• Perfectly located right next to Tivoli Gardens and within walking distance of the main shopping streets. • Ionela (Yonella) at the reception was exceptionally kind and attentive, going out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable and assisting us with local information. • The rooms were stylishly designed and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. • The café in the reception area had a vibrant atmosphere, making it a delightful spot to relax

• The rooms lacked lockers for securing valuables. • There was no in-room phone to contact the reception, requiring guests to use their mobile phones instead. For those on roaming, emailing was the only alternative, though the staff responded promptly. • The pillows were too soft, and a firmer option would greatly improve sleeping comfort.

Great location, convenient walking to the city and great cafes nearby. The receptionist who greeted us was very friendly and helpful as we arrived frazzled with our small baby. The courtyard was delightful. The rooms were nicely decorated.

A different receptionist laughed at us on Sunday night when we asked for dinner recommendations- instead of helping us he said “no reservations on Sunday? Good luck!” We didn’t realize dinner happens so early in Copenhagen and most restaurants stop seating at 9pm. This would have been helpful to know at checkin. The breakfast price for hotel breakfast was a little steep for the offering.

Fabulous hotel. Travelled with family (tweens) for a short break before Christmas. Perfect location for Tivoli Gardens and exploring the Christmas markets. Loads of really lovely touches - loads of family friendly games in room, super comfortable beds, ping pong room for kids to let off steam, delicious breakfast, really friendly and attentive staff - nothing was too much trouble. We even received age appropriate Christmas gifts from under the tree. Bike hire on site. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Absolutely nothing!

Staff were very helpful. Bed and linen were lovely and comfortable. We could open the window, which we liked as we do not like hot, stuffy European rooms. Very easy to get to from the station. Happy hour with a free glass of wine a real bonus.

No coffee in the bedroom, and coffee is very expensive to buy in Copenhagen. Not even one shelf to put clothes on. Staff were very helpful with information about trains but we had to leave very early to catch a 6am flight, and nobody told us that the station is locked at that time. Fortunately a kind local guy helped us - we had to go around the side of the hotel and directly onto the platform - but it would be good if staff could inform guests of that. Not mad about "wet room" with half a shower curtain.

The room was amazing, on the roof with amazing views. It was very spacious and looked like a small studio. The decoration of the room was not classic / unpersonalised. At the contrary, everthing from art on the walls to lamps had been selected with taste. The bathroom was very big for a hotel room and nice.

Nothing, everything was nice - including the location very closed to the main train station, with restaurants / coffees and shops available and also close to the meatpacking district which is fancy.

Lovely little hotel in Vesterbro. Very close to the central station, cosy and comfortable rooms and the breakfast and Delphine was delicious. It also has the most beautiful courtyard, would love to come back during warmer days to enjoy that as well. Also the cafe downstairs is so comfortable and intimate

We had an issue with one of our luggage, but the staff were extremely helpful and ready to help with anything and took immediate action to make changes in the luggage storage policy to remedy the issue. Really amazing support from them. The one other small thing - if you are not used to a very soft mattress it may be a bit strange. But overall the room has everything you could need

I stayed at Coco for 2 nights and the hotel is located in a nice, quiet area in the city centre, close to nice restaurants and bars. The atmosphere was lovely, I really liked the lounge bar at the ground floor, with the delightful garden, I appreciated the agreement with the restaurant in front of the hotel, and the very nice staff

The only comment is related to the room, which compared to the rest of the style and quality of the hotel, was very simple and a little below my expectations for a 4 star hotel but no complains and overall I had a pleasant stay and I had all the services I needed.

Lovely hotel with unique feel and great vibe.Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is very good surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars and walking distance to lots of attractions.

Would be good if there was a kettle in the room (one was provided when I asked). It would also be good if the cafe had a few more items on the menu, particularly in the evening, like a soup or a salad.

Breakfast / Brunch and coffee lovely. Front desk staff superb!!! Very helpful and informative. Having bicycles for rent was great. Location - close to central train station and metro in the 'downtown' area made everything accessible

Window opened onto court yard and most evenings the people talking and laughing etc made it impossible to get caught up on jet lag. Took us 3 days to figure out how not to get water all over the bathroom floor when having a shower.

It is undoubtedly a great hotel in a perfect location for sightseeing. The staff is very courteous and attentive, and the cleanliness is perfect.

The shower is quite stingy with water, but perhaps you do this to meet ecological standards, which is certainly good. Breakfast is good but not exceptional, and the sacred cappuccino must be paid for separately, whereas in other hotels, we have found automatic, discretionary machines. A small refrigerator in the room would be greatly appreciated, but we gladly forgo it if it helps save energy.
