The place has beautiful plants all over the place, it's a little oasis. Casas are spacious and the art is beautiful. Stuff is very nice, smiling, and helpful. It's close to the city beach, bunch of places to eat around.

The casas are duplexes (meaning there's a mezzanine/second floor with two beds and additional bathroom). The rail is not child-friendly, so we ended up not using the mezzanine at all - we took one of the mattresses down. This is only a problem for smallest kids. The internet could be better - it's not strong enough to work reliably, but the manager/owner is trying to upgrade it and make changes to it so that it's better. If you come to work, I would recommend getting a sim card.

Las Palmas was absolutely magical from the lush, tropical landscaping of the grounds to the colorful casitas adorned with murals from local artists. The staff was friendly (and spoke english) and it was a breeze to park. We loved being able to walk to the beach for the sunset and thought the italian restaurant down the street (La Dolce Vita) was amazing. Overall, Las Palmas has everything you need for a great stay in LT (including amazing water pressure!). For the price, it's a great value.

Las Palmas is located off a very busy / congested strip of las terrenas which could be a plus or a minus depending on what you're looking for. We preferred the slightly quieter vibe of the area near playa las ballenas.

Perfect location just steps from the beach but secluded enough for quiet and privacy. You do hear noise from vehicles from the street during the day but it stops in the evening and gets really quiet. The staff is amazing- super friendly and helpful. The place is well kept and maintained. Service comes frequently. There's always someone there to help even late at night. They watch out for your vehicle if you have any. I left my passport behind and they let me know right away. We were happy to go back and say hello. We would stay here again. I traveled with my 15 and 18 yr old son and daughter.

The beds were a little firm but we slept fine. I think getting some pillow tops if they can't change the mattresses would be a great idea :)

This is such a charming and exceptional property. Each of the bungalows are located in a lush, tropical garden, with a high degree of privacy, usually given by bushes. There are exceptional staff, who go out of their way to make their guests feel at home. There are libraries, hammocks, swings and yoga mats available in the common areas. It is not a luxurious property, but well worth spending time there. you will not be disappointed.

This place is paradise located in a very beatyfull and quiet garden . Close to the towncenter, and the nice restaurants on the beach. A 3 min walking distance to the nearest beach. The manager was exstreamly helpfull and the staff very friendly and made us feel at home. We higly recommend the cosy small houses with a local touch of colonial style and atmosphere.

Staff was great. They even built a ramp for my son's wheelchair. They provided beach towels. The house you stay in was huge. 2 floors and 2 bathrooms 1pm check out Steps from the beach and town I would stay again

There was no AC. The good thing is It stayed very cool except in the middle of the day upstairs, their fans were very powerful Cutting grass Monday at 830 in front of our door Someone banging on our door one night, may have been kids but it made me very nervous. Not sure where security was at the time

I loved it! It surpassed my expectations! What a beautiful garden and complex of houses. I loved the architecture and that mix of classic and modern. I also liked that it was very close to the beach, restaurants and walkways where you can jog or walk.

Nothing really. I really liked everything about it.

We had a lovely spacious cabin steps from the beach. The staff was very gracious. The grounds were really nice.

There were some ants but that is life in the topics. It was definitely clean. The ants are geniuses but you can foil them by making little water moats or putting tempting items in the fridge.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION. steps from the beach and restaurants. The entire stretch of beach is so gorgeous and just the vibe on Terrenas. Loved the property itself with gorgeous trees and plants. Very well maintained and clean. Excellent house. Kitchen was well stocked.

Wifi was a bit slow. Got better at night after 7pm.

Very nice complex of houses. Did not expect to get the whole house for ourselves (two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and ourside porch). It was clean, comfy and quiet. Very close to the nice beach of Punta Popy.
