We used the breakfast knook for our Saturday morning meal as off to do a hike. We use it Sunday for incidentals like tea (nothing in room) and brewed coffee and a few goodies like a mini muffin. You could add instant oatmeal to the bar as have milk and hot water and cups/bowls. Also, a variety of bagels and/or breads would be useful. However, overall, the bar was well stocked including hard boiled eggs.

We had to search for outlets to plug in devices to charge. The king size bed is much bigger than our queen size home bed. It was comfortable but a change for us.

The reps at the property were very friendly and easy to work with.

Booking.com advertised free cancellation but made it extremely difficult to cancel. I sent multiple emails and spent over 2 hours on the phone with booking.com trying to get the cancellation processed. Booking.com kept saying that they would charge me if the property didn’t approve the cancellation (even though their site claimed “free cancellation”). So, I called the property and they approved it in less than 2 mins. But, when I let Booking.com know that (after another 20 minute hold), they said that it had to be a written response to their email. So, I called the property back and they said they didn’t have an email. Back and forth it went until I finally got Booking.com to call the property. It was a rediculous waste of time. I would not use Booking.com again.

I was allowed to check in early and check or out a little late at no extra charge. The staff was courteous. I do not smoke so it was easy to stay there. The internet was also more than sufficient and enough room for luggage.

The microwave and mini-fridge/mini-freezer could have been cleaner and the bathroom should have been even cleaner. Furthermore, the continental breakfast in the morning was a little too basic & could have used some cream cheese.

The room was clean and neat with good breakfast

This room was purchased through booking for a guest . The guest ended being charged for the room inspite of the fact I entered my card information. I wish I'd have known and would have shown up in person to avoid embarrassment for me and the guest who was expecting a paid room and myself who had to reimburse them. I've purchased rooms for a guest on 3 separate occasions at other motels through a third party sight such as bookings this is the first time this has happened. I simply wish I'd have realized.

Never seen such a nice place

Our bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We appreciated the fresh fruit and the yogurt available at the breakfast bar. It was quiet.

When we first came into our room the air smelled stale, but once we turned on the AC, it seemed to clear up.

The room was neat and clean. The breakfast was with good choices except for the fruit part. The parking was free.

For the breakfast only fruit choice was banana and they were so ripe that the skin was split open.

Great location for the wine trail. Liked that there were multiple food choices close by.

Wish there was an elevator and the hallways were quite warm and muggy.

Quick, convenient checkin, clean and comfortable rooms.

Nothing stood out. The breakfast area is cramped, but it's a budget hotel so you can't really expect more for the price.

Location to Sampson state park very good. Price reasonable for gorgeous city of Geneva

Breakfast was "to go" type. I ate elsewhere. Only complaint about the room is the door knob didnt work probably and the lock kept staying on. Need to adjust handle twice just to shut the door. Room 115
