The staff was amazing and really helpful and helped me locate some lost item The breakfast was great the best I had in a hotel so far The room was clean and well equipped The location is really nice close to shops and restaurants

The hotel doesn't answer the phone I had trouble locating the hotel and tried to call multiple times while I was standing in a really really hot place and they didn't respond, I also called the day earlier to inform about something noone responded The beach opens only at 9 am and closes at night and the pool as well starting 10 am which was annoying and affected my timeline

It’s so close to everything, many Cafe shops, Markets and Restaurants, Cinema (not high quality but good), Bowling and entertainment center, lake inside the hotel & Swimming pool (good not perfect). So close to the beach (you can see from your room balcony) and on the beach you can find Jet ski, Parachuting, Speed boots etc. also near to Yachts harbor where you can rent a yacht or share with others and there is also a marine where you can see underwater: Fishes and Coral reefs. Finally the Teleferique , it’s really exciting experiment.

The water was cut but they were very helpful and supplied us with water. The TV remote control was 🤮

professional staff , you feel like hotel 5 star not 4 start in service. Mr Mohamed Elgazaar & Mr Mohamed Youssef i appreciate their fast response and their leadership behavior for keeping the stay memorable ☺️ Food was amazing very oriental and speacial thanks to Cheif Hazem Hamdy and Chief Mohamed . Animation team super amazing Hotel is big resort and location is perfect

Just furniture need to be upgraded but overall as 4 star is acceptable you cannot feel that .

First of all I like the staff mainly the receptionist Mr. Mohamed el shahat he is a good man and working hard want to prove himself … very helpful and explaining every thing the hotel .. second I like the cleanness and the open buffet for breakfast

The place is very good but it miss the night show and animation teams with many happy action in the resort … like other resorts .. the doors for our room are old and the card may not work … so please renovate it I hope there is a good stay in the beach … I mean food court in the middle of the sea … I think if this was done … the hotel will have a very large and huge amount of guests .. please study it ❤️❤️

I like the room, the view, and atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful, specially Mr. Islam from the reception, and Ms. Haidy from animation team. Food was very delicious and restaurant team are helpful and nice. Thanks Porto El Sokhna for the great experience.

The services are over priced. The main road between the hotel and the sea is annoying and ugly, and also disturbing the sea view.

Amazing experience, very welcoming staff starting from Mr Ahmed in the reception till Mr Mohamed (the restaurant manager) including the house keeping, the restaurant service especially Mr Saleh, the beech service and the pool service. Everyone was friendly and very helpful very recommended if you want a piece of mind

poor Wi-Fi but can be sorted if you have your mobile network The sea is on the other side of the road but the bridge is making your way easy

the location is amazing and the room is wide and clean and the breakfast was delicious. sea view is nice.

bathroom needs upgrade as the sink was rocking and tub plug is not fixed. The hotel is in the first floor and the terrace is above cafés and restaurants so u can hear the noise of the people in the aisle. the beach access is inconvenient. the heated pool is so narrow and made for kids.

Room was spacious with both shower and Tub bath, very nice sea view, very good open buffet breakfast and Dinner, very nice beach with water sports activities, good Swimming pool, good kids play area (but not free)

Noise from the walk underneath the rooms was noisy at night and windows is not shielding it so we had bad sleep at 1st night, but second night was OK. Bed wasn't that comfortable, Kids play area is not free.

It was a nice stay , good staff ,, rooms are clean and comfortable ..food was not that much especially dinner .. pool was good but there is few games no aqua no animation team .. slight long distance to beach .. but sand no rocks was amazing only crowdiness was the problem .. in general it is acceptable for one day stay ( one night )
