I chose this hotel to challenge myself to get to know a slightly less centric part of Copenhagen, and it was the best decision I could have made. I found the hotel quite beautiful, with great design features, very comfortable accommodations, and the nicest staff (which, as we know, can make a real difference). My room was spacious, with a simple and tasteful decor. The bed was probably one of the best I've ever slept in, and the heated bathroom floor is a great feature. You can make your own coffee/tea, and there's also a steamer for your clothes, which can be very handy when we're traveling. Breakfast is really good, with a wide variety of tasty, fresh produces. Also, the complementary wine / gin hours are such a classy and friendly touch! Carlsberg and Vesterbro ended up being my favorite neighborhoods, not only for their architecture, but also for their overall vibe. Metro and train are close enough, which is very convenient, but I actually ended up walking to the city center and that added up to my positive experience of the city.

I'm usually suspicious of 100% positive reviews, but this hotel was honestly a great choice, I really can't point to anything I didn't like.

We lived in a clean and spacious room with the big round window facing the tower view. We also had a tasty and healthy breakfast. We would definitely come again!

There is no fridge in the room, also seems to have no bathroom and toilet ventilation. The location is not very close to the station (around 500m), but can be bearable.

Excellent boutique hotel with a very special design starting from the lobby where you are welcome by a beautiful glass bar and delicious coffee, to the amazing breakfast on the rooftop, to the free drinks between 10 and 11 pm daily, to the design furniture and background music, to the beautiful rooms in the lobby, to the friendly and kind staff. Rooms are spacious and luminous and bedding is super comfortable. Hotel was built in the old Carlsberg factory. the building is truly iconic! Highly recommended stay and very good vibes in this boutique hotel.

Not far from downtown but not in the centre. If you really need to be centrally located, this is not the place, but the hotel is so nice that it is really worth being in the city but not really run the centre. There are many restaurants and bakeries and shops around and the metro, bus and train station are not far away.

Happy hours in a very cozy, non typical, fully designed lobby. Architectural gem👍industrial chic, rooms comfortable enough. Breakfast very tasty in the rooftop restaurant with magnificent view. Relaxing, unpretenceous mood in general. Very quiet, maybe too quiet😉

Although the hotel is situated in the interesting Carlsberg neighborhood with a charming mix of old brewery complex and state of the art modern Danish architecture, you feel a little bit off the main city spots and events. Very limited opportunities for dinning or shopping elementary things in the near by area. Time consuming transportation to the city center was a little bit discouraging for me.

This is a beautiful hotel with stylish decor and plenty of additional perks. We really enjoyed our stay here! The evening wine hour and nightcaps are such a lovely touch, and the space in which they're served is so great to sit and relax in. It's absolutely worth getting one of the rooms with a round window if you can; they're a gorgeous feature and we loved sitting there in the mornings to look out over the courtyard. The neighbourhood is a couple of metro stops from the centre of Copenhagen, which can get tiring if you're planning to spend most of your time there, but we preferred to be in the Vesterbro neighbourhood where the vibe was more relaxed and the architecture was beautiful. It felt less touristy, there were fantastic bars, bakeries and restaurants in walking distance, and it was super easy to get the metro into town when we felt like doing some sightseeing. I would absolutely stay here again!

The room has an open plan bathroom design, so there's no door or wall separating it from the bedroom. The toilet has a separate room and door, which is great, but the shower door itself has opaque glass and you step out of your shower into the main room, so there's not a lot of privacy there. It also meant that there's steam throughout the whole hotel room when you have a hot shower (we were there in winter so a long hot shower was essential). We didn't mind it at all but it's worth noting if travelling with someone else!

Fabulous building with so much history converted into an amazing hotel with everything you could wish for and more. The breakfast is great and well worth getting. Nice bonus is the included drinks - morning (Prosecco with breakfast), early afternoon (wine hour) evening (night cap). You can also partake in these at the sister hotel if you’re out and about in the city. Nice quiet location approx 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Just feedback for the hotel - don’t put family’s with young children next door to people who aren’t travelling with them. It wasn't an issue for my stay as I was able to move to a quieter room but this could be a problem for others if fully booked.

The breakfast was very rich, well served and it was great to start the day every morning in the dining room. The hotel is located in a regenerating area, which used to be the industrialized area of Copenhagen and is currently undergoing a change. The hotel, which is housed in an old industrial building, is designed in a precise way that on the one hand makes you feel comfortable and on the other hand hints at the history of the place. The heated floor in the bathroom was outstanding. The location of the hotel seems to be far from the city center. It didn't bother us, what with the fact that by bike the distance is very short. Definitely a place I will return to, we enjoyed the location in the heart of a regenerating residential neighborhood that is a little far from the tourist area.

We stayed at the hotel as a family with a toddler and actually the only complaint I have about the hotel is the fact that they don't have bikes for rent with a child seat. A hotel that is located some distance from the city center and bicycles are such an important means of transportation in the city, it would be good if it offered bicycles for rent with a child seat.

Really well decorated : the room design is pretty and the building itself is quite interesting. A pleasure to the eyes! The location was good: near the M3 and the S train station. The neighbourhood is moving and you can see that lots of exciting things are happening or are gonna happen. A good mix between old and new, modern and classic.

The breakfast, even though is good, is too expensive: 30€ for a buffet, oh my! Yes the food is fresh and you have a nice view of the city but it still doesn’t explain or justify the price. The shower handles to turn on and off the water were hard to turn. I had to use all of my strength to do so and if you have soaps on your hands, you’ll need a towel to use them. ALSO and maybe most important: there was a camera in the shower, like a ring camera for front doors. I asked the receptionist what it was and she told me it was to detect when someone in the shower to heat the floor… well, I wasn’t convinced and still it made me uncomfortable taking showers.

We've stayed before so know what to expect, but its always a cosy stay, and we love the round window rooms. We slept well, so the beds are comfy, and the lounge areas are very relaxing in an industrial, chic way. The daily wine hours are a nice touch. A good selection of tea and coffee is provided in the room. Breakfast was included, and we were happy to see that there was an even better selection available this time. Like most hotel rooms, we found it too warm, so kept the window open, although we were woken up one weekday morning by roadworks at 7.00am!

Somehow our room missed out on being cleaned for the duration of our stay. The reception staff were apologetic and assured us it shouldn't have happened. It was disappointing, but it won't stop us returning as it remains a very good hotel for our purposes.

Very clean and staff were super helpful. The daily breakfast was excellent.

Stairs to get up to floor 0 were difficult with luggage for a single female. No staff to assist with carrying bags up to reception. I specifically requested no down hypoallergenic be in my room due to a severe allergy months in advance which staff agreed to oblige in writing. However when I checked in I was told there were decorative brown pillows with down in them on my bed. Not sure why they would not honor my request. Therefore I did not housekeeping service in the room for the whole stay due to fear they would put the down pillows back on my bed. There were complimentary alcoholic drinks 2 times a day but they did not provide a free non. Alcoholic option for non drinkers which was disappointing since I paid the same price to stay.
