1. Close location for my needs. 2. Very gracious staff members. 3. Quiet. 4. Computers available. 5. Room temp good. 6. Clean and functional room. 7. Breakfast choices excellent.

For my taste/expectations: 1. No restaurant for lunch or dinner. 2. Ice machine on my floor did not work. 3. Strange snack purchase area. No Utah souvenirs, newspapers, etc… 4. Better communication is needed with Taxi/transportation companies. Twice, my taxi/Uber couldn’t find the hotel. Lack of SIGNAGE? Most likely since the entrance is right by a public parking entrance.

The room was awesome! Far exceeded my expectations! Very clean and the breakfast had a lot of options. I appreciated the kitchen and living room areas. If I needed to stay an extended period of time, I would definitely consider this option, especially with all that was provided in the kitchen.

They need a service elevator! At the very least, make sure the guests have priority over the carts. It was pretty frustrating coming back from the concert and unable to get on the elevator because staff was loading carts and only a couple people were getting on at a time. The line was fairly long and it took a couple elevator trips before everyone was able to get to their rooms. Next time, especially when you have a lot of people waiting, the carts should wait vs guests.

We noticed at 10:30 pm that our hairdryer did not work. Not only was ALICE at the front desk incredibly rude, she straight out ignored our request for a replacement and said she would have to see if she could find a new one. When we called the second time, 20 minutes later, she said she had „other stuff to do“. Thankfully, ROGER took over her shift around 11:15pm (when we called the third time) and was able to provide a replacement within 10 minutes. We are still shocked to have been treated like this in a hotel of the Hyatt brand. Also, the parking garage seems kind of shady.

Very clean and modern set up. Very informative and helpful staff. Joe on the Night Shift was so accommodating made me hot water so I could have tea when I came in that night and worked with us until we had complete comfort with our rooms for our stay. I wish we could have “Joes” in every hotel. Customer service like that really makes a huge difference.

Can’t think of anything except our initial rooms didn’t have working phones or cable. Sounded like a maintenance issue but Joe on the Night Shift was an amazing help the 1st night. Literally went out of our way to make sure we were comfortable.

Very central and convenient, it’s closed to the convention center. The place is quiet and very clean. All the staff are very friendly and very welcoming. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you so the great breakfast.

We didn’t like the fact the we have to pay the parking fee.

Location was great. We were able to walk to the capitol and easily catch the trax up to university. Many yummy restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable! Staff were really kind and helpful!

The food quality for breakfast wasn’t great but I am a bit of a food snob so take my comment with a grain of salt! Lots of choices so that was nice!

Our room was nice and big. We had a full size fridge with a nice maker! We are a family that likes watching TV so having lots of channel options was great. They had local and movie channels HBO, Stars, Cinemax & Showtime.

Breakfast was nasty and this isn't the hotels fault but I had elephants above me stomping all night.

Great variety of breakfast food. Rooms were very clean. Staff was super friendly.

Disappointed that the hot tub was broke & was not notified until we tried using it. The pool was very dirty as well. The pics show the pool is indoor, but it is outdoor. Quite disappointed as it rained a few days we were here & we could not go swimming.

It's very clean and pleasent hotel. I initially stayed for one night, but I decided to extend for one more night. They have all kind of kitchen untensil. And The room is big and quite clean. Everything is in good condition above of all, My wife gotta love this hotel.

Brand new feel to the hotel. Breakfast was very nice with good selections. Hotel was spotless and staff gave us some good suggestions for restaurants and things to see. The bar was not open yet as they were waiting for permits. Did not see a restaurant so at elsewhere. Really enjoyed our stay here!
