Hotel is clean and very comfortable. The Staff and Management are very friendly and helpful. I had a slight issue when I first arrived, nothing to really talk about, but I met with the Manager. He couldn't have been any more accommodating and for my "trouble" again, not even worth mentioning, he offered to upgrade my room. I declined the upgrade, the room I booked was more than adequate. Point being, he did his best to ensure that I was completely satisfied. The restaurant on location has a great dinner buffet that is reasonably priced. The room service is exceptional. In particular, Amal Sayed stands out in the crowd. She made sure that my room was perfectly managed and comfortable for me. I couldn't have asked for more.

No ATM on site, but I understand that they are working on that. If you use the laundry service, which I highly recommend, make sure you have cash, as well as with the spa and salon. They do not accept credit cards.

The Pasha Bar & the delicious nibbles with our drinks. We enjoyed a fantastic turkish bath in the spa. Lovely lobby area with great coffee & pastry shops. The beds were very comfortable in our rooms. Lots of great mirrors in the room & bathroom. Wifi was brilliant. The room cleaners were very friendly & helpful. A lovely surprise & lovely touch on day 1 was the fruit selection & chocolates, biscuits & cakes. Water replaced every day.

There seems to be a long wait for food at lunchtime & evening time. On Saturday morning the breakfast buffett was being cleared away before 10:30am, which I found to be uncomfortable while trying to have breakfast. So not a lot of selection left between 10:15am-10:30am. Coffee at breakfast buffet was cold, only saw tea on last day. I could not take a bath as it was too dirty. But fine for a shower. The toilet roll holder was broken on arrival & all week. On Saturday we were only left with 1 bath towel when it should have been 2, there were 4 on arrival. The room keys did not work most of the week & we had to get them re activated at least twice if not more.

Everything was great. They're as friendly as any Egyptian can be. And they're very professional.

2 things I would improve on: - The cleaning staff are constantly yelling across the halls during the making up of the rooms.. Not sure if anything can be done for sound insulation - We were being called every day to see if we're happy. Which obviously we were, so would recommend for staff not to call the guests every single day, because you're ruining the experience and comfort.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was very comfortable. Good workmanship in the construction. Considering the apparent age of the place, it's quite well maintained, even if a bit dated. My guess is this place was once very high end, but unlike many others that try to look the part and fall to bits after 10 years, this place is still sturdy, if not as luxurious as modern standards demand. I appreciate that they tell you not to take photos out of the window facing a military compound. Location is good for proximity to the airport and just off a main road. 6am Uber to the airport took maybe 10 minutes. And definitely use Uber in Cairo and Giza, as it's not much more than InDrive, which is what you will want to use in Sharm El Sheik.

Hotels with carpeted floors almost never have proper vacuums with beater bars to pick up grime and this place is no different. There was even a shirt button on the floor when we walked in. Staff probably doesn't clean their vacuum filters ever. Central air conditioning is extremely loud and very slow to cool a room. There are only 2 passenger lifts that can hold maybe 4 people if you pack it in, so that's not good. The location could be better insofar as there aren't many decent food options nearby.

short trip to the airport which I was thankful for. I had a hard time ordering an Uber from the airport (no wifi) and was scammed by the airport taxi driver so arriving to the hotel and getting a free upgrade changed the mood of my trip. The receptionist Ibrahim Montaser was super nice and friendly and helped me with the free upgrade. there’s a 24/7 room service which was a pleasant surprise as I arrived late. staff were amazing and the view from my room was breathtaking. AC was kind of loud but not to the point that doesn’t let you get a good nights sleep. bathroom was spacious, clean and had everything you need!

that I only stayed for one night only!

Good hotel directly opposite Baron Empain Palace, and quite close to the airport. I used it for an overnight transfer, and appreciated the free airport shuttle. Good amenities as you would expect from a hotel of this category. Staff have been very helpful and responded quickly on the Booking chat.

Nothing really, although there were some confusing messages in the Booking chat prior to arrival e.g. about reconfirming payment and thanking me for the stay before even arriving -- apparently some technical issue. The actual stay was perfectly fine.

Eventually, I had a good quick meeting with Mr. Taha shehata and Menaa, thanks for their welcome, focus, and understanding 🙏 .

Value was a little high, maybe because of location and seasonal events conducted .

The hotel provided a comfortable stay, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Its location near various attractions made it easily accessible, and the breathtaking view of Baron Castle added to its charm. The room was clean and cozy, ensuring a pleasant stay. While I didn’t have the opportunity to use the hotel’s facilities, they appeared inviting, especially during Ramadan. The check-in/out process was smooth, and the staff were friendly throughout my stay.

Nothing.

I loved the location and some of the staff! The room was good and view was nice of Baron Palace.

Buffet Manager who was lazy to find out if I paid or not made me go twice to reception to get his staff to confirm and didn’t apologise for embarrassing me which I found unprofessional. The bathroom had sewage smell which made our stay uncomfortable.
