All room details were clean and new, with no signs of wear whatsoever. A fine shower, Soaps and shampoo were available and well-placed. Microwave and refrigerator functioned well. Breakfast was of the usual quality in this price range, and included sausage and bacon. Check-out was as simple as turning in the key cards and saying "thank you". A shuttle was available to my nearby convention site, even though I was the only person requesting it at that time.

The seals on the doors could have been better; light from the hallway came in easily.

I wrote when booking on BringFido that we had a quiet 19 lb dog with us. Booking.com replied that they had confirmed with the property that that would be fine and there would be no extra charges. When we arrived the desk asked us to pay extra for the dog. When I showed them the response from Booking.com the management was very understanding and asked us to follow up with Booking.com. The response from Booking.com said regardless of what their email said, we were responsible for the charges. Management then waived the fee --- I would stay there again but never through booking.com.

The breakfast was great. I think the thing we liked the most was the karaoke on Friday night and the acoustic duo on Saturday night at the grill.

The hotel had booked a party in a event room on the first floor. The bass vibrations and noise were so strong even on the 4th floor on the other side of the hotel that it kept us awake. The music didn't stop until after midnight.

The location is excellent; walking distance to most things in Bethlehem. The free breakfast was better than one usually gets; hot and cold stuff every day.

Maintenance is behind where it should be. Torn carpets (not to the extent of a safety hazard), loose faucets, etc. Minor annoyances, nothing major.

I had a Chef's Salad and Onion Rings on my first night. Best Onion Rings Ever!

The TV remote did not work properly. I had suggested to the maintenance person to find an unoccupied room with the same TV model and swap with our remote. The defective remote could be reprogrammed/repaired later. We left the TV on continuously for our 2 day stay. (Volume off for sleeping. Minor inconvenience)

Easy to find. Ample parking. We came to check out Lehigh University and it was quick walk (uphill but everything is uphill at Lehigh). Breakfast was standard post-pandemic DIY (waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, good pastries, yogurt, etc). I'm really glad pandemic quarantine is over and places like this survived. Room was clean, mattress and pillows were comfortable.

I am at a loss for what could be improved. It was very smooth.

Location was great. Plenty of restaurants etc close by. Easy walk to downtown historic area. Easy walk to the stacks. Casino close by with mall and other activities. Highly recommend Mr. Lee's Noodle House. Room was very quiet. Good size. Shower stayed hot. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Check in went smoothly. Definitely would stay here again.

The location was great we were able to walk to most of the sites we wanted to see. Of course free breakfast is always good. Coffee and tea in lobby pretty much all day and night. There was a decent selection of food at the breakfast bar. It was nice to have a restaurant on site to get some snacks at night.

Dogs whining and barking in their rooms. Owners probably left them alone and of course their dogs don't bark and whine. You should consider putting visitors with pets all together on the same floor. It was a little tricky getting into the property form the main drag. The bathtub was draining really slow. The AC unit could have been a little bit more quite. The breakfast hours could be a bit longer, 9:00 seems a bit early I heard some complaints from the folks while sitting there.

I like the location, staff, and room service.

Hotel is showing it's age and there are many things that could be repaired cosmetically or other. Also, I would like a small dining table that 2 people could sit at comfortably. Possibly remove desk from some rooms and replace with a table.

Easy to find, plenty of parking. Checking in was very quick. Staff were very helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Simple breakfast, had everything we needed.

Gym facilities did not have air conditioning. It was too hot. Shower in the room was a bit worn out, took some time to heat up.
