Pools are not heated This was a big issue and would make me think about coming again

Food was great, although there was no many varieties. The beach and pool was far above my expectations. Staff was friendly and the room service is excellent. They changed the pool rules to accept burkini which is a great step.

Nothing! only there is allot of crows and they try to steal your food and stand on your umbrellas whenever it is possible.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was superb, and the room was comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and the highlight was the amazing food served in the hotel.

However, during both check-in and check-out, the same receptionist didn't provide details about the room, Wi-Fi access, and seemed unprofessional. Moreover, the receptionist mentioned that we should be very happy with the hotel rate, which also seemed unprofessional. The same experience occurred during check-out; they didn't ask about our overall rating, and when I inquired about future reservations and managing them, they weren't very informative.

Mosquitos are quite annoying in the evening, Hotel administration must find a solution. Pool design makes it not safe specially for children. Difficult to understand where shallow area ends and where deep area starts. Food good but not excellent, no much varieties compared to other hotels in the same category Breakfast same everyday. No much pool and beach activities

internet was very very very bad and i spoked many time about that but no action has be taken .. it is not good for hotel 5 stars. they have to used access point in every places around the hotel. you have to pay for water at the dinner this is shameful thing for 5 stars hotel. it will coast nothing for the hotel but it will give good reputation.

It was one of the best stays I spent in the red sea, reception staff are super nice, making sure you have the comfort you need. My room had an amazing view for gardens and sea at the same time. Room service did a great job, to keep my room clean and beverages topped up. The food variety is very good, also its quality was beyond satisfying for me. I also had a Swedish massage with a professional Thai lady, was very relaxing, clean, and professional, helped to regain energy. I can not say anything but Grand Hotel really helped me chill as I wished for, the level of professionalism makes them way above other places. Next time for sure I will visit with my family.

Flawless in every aspect. All guests visiting Ain Sokhna should make reservations at Stella Di Mare Grand, which offers an amazing and beautiful view of the Red Sea at an affordable price. There is a supermarket with everything you need in the village where the hotel is situated. There were many different meal options, and breakfast and dinner were both generally rather filling and delicious. I had a great day and will most certainly return soon. Stella is fortunate to have Caroline; special appreciation to her for her kind and inviting smile.
