Very friendly and flexible staff, comfortable rooms and very clean. The beds were utterly comfortable, breakfast was better than what we expected with several options included. Staff allowed us to call from reception to order food in the evening, since they have no restaurant on their premises.

The shuttle needs to be organized better, especially for international guests coming outside of the USA. We were asked to call the hotel after arriving, in order to organize the pick-up from the airport, even though we had sent all information beforehand. We did not have a local number, so we had to ask for a phone at the airport and then due to a misunderstanding with the car (it had the hotel name only on one side of the doors) we ended up waiting 1 hour extra after a transatlantic flight. Perhaps offering a whatsapp number for contact could be a great solution. And providing all info in advance regarding the terminals.

The staff were very accommodating, and when the shuttle driver was busy, the general manager personally drove me to the airport! She, like all of the other staff, were incredibly friendly, and I greatly appreciated meeting them. Rooms were just right for one person, and the pool (although outside) was clean and enjoyable. The beds were quite comfortable!

The bathroom floor was left just a little dirty of arrival, but there was nothing too unbearable. The location is a little difficult to leave from without personal transportation, but it works perfectly for airport to-and-from rides.

The property was very close to my family member we were visiting. Our suite was very spacious which made it a lot easier for me to work when I needed to. The breakfast they had in the morning was filled with yummy items! The housekeeping staff was on top of their game when asked for additional items, super friendly as well! I’m probably not spelling the young lady’s name right who checked us in, but Lenetta was so friendly and very professional. Coming from someone whose worked in a hotel before, her kindness was very appreciated!

We can’t say a bad thing about the property.

Good sized room with a seating area as well as a comfortable bed. This was a layover stop for us so we didn’t use any of the amenities and left before breakfast. Good to have a free shuttle to and from the airport.

Location was next to a very busy roadway with traffic and sirens heard all night. And to get to any restaurants for dinner you must drive or use ride share app. They are close enough within 5 minute drive but nothing is walkable.

The room was comfortable, clean, and very nice. The bed was cozy and we loved the extra seating area to watch tv. The shower and bathroom were very roomy and nice.

The AC unit in the room was Very loud. But because it was summer, we had to keep it on. It was very disrupting while we were sleeping. Breakfast was served until 9am, but when we went down at 8:40, most of the tables and chairs had been put up and they weren’t restocking any of the food that was out. We weren’t even the last ones down.

I liked that the property was clean, modern, well lit and my room on the first floor was in a quiet location. It was right off the highway and had plenty of restaurants and shopping near by like Walmart and McDonalds and only 5-7min to the IAH Airport and Airport car rental. And 45min from Downtown Houston and 1 hour and 10min to Galveston Beach

Called and messaged several times about shuttle pickup arrangements. Was told to call when I was outside, when I did that I was told the shuttle could not pick me up at my location (terminal e). This would have been useful information to tell me at any point before I was already outside.

It was very clean and we were greeted right away. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping came by every day to provide clean towels and any other items we needed. Breakfast was delicious eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, & potatoes. Definitely coming back again.

Great property, front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast attendant did such an amazing job for Holiday weekend. We had the same housekeeper for our entire stay which shows consistency with staff which speaks volumes of leadership team. Overall great service.

Hotel is close eateries and shops, however to exit the property is a challenge during peak hours due to its location on the parkway. Just be patient and careful.

Told on Booking that we could be picked up from the airport by shuttle at our arrival time but on day of arrival we were told that they couldn't after 6pm which left us in a mess and find our own way. Disappointing hence I had checked upon booking and was told it was no problem as they offered this free service.
