The staff here were super friendly and very helpful. The location was great for excursions to other islands and day trips. There were many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel provided us with box breakfasts on the days we had to leave early and a good breakfast on the days we could stay. Rooms were big and comfortable and generally quiet at night.

It wasn't a problem for me but you do need to use the stairs to go to the rooms. Some of the rooms were up 4 flights of stairs - just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. Some people in our group reported no hot water some mornings.

The pool, the air-conditioning, the breakfast, the location

The ac in my roomm was facing the window so was loosing quite a lot of the coldness out the window even though was shut. There was a noise throughout the day and night that was very annoying like a plumbing or electrical sound. WiFi in the room didn't work the entire time

The location is great. It is close to everything. The staffs are very helpful. Room is clean with very comfy bed. Wifi has bit issue, some time is not working.

The door has a big gap at the bottom. I saw ants in my room and a little gecko on my bed. I have to spray "bug-off" around my bed and door.

The lobby was nicely decorated and the pool was really nice. The pool fountain was not on during our stay which I normally would not note but it is on their cover photo. They offered separate pool towels for the pool and bathroom right off the room. Good size room. Overall I thought it was a good value for the money. .

There only seemed to be one place to plug in anything in the room. The beds were ok but not great. No refrigerator in the room but you could use the community refrigerator in the communal kitchen.

Friendly helpful staff, a very special thanks to Dillon !!!! Being able to chill out by the pool waiting for our boat . And to the staff member you moved us to the first floor so we did not have to carry our bags to the fourth floor.

The staffs are so kind. I asked much about the hostel and the town, and they gave me best answer all the time. room is also nice and they clean it everyday

Good location, Good services provided by the ladies of the reception. They are really helpful. Enjoy the stay with the Hostal.

Breakfast is Ok, however, it will be perfect if can prepare more choices.

Location was good, the room was very simple (price was low), WiFi was good, breakfast was basic, and personnel was very helpful, more than I expected.

Amazing and helpful staff. Great location. Clean. Hot water. Good A/C. Highly recommended!

Mrs. Abigail (front desk person) was awesome. Very friendly and informative. Loved this hostal.
