operational manager, made sure to check in on me to make sure all went well. The drinks were amazing and so was the food. Not to mention Yodit and Noah, they were both extremely kind and helpful. I really felt at home during my stay and had an exceptional experience. Everything from the very clean and spacious rooms, to the comfortable beds, to the fully equipped fitness center, to the downstairs seating lounge area was five star quality. It was also convenient how close it was to so many restaurants and stores. I will routinely return whenever I’m in town.

The outdoor patio was amazing. It was very modern with a beautiful garden and a small fire pit. It was fun to eat outside during breakfast and to have a drink with my husband in the patio after an all day excursion to Boston and Cambridge. I have been to a lot of hotels but I have never seen an outside patio as nice as Freepoints. Very nice staff and nice rooms added to a nice stay.

Our TV did not work but the hotel staff responded immediately.

It is spacious room with couch and dinning table. I also like the interior decorations!

The security deposit was charged when I checked in. They told me they will return the security deposit after I check out. However, I did not receive the refund. I didn't purchase anything in the hotel nor damage the room. I still don't know why I was charged $50 security deposit which was not included when I made reservation from booking.com!

The hotel itself was quite nice, but the best thing about our stay was the young man working at the front desk. Sorry, but I’m very bad with names, but maybe his name was Noah. Anyway, he greeted us with such energy and kindness that we immediately shrugged off our travel-weary attitudes, such was his infectious congeniality. He really made our night. Nice hotel just minutes to Uber to Harvard. Friendly & professional staff, good breakfast (had it every day).

Breakfast on the Sunday was served completely on disposable tableware, which I found substandard.

It was clean and quiet and a 20 minute walk from the T

The bar is closed because the hotel isn't willing to pay for bar staffing. The room wasn't cleaned during our stay "to protect your health & safety" when it was obviously so the hotel didn't have to pay housekeeping staff. The front desk staff refused to credit our Hilton Honors account for our stay. The room rate was VERY EXPENSIVE and I'd expect a I'd at least get Honors credit and enough soap to last my entire stay

property itself is standard hotel, but the staff really stood out as exceptional. the first person we talked to at the front desk was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. came down again later to different front desk workers who were equally wonderful. very nice shampoo/conditioner as well (living proof brand) and I NEVER like hotel toiletries.

For a quick stay it was a clean place to stay with a somewhat comfortable bed.

The location was a bit tricky to get to because it was in a corner near a round about with a lot of traffic.

Bed was new-ish and sheets were clean. Loved the shower and full shampoo and conditioner. Great lounging area with plenty of space. Quiet central HVAC. Starbucks is attached to the hotel and there's plenty of room for people who sit and hold meetings even.
