Snagged last suite as we were heading through town, fit my family of 5 perfectly. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was decent size & we had pool to ourselves in the evening.

Hot tub didn’t work when we checked in, by the time we left next day they seemed to have fixed it. The fire alarm went off (had read in different review went off for them also) & had to start to evacuate building before they said we didn’t need to exit building.

Pleasantly surprised that the bar and grill were so great - and in the building! Enjoyed pool and hot tub - also the patio just outside of the pool and hot tub area; breakfast, spaciousness of the room and friendliness of the staff. Everything we needed was under one roof. The room also felt private and quiet, even though it was a busy time. Each of the five in our party would definitely recommend staying here.

Pull out sofa was uncomfortable - ended up sleeping on the cushions on the floor. Would've liked a sink in the bathroom, instead of just outside of the restroom, for the sake of privacy, and the toilet tank needed a little repair - we had to keep putting the plunger down to hold water in the tank every time we flushed (that's actually pretty minor-just a little nuisance). Discovered it right away since the toilet was running nonstop when we checked into the room. In fairness, we did not report the issue until we checked out.

Quiet room- didn't hear the neighbors or outside noise. Felt like the room was very private. Cleaning staff was exceptionally friendly. Loved the option of the little bar and grill- good food. Stellar continental breakfast- people restocking the breakfast bar were so nice and helpful!

Hot tub heater wasn't working, but that was irrelevant- we didn't have time to use it, anyway!

Location is fantastic for easy access to the interstate. We come to your hotel to attend Rock Fest every July and will continue to do so as long as it's not overbooked.

The bed in our room (302) was kinda lumpy but still better than some places we've stayed over the years. EXCELLENT pillows tho!

The room was pretty comfortable and cozy overall and the breakfast was pretty decent. Good continental breakfast setup.

I didn't like the fact that the curtain was broken, I couldn't close them all the way. That's definitely something that can't be missed by housekeepers, so it should have been able to be fixed.

Breakfast was very good. I exceptionally liked the morning breakfast staff who did a great job keeping the area stocked & clean. We also enjoyed the pool area and were happy to see dry towels available. Very nice pool. Awesome pillows. Spacious bathroom with good water pressure.

The beds were fine but not exceptional. The hot tub was nice and hot but the jets were not very strong. There needs to be better instructions on the fridge which is off at arrival. We asked the front desk who told us to turn it on all the way and woke up to frozen drinks & food.

in order to get a handicap room it would cost an extra $50. that you had to pay for a suite. you should have standard rooms with a high rise toilet and bars in tub. it’s crazy just because you have mobility issues you have to pay $50 more.

The pool and staff were nice and the general cleanliness of the facility was good.

Beside the pull out couch there was trash from people before so you know it wasnt cleaned as thorough as you would like it. Also, the breakfast didnt offer many choices for people who have gluten, dairy and sugar cut out of their diets.

Size of the room was very nice. Plenty of pillows ,towels and places to get comfortable. The coffee in the breakfast area was awesome.

Last day tv was out and there wasn't any creamer for coffee in the room.

The lady who checked us in was amazing! She was so friendly and accommodated our needs. She was sociable whenever we saw her :) her name was Brianna They had hot breakfast that the staff served to you. It was really good and the staff was super nice! The beds were super comfy, bathroom was huge, room was a good size. We also had a suite and it was great! It had a separate room for the "bedroom" The pool was a good size and warm enough without being too cold for the kids.

For our suite room when we booked online it said it had 2 pull out couches but it only had 1 and then a recliner. It worked out fine though since we had 1 less adult The hot tub jets need some work done because they weren't very powerful but the water was really hot which was great.
