I got a free upgrade to the business suite, which I found excellent. The suite was large, nicely furnished, and comfortable. The food is great, and prices are affordable compared to other hotels. It is a good place for a family or for business. It was close to the areas of shopping and big malls, by car, of course. The café and hotel restaurants had various options, and all are reasonably priced. A notice to know it's a dry hotel. They don't provide alcoholic beverages in the hotel. That wasn't a problem for me because I don't drink. However, if you want alcoholic drinks, ask the hotel about your options before you book.

I had an exceptional stay at Triumph Plaza Hotel as usual back to 2018, this is the 6th year, I must commend Rahma Tarek, the beautiful receptionist who made our experience truly memorable. Rahma's exceptional service and attention to detail added a special touch to our visit, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced our overall enjoyment. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality! The friendly staff at Triumph Plaza Hotel played a pivotal role in making our stay extraordinary. From the warm greetings in the morning to the helpful tips provided throughout the day, every team member radiated genuine friendliness. It was a pleasure interacting with such a dedicated and welcoming staff, contributing significantly to the overall positive ambiance of the hotel.

We absolutely loved our staying at Triumph Plaza Hotel. Entire place is just breathtaking, from marble floors and walls to great chandelier in the lobby. Our room was clean, comfortable and cooled down. What we loved the most is the staff that was very hospitable and efficient. The dinner was excellent, so was the waiter. We had to check out early in the morning since our flight was at 4 a.m. and we had help from night receptionist, parking attendant and porter. We would especially like to thank Rahma who was extremely helpful and welcoming.

I had so much fun staying at this property. It took me back to the golden era of Egypt classic times. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, I loved how flee blankets were available, every little detail was taken care of, the room service food was delicious and the staff are very professional welcoming and friendly, I can't thank you Enough for extending my checkout time fully free of charge. This is definitely NOT my first and last, you will be seeing more of me. Thank you so much Maria George, Rahma, and Shirred

House keeping should be more fast, they've been slow once.. but other than that they are fast and amazing

The staff are exceptionally friendly, they made me feel like I'm checking into my house. They did a marvelous job of making me feel I'm home. This location in Cairo is new. The hotel was build in 2007 and it has such an unmatched strategic location that makes you literally 10-20 minutes max, away from any point in the entire city. It's also walking distance to Roxy square, one of the best shopping spots in Cairo. I was also given a free upgrade for 2 nights.

Stayed in triumph plaza for 4 nights and truely it is a very exceptional hotel owing to its staff. The staff are very professional, helpful and made sure I had a comfortable and cozy stay in every possible way. They upgraded my reservation to a deluxe room and gave me full access to a lounge with light dinner and lunch meals so it was technically a full board stay. The room is spacious, very clean and well furnished. The breakfast buffet was varied to match all tastes. Highly recommended and I would definitely come back when in cairo again.

The Hotel was exceptionally clean, from lobby to rooms. Staff members were very very friendly and always ready to assist. Aymaan the day Concierge Manager , Ahmed Mohammed and Ahmed Sameer , literally everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was well catered for and food was delicious. Would highly recommend the hotel.

The noise from the restaurant if they have party and you choose a city view room Little noise from the road ,however, the windows' sound isolation is decent . If you can't sleep with mild noise ,pick the internal view room

The staff on the reception were great, helpful, polite and very supportive The room is nice, big, clean and cozy The location is perfect in one of the old high class areas in Cairo, around 30 minutes away from the Pyramids and old cairo.

The windows are not soundproof , I woke up before 6 am because of the noise coming from the main road. I had to pay extra amount of money ($20), because I'm not Egyptian/ residence and that wasn't clear on booking.com

Great location. Very very Friendly stuff and stable internet I’ll still choose this hotel over others in same area.

Room wasn’t clean enough on check in especially the toilet my mistake I didn’t call room service on check in and I cleaned myself. Towels were smelling even the new ones. They offered to change the room but I was mostly out so I only asked to clean the room. Shower was leaking water.
