The hotel is right in front of the beach as it says in the description. The place has two pools so it isn't crowded. The rooms are very quiet, you don't hear the noise from outside so its very peaceful. Also it has everything you need. The place is walking distance from restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.
The only bad thing is that the shower didn't have hot water and we call the reception so they can fix it and nobody did it. Someone came to the room but then he left.

The responsiveness of the attendants. Outside was clean and attended to. Staff was very helpful. There was a bathroom in each bedroom.
No hot water, we thought it was just due to the area so didn't say anything until the rest of our friends told us they had hot water. Had to have them come in and replace door handle to get in our room, it broke off while we were inside the room. The best caused the front door to swell and door was hard to open. They were quick to respond to the door issues though.

I loved the location of the hotel and the amount of space in the lodging. The grounds themselves are also lovely. The staff was very nice and when I was able to communicate with them they attempted to be very responsive.
The jacuzzi experience was underwhelming. It took 3 days to get someone to fill it so it could be used. I would not rent a unit again with the jacuzzi based on difference in price. The bed was also a bit firmer than I like but that may be a preference thing. Finally, the staff alerted me that I only need to call the front desk for assistance but no one ever picked up when I called.

Everything was amazing. The place is a little piece of paradise. The apartment was not only beautiful and comfortable but also super well equipped. We even had a hot/cold water dispenser. The bathtub was superb, this and the softness of the linen gave it a spa feeling. But of course the real marvel is the outside: just meters away there's a beautiful beach with cristal clear, warm water, no waves.. we just wanted to stay in forever. We just had a little issue with our door handle that broke one night, and they fixed it the following morning. Everyone was super nice, friendly, and polite. I recommend this place 100%

The location was amazing, the amenities were wonderful, everything was clean and the staff was extra friendly. The check in process was really very smooth and I felt very safe the whole time. The shower pressure was really strong and hot which I loved and the bed was super comfortable. There was a water cooler in the apartment and it was huge. Extra credit to Melisabel at reception and Clarissa at the restaurant!!

We didn't use the restaurant. The pool was clean and good.
One think that I think is kind of uncomfortable is how the bathroom is inside the bedroom; but I know that is a design of the building and at this point it can't be changed. Also, I think that having washing clothes service will be a great addition to the services of the hotel.

I love this place every time I visit Las Terrenas this is where I like to stay. The facility is very clean, and service is good. The beach is directly across the street and the apartment I stayed at had a wonderful view.
The last night there was not water due to a pipe that burst, but that was not their fault. They did repair rather quickly so no problem there.

Location , property is well taken care of. Staff are nice and accommodating.
Not enough pillows. Very difficult to get extra pillows. Also having some kind of chairs for the beach would have been great.

It was advertised that we would have a hot tub but we were told it was not able to get hot. The pool hours should extend past 8pm, when you are on vacation you should be able to enjoy yourself and 8 is a little early.
