Location was good for our trip to the Finger Lakes. Lots of options for food and groceries. Breakfast was good; however, a bit more variety of meat and potatoes would have been a bonus. Dined in the restaurant on location which was good both evenings. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were very damp, we had the air on and the temperature was comfortable but everything was damp. Pool was closed for the time we were there which was one thing we were looking forward to.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was less than 2 minutes from my assignment, so it was perfect for my early morning shifts. There is a restaurant inside that boasts an award-winning chef. Unfortunately, I never made it there, but I definitely will on my next assignment in the area. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Some of the upgraded rooms were still a bit shabby. On one stay my television remote was missing.

We had to change plans last minute because the place where we were going in MA had water issues. We decided to check out Senecca Falls . Our choice for the hotel was a good choice. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The room was clean. Great, walk-in shower with massage head! Breakfast Included. Walking distance to Store. On-site restaurant. Easy travel to the many sites to see both in Senecca Falls and surrounding areas.

Although having a restaurant on site was nice... the service was great! But the food was more salty than we would like. Oh, the best peanutbutter pie!

Location and price! Like the scenery in the room. Felt like I was in the finger lakes. Also like the shower that put out hot water.

Nothing to remark! Breakfast can not tell if the eggs were cracked or the scrambled eggs that have preservatives in them. I am highly allergic to the preservative’s should be marked. Also no fresh fruit the second day. Chicken sausage patties not good. The hot items should be labeled!

Clean, nice appointments in the room, comfortabke bed , quiet, pleasant surroundings, nice exercise area and outdoor pool, laundry, decent bar and grille though very austere environment ,

One elevator located on one corner , with steps to the second floor in other locations. Unless u can carry luggage up and diwn a flight of staurs, you have to walk a long way from elevator to your room

The decor, friendly staff, tasty food in the on-site restaurant, excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed and well appointed room. Fair price for the room. The best place we’ve stayed on our road trip!

Just one thing: A police officer was there as we checked in, about a security issue. Since I’m not from the area, hoped that the incident was isolated and that we and our vehicle would be safe.

Very nice updated room with comfortable bed and pillows. In room safe and refrigerator was nice. Nice shower. Quiet area.

Room 185 HVAC unit very loud and making gurgling sound. Night light burnt out. Bathroom door towel hook broken off and no toilet paper holder. Room was not made up after leaving at 8a for the day.. Entrance door E continually propped open creating a security issue. If card reader is broken please get it fixed.

Very clean and neat. Comfortable bed and an awesome hot shower. The free breakfast wasn't bad. Overall I would say it's a very good valued place to stay.

Wasn't much but, ice machine near our room was out of order and there wasn't any vending machines available. Late night snacks required a drive down the road to the Love's truck stop.

Bedding was comfortable. Hotel was in a convenient location

The front desk staff could have used better etiquette when checking us in. There was a wedding party going on and said "good luck" when we asked for a room in a quieter area. Also, the walls were thin, and you could hear a lot of hallway noise. Recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The restaurant on the property was not very accommodating they made us sit at the bar and wait for a table that never came and there was empty tables didn't understand why and it felt like we were pushed aside so if you want to eat there make sure you make a darn reservation. 🫤😠
