they allow 18 year olds to book, I got my deposit back very quickly, and it wasn’t in a crowded area it felt very safe to be at. I also like that it’s next to a horse racing arena that was entertaining. :)

The mattresses are severely broken down- the people at the front desk, mostly, try to be friendly but easy to see they are frustrated-Room was generally clean but in need of deep cleaning. corners are filthy

Breakfast was okay. Well stocked and attended to. Staff was keeping it clean and she was very pleasant.

Need more handicap parking spots. Room 237 early morning around 5-6am, loud humming sounds, possibly pipes. Went on for about an hour, then we left the room. Above our room, were inconsiderate guests, stomping and banging until about 2am.

The location of the Hotel was great. We could walk right to casino from hotel. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was as good. Staff was very friendly.

We were stuck in elevator 4 times.and it still wasn’t working right when we left the next day. The table in room close to window was sticky.

Free breakfast was excellent. Not just a donut and coffee. I'm talking sausage eggs bagels waffles. Juice coffee. tea.

The mattress was a little too firm but I slept some. My hips hurt on too firm of a mattress. So I switched from side to side more. Everything else was so perfect.

The cleanliness and the size of our room were impressive. Thank you!

The pool was closed for "maintenance" I hardly believe that. I just think it's a better argument than for reasons of covid. I had seen the pool was down pretty much all year so I actually didn't expect it to be open anyway. It would have been nice though, bc it looked beautiful. Plus, it would have been nice to order Brew Brothers from our room since there's not much else around like delivery. But even with those minor things. We had a great time.

Great location for what we had planned. Love that there are restaurants on site. The room was spacious, and we had a great view out our window of the track.

The only negative we had was that water pressure. It would be great one minute, then the next it would be a trickle.

Staff was very friendly, brought 2 children and for being next to a casino it was a very calm and friendly atmosphere. You couldn't hear the casino noise from the hotel section. My children absolutely loved that they had queen size bunk beds in our room.

Breakfast was great, eggs, sausage, potatoes, two flavors of waffle, oatmeal, pastries. Room was clean, beds comfy, everything else very nice.

Terrible Wi-Fi. Did not pay the 5$ for upgraded version and had basically zero service for ‘free wifi’

WE did not try the breakfast and the location was way far away from things and places we needed to be. That may have been my fault...I think I chose the wrong location.

Bizarre front desk staff; no microwaves in the rooms but the refrigerator was definitely a plus. Did not like the sliding door panel being used as a bathroom door. This room was extremely small.... the panel did not suffice.
