I really liked how Mrs Merna handled my complain in a very efficient way, and she spared no efforts to ensure my satisfaction and expectations, in general the whole staff are extremely helpful and friendly with a very nice smile on their face always

the Hotel is very nice in terms of location, structure, however the stairs (which was built from the island stones) are inconsistent neither is step length or height. also as the Hotel in top of an island i strongly recommend to have night activities from the the culture it will be extremely perfect

BenBen is an amazing marvelous place like I have never seen before. The view on the Nile & Philae is breathtaking. All the team was adorable and very attentive to our requests. Furthermore, breakfast was really delicious and copious. Thank you again !

The place where we took the boat wasn’t very well indicated, we get confused when arriving at the spot as nothing was pointing out to BenBen hotel. But I understood that the harbor was under construction, so I guess the issue is already handled ;)

Our stay at Benben hotel was awesome! - Once you get there, you feel the beauty of the place and we didn't want to leave - The staff (especially Mr. Essam and Ms. Rowaida) showed us the highest quality of hospitality and made us feel welcomed from the moment our feet touched the island. It is also important to note that we visited there in June! - The weather didn't feel hot and the hotel room in morning and evening times is very comfy with amazing sunrise & sunset views. The restaurant provides high quality meals and the service was very good.

Trips are quite over priced.

If there is a word to describe our experience & the hotel, it will be magic. If you are looking for magic & wonder, you have got to go to Benben. This is a hidden jewel place. Only to be visited by people who appreciate good vibes, wonderful clean energy. It is a place to detox & bring the best in you. The friendliness of the staff at all levels helps you relax & rest. The food is one of the best experiences in entire Aswan. The hospitality my friend & I we received from the Ben Ben hotel GM Mr. Ashraf Osman shows high professionalism & sincere keenness on making every guest feel happy, joyful during their stay & grateful that Ben Ben was her/his choice to stay in Aswan. I would like to mention Mrs. Haidy, guest relations manager for the wonderful orientation she gave us for the wonderful vibes she brings to the place. Next time I ll ensure that I ll stay longer to enjoy more & get the best from one of the best places not only in Aswan but in entire Egypt .

Stunning hotel, everything was perfect, would love to have stayed longer! All the staff are super friendly and happy, the food is amazing, they 24 hour AC and room service, and packed us a massive breakfast to take with us for a really early tour we went on. They can arrange for someone to go into the city and get alcohol for you if you want it. From our room we had amazing views (I think they all do!) and the private jacuzzi tub on the balcony was really decadent. Ten out of ten all round for this hotel! Tip: The rooms at the top have amazing views, and are a steep climb - though they can give you a ride most of the way up in a little tuktuk. The river taxi to shore takes 15 mins.

LITERALLY the BEST accommodation I have ever stayed in in over 70+ countries. Location is unbeatable on a quiet little island overlooking the Philea temple and the Lake. Beautiful surroundings and the most peaceful place to reflect on life. Each room is beautiful with a hot tub on the balcony. I wish I could have stayed forever.. I have left a piece of myself there. The hotel staff were wonderful and the food was delicious. The hotel owner should be very proud. Boats run to and from the hotel from a small port outside of Aswan. The easiest way to reach here was to use Careem as it's pretty hard to find otherwise, especially with bags. The small boats run as often as you need and the hotel will organise this for you.

Our room was super nice, comfortable, with a jacuzzi and nice views to the lake. The place is very quiet and we could rest, borrow some books from their bookshelf, play cards, and hang out in the garden by night (day time is too hot). I also loved the decoration. The breakfast was super complete and tasty, also the lunch options were absolutely yummy! This is all possible because Ben Ben has a great staff running the place. They are always smiling, kind, and willing to make you feel at home. 😊

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the BenBen by Dhara Hotels in Aswan, Egypt. The hotel is located on Heissa Island, a small island in the Nile River. The setting is absolutely stunning, with views of the Nile River and the Philae Temple. The hotel has beautiful decorated rooms and suites. Our room had a king-size bed, a private balcony with a jacuzzi, and a stunning view of the Nile River. The bathroom was also very spacious, with a large walk-in shower. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and attentive. Food was really good including a variety of local & international dishes. Best juices we’ve tried so far! Special thanks to Taha & Mahmoud who took care of us at the restaurant. Staff were always happy to help with anything we needed. Specially front desk members who helped with our daytrips and transfers and organized everything for us! We would definitely love to come back!

The grounds and rooms are absolutely beautiful and the views out over the water are amazing. We absolutely loved it here. The spa is amazing, especially the coffee orange scrub. Leave time in your schedule to enjoy the spa services if you stay here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are immaculate and well designed. The food is well priced for being in an isolated location, but I think they can work on improving the consistency/quality of the food and drinks as they were hit and miss. I would absolutely stay here again, the place itself was a highlight of our trip! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Just some advice if you stay: Although the Philae Temple is directly across from the hotel, you have to boat to a ticket entry point/security first and then come back to the ruins, so rather than 10 minutes, it takes about 40 minutes to get there. The site in the summer opened at 7am (not 8am) as the staff had thought, so we arrived after all the crowds had arrived instead of trying to beat the crowds. If you stay here, the boat to land is free, but the car transfers the hotel provides are incredibly expensive compared to what we did everywhere else in Egypt, a 15 minute drive to the airport was about $50. If you are on a budget, figure out a contact for transportation in Aswan to save money. It is worth it to stay here though!

This is the most beautiful location we have visited in egypt. We like it so much we came back à week after leaving. The staff always gives us a warm heart welcome. We felt super safe the whole time. Everybody is open and available, always checking on us making sure our stay is perfect. The aesthetic of the entire hotel is beautiful and each room has a perfect view. The food is good, everything was perfect from beginning to end. We plan on coming back each year.
