I didn't like that at the open buffet you are not allowed to put food for yourself and you must stand in a line for the chef to put everything to you

-Entertainment activities was great -pool and aqua was fun -food variety was ok in dinner but in breakfast was extraordinary -room neat and clean but need more light coverage - Stuff super friendly overall and after staying 8 nights in total in the past 2 weeks and in humble experience (stayed over 100+ nights on Sokhna-za’afrna hotels and resorts) Sea Club (4 stars) way better than grand and golf (5 stars) and others which in the same district

- beach shallow cuz of low tide, avoidable by googling the timing of tides to settle in the right time - mosquitoes also can be avoided but spraying your body mosquitoes repellent (Johnson OFF) - reception desk, lobby, and main restaurant A/C wasn’t doing its job

the Sea Club hotel is my favorite place to book for a relaxing beach trip in sokhna! the rooms are private and quiet. the food is typically very good. the beach is clean and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I have been visiting consistently since 2014 and have never been disappointed!

The Decorations were amazing, the room was very good & very clean, the staff were very friendly, The Pools were beautiful & clean. The view from my room was beautiful. The Bathrooms were so elegant and clean. There are of course some things I didn’t like but none of them are a deal breaker and they won't stop me from going back at all. They more like inconveniences not actual negatives & they definitely outweighed by the so many positives the Hotel has. One of the best Vacations I ever had 💙

My main 3 Complaints would be: 1. The TV in the rooms cannot play videos which is inconvenient if you wanted to have a cozy movie night. 2. It felt a bit weird that you have to pay for Wi-Fi. 3. During breakfast & dinner etc... They have the Chefs serve the food not the guests and it's quite awkward because they can serve you 1 portion of this & a bigger portion of that & it's not very practical & multiple guests didn't like that.

Stella Di Mare Sea Club Hotel is our favorite. Whenever we have a couple of days for vacation we go there without hesitation. Staff is wonderful and helpful, Most Rooms are spacious and clean, 3 small pools and one main pool with a mini waterfall, jacuzzi bubbles and slides (which was installed recently and we don't really like it). Their staff at the restaurant are amazing, there is always plenty of choices in breakfast and dinner. The Restaurant is big enough so that you never feel it is crowded even if the hotel is fully booked. The beach is amazing and very safe as it is shallow most of the time.

There is a private beach for the hotel, but it is a moderate walking distance 5-10 minutes walk. However, there is a funny shuttle that keeps taking people to and from the beach. The downside is that the shuttle stops its rounds before sunset. Sometimes the rooms are not well maintained, especially the mosquito screen on the windows which is usually torn and allows mosquitoes to enter. Some rooms are quite far from the restaurant, the main pool and of course the beach which makes it a burden to walk especially with children and their stuff. The small pools between the groups of rooms are really nice, and they have simple slides. But there are usually some bugs whose bites really hurt and last for a long time.

- the very long queue of the restaurant is frustrating as it ends up that u need to be in different queues for more than 1 hours to have ur breakfast instead of enjoying having ur breakfast there are many ways to solve this issue either by adding more chefs to the loaded sections especially the egg section or to prepare ready made plates to be taken by guests in some sections - you should study the possibility of the adults to hold their 8 years and less kids or to use flotters when using the slides instead of preventing them from using then

Green landscape, multiple swimming pools, activities for adults and kids, helpful and respectful staff with very quick reaction time. Food is good, not very fancy but above average.

‐ Many rooms smelled cigarette smoke. However, staff were helpful in relocating us to other rooms until we found a smoke-free room ( wasn't an easy task). ‐ No water nor juice nor any drinks are served in the paid dinner. Doesn't make sense to charge separately for drinks for an already expensive paid-for dinner. ‐ No prayer area. Found a run-down mosque for resort workers to pray the friday prayer.

Very high quality service. Food is amazing and the staff is super friendly. The gardens and pools are very well taken care of.

You are not allowed to enter the hotel/room with water, juice or any snacks from the supermarket. You can only buy from the restaurant and pay six times the price for the same item.

the hotel is very close to the main Ian sokhna road so its very short distance to Cairo they gave us room upgrade, it was really pleasant and I really enjoyed my stay,, everything is clean and staff are really helpful, the food is good and variety to choose from staff overall are very helpful and friendly specially at breakfast and dinner restaurant staff the beach is nice and clean as well you can even rent banana boat or paddle boat

the pool is not heated, so we couldn't enjoy swimming in the pool what bothered me was the aqua park, they didn't let my 4 years old boy to use it,,and the reason is that he is not 8yet many families same as mine were bothered and angry,, my kid wasn't happy and both me and my kid had cold from getting into the cold pool at that time of the year so instead we stayed the whole 2 day on the beach the staff on the pool aren't friendly at all

The property has a lot of greenery spaces which help you unwind. Aqua park is amazing for both children and adults. Food quality is very good. Beach is very clean and relaxing. I am very grateful to Ms Israa for her care. She was very keen to make our stay as much comfortable as possible. Really, much appreciated!

The room doors are of a certain type which continue to give an alarm if the door is not completely closed. Honestly, the is very disturbing esp in the morning when someone is sleeping. No mattress on the beach chairs.
