Modern hotel, we chose it as it has a free carpark. Spacious room, the road noise soon died down. Excellent breakfast is next door but that was OK, as they provide free umbrellas to use! We also had a very nice dinner there one night! Train station is about a 10 minute walk away, which was OK. ....easy to take the train into Copenhagen than it is to drive there and pay for parking! Good shower. Be prepared to have to walk to shops, train and restaurants.

I could not get the thermostat to go down, so it was way too warm in the room. Could not open the window as we were street side. It was in the middle of the night so did not call the staff to come and do it for me. So in the end, did not sleep well.

Easy to access by train and/or bus. The service was super friendly and always available in case that you may have questions. Big buffet at breakfast with a huge dining hall. They even had lactose free yoghurt, butter and milk which I really appreciated! The room had enough space for luggage and belongings with rather big windows.

The rooms were a bit too warm to sleep. At the thermometer inside the room, you where able to set a temperature, but unfortunately it did not cool down. When I wanted to try out the wellness, i could not find towels there (anymore?). So sadly I wasn’t able to try out the sauna and cannot give a review.

The breakfast was very good, lost of options and the view from the breakfast lounge is awesome, especially if you sit outside. Room was clean and the hotel quiet end the surroundings very beautiful. Nice location for running end good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Our room was very warm and we could not lower the temperature. If we opened the window there was very much noise from the main street which was just our side our room.

Breakfast & Dinner - Just delicious, with lots of options Room - Beautiful, completely spotless, very quite with lots of natural light, both the room and bathroom were very spacious and incredibly comfortable for our needs Location - A bit of a walk to the closest station (about 15 minutes away) but the facilities made it worth it. Having dinner or a drink on the balcony of the conference centre, overlooking the gorgeous garden with that summer breeze couldn't be beat. Onsite team - Absolutely brilliant! Lots of enthusiastic recommendations and support for our couple of days stay, Anja from the restaurant and her two other wonderful colleagues (whose names I have forgotten, which I hate myself for!) were just excellent. The reception team had given us a room nearby the reception due to my friends medical requirements and offered plenty of support and options should we have needed with great sincerity and kindness. Highly recommended.

Hotel and staff were great

Free WIFI not so good. Also the party on the Thursday / Friday was very loud especially when my room was almost directly above reception entrance. Maybe if events are happening these rooms are saved for those attending. It just kept me awake when it was happening until around 3am.

The staff was really nice and helpful. I wanted to make sure I'd be able to stay in a quiet room so that I'd be able to focus on some academic work I would need to carry out those days there and the receptionist was very understanding about my situation. All in all, there wasn't any noise, and the cleaning staff was very polite too. The buffet service is excellent and there's a wide range of food to choose from with really good quality (from fresh bacon and eggs to fresh Danish smørebrød bread with dairy and cold sausages). I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I visit Copenhagen.

not too far from CPH center in a residential area. a grocery and gas station nearby. a large hotel with large parking lot and playground. breakfast is great.

the only thing is the cleanliness should be improved. a lot of dust of the floor and the floor is not mopped each day. I had to use floor towel with some water to clean the room floor. I found previous guest hair in the shower. the restroom should be cleaned better. as we stay together 5 nights (2 bookings) in the same room, the room has not be cleaned enough. the kettle is very dirty which we cannot use and have asked for a new one. the rest is great, if the cleanliness can be improved everything would be perfect!

The rooms were spacious. The dining area was close to the park. It was quiet and easily tracked. The breakfast was brilliant and the spread was quite lavish. And the dinning area over looked the park.

The staff did not have proper information about the tour or what a tourist can do. They can try and read a little bit more and give in info to tourists. Also it was far from the central. But the train stop was just a kilometre away and Copenhagen is generally very well connected.

The hotel staff were very friendly and our room was very clean. It was worth the value. Though this hotel is away from copenhagen central, it is very well connected and you can get to central in around 25-30 minutes. The breakfast was very good. There is Netto supermarket in few 100 metres and a Lidl right next to Glostrup station.

As we already knew that the hotel was far from central, we planned our travel to and from the city. Would recommend doing so if you are time contrained.

Room was large and well equipped, including chromecast TV, minibar & kettle. Breakfast was plentiful and full of choises. Nice terrace to eat breakfast also. Free and large parking included. Good price and service, I was happy to visit the place.

Room was hot as there was no air condition, some noise also came from the nearby street during night. Woke up early to sunlight as there was no dark curtains over the windows. Bit bad showerhead.
