The location of this hotel is perfect, just 10 minutes away from the centre of Copenhagen. It had ideal links to public transport and is surrounded by local shops and cafes. The room was small but exactly what we needed, we just needed to sleep and get ready there and it was perfect. I would 100% recommended this hotel, especially at the price range you can’t get any better!

The ladies at the reception area made this a very welcoming place to be - they went out of their way to help as much as possible with directions or any other questions I may have had. It has lovely areas to relax- inside or out and Happy Hour certainly was a great idea to get guests mingling. It even has tables on path on street to watch the world go by. I was extremely satisfied with this hotel and would revisit and recommend to others. A 10 min walk from the Central train/bus station and is central to a little area of it's own for an array of restaurants. Bike hire was a wonderful option also.

The room was small (as mentioned in the description) but comfortable, with big windows which were great for air flow. There were complimentary teas and soluble coffee (which are great for budget travellers like me). The location was amazing, very close to Tivoli Gardens and the city center. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help.

The bathroom was a little bit challenging, considering that it is a wet room, so after a shower it would be completely flooded (the water doesn't flow to the drain, you have to use a squeegee). It wasn't anything that genuinely upset me, just rather annoying.

The hotel is in a great location, walkable distance to central railway station, restaurants and main sights. The room was small, but had enough space for two people.

It was a short walk from the main train station which is an easy 13 minute journey from the airport! Easy to walk into the main tourist area but also in a nice part of town. They have a beautiful bar downstairs with friendly staff and free wine for guests from 5-6pm daily! There are also many nice restaurants just outside the front door! A short walk also to the Designer Zoo which is a shop where you can buy products made by local designers. The room was very quiet at night as it face a courtyard and is setback from the street. They had a luggage storage we could use as our flight got in early.

Nothing!

In a stunning old beautiful hotel, smart lobby, great idea to have it set up as a cozy bar. great selection of tipples including unusual ones. helpful and enthusiastic staff. central location near the station but far enough to be quiet. my room was a great size - but I had selected a larger than average one.

for the price I would have expected breakfast included. there are options available but dude if you’re charging more than £100 a night chuck in brekkie too. it did however force me to go out and eat which was a good call as it turned out!

The location of the hotel was very convenient, it is on a main road about a 10 minute walk from the central train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially with communication prior to our arrival. They were genuinely pleased to have us staying with them. The hotel is in an old building and the charm that this brings also means it does not yet have all the design advantages of a new purpose built hotel. The hotel is going to be refurbished and I am sure that this will bring in the best of both worlds. We were lucky enough to be allocated room 110. This consisted of a large bedroom with a large window looking onto the courtyard and that let in lots of light. The large bathroom was on a mezzanine floor that housed a bath tub and separate shower. The room had windows on either side making it lovely and light. All the soaps were vegan friendly which we thought was very considerate. We had a very pleasant stay at the Savoy and would stay again if we were to visit Copenhagen again.

The reception is not open 24 hours and so in the evenings we had to use the side gate. This was absolutely fine, but just a little scary the first time with the worry that we wouldn't be able to operate the gate.

Rooms and bathrooms pristine clean and everything is very comfy. They offer a glass of wine between 5pm and 6pm, which is lovely, breakfast in bed (if wanted) and there is the possibility of ordering sushi in the room from a restaurant nearby. The room is cleaned daily only if requested by the guests in an effort to be more sustainable, which always good to see. Lovely staff.

The price is pretty high, but then, it is Copenhagen. The hotel doesn't seem to have a restaurant, but they offer recommendations for dinner if asked.

Great location , 20-30 min walk from everything : train station , main attractions ( Tour, palace , Zoo , Mermaid etc) , local mall for shopping. Near you also have 2 supermarkets, lots of places to eat with nice food , fast food , pubs, coffee shops . A very good location for every budget ! The rooms are very clean , beds comfy , quite , windows open, and also the old elevator and hall make a nuce rustic view of the hotel . The staff is really nice and helpful with every request and interaction . A very good place for a weekend trip.

Well as mentioned this was very nice and the room is equipped with all you could need . If I would improve somethings would be … pillows ( quality pillows) and maybe … don’t know a small small fridge in the room or on the corridor for the hole floor .

Location Very comfortable bed Good breakfast Friendly staff Lots of natural light Beautiful lobby Clear check-in instructions

Our room was quite small and didn't at all live up to the images on the website. The wall between our bathroom and the one next door it so thin that we could hear our neighbors use the pump for the hand soap There's nowhere to store anything in the bathroom. There are towel hooks, but nowhere to hang your clothes while you're taking a shower
