Receptionist Dina Salem deserve 10 out of 10 easy cool and appropriate. Aziz duty manager deserve 12 out of 10 I appreciate him and I should have rated him from previous stay. He appreciates customers and does what it has to be done. He smart and reflective to customer experience. Gloria she's kind and takes feedback seriously listens and responds . Not like other hotels Marina fast smart and easy. Need to mention Dina explained benefits of membership and she's very welcoming and salute with direct warmth. Hamdy and Mohamed at restaurant much better than the rest they come ask if we need anything they bring water Hamdy bring order also some picks from, buffed nicely without asking Dena smiles with heartwarming greetings clearly pure and direct nice person.she should have authority to extend the stay hours pre to check out to customer preferences. Doors are open on the terrace for long time thus Not cold loppy Heat comes from door open as wedding happen or pre to it..these door could be replaced by automatic doors ..both of them Laundry must use soap when clean preferred perfumed soap There is no barbar shop Corridor there is paint smell Pool not open 24h This hotel is near airport if someone wants to stay 1 night because most ppl wish to travel as transit. Preferably General manager discuss with finance and team involved better prices for those staying more than 1 night or more than 2 nights or perhaps better prices for those staying 1 week and all times membership during the year. Room windows need to have reflection so those outside can't see those inside

There was a man in the lift who creeped us out - he was a staff member at the hotel and targeted women who got into the lift on their own. He put his arm around you and took photos and even asked me for a kiss!!! Totally unacceptable. I reported him to reception and told my group of ladies to only get in the lift in two’s.

Breakfast selections & options were fantastic. There was something for all nationalities. Starting at 04:00 meant you could grab something very early before an early flight/tour. Location - excellent especially plane & bags/exiting at terminal 3 which we were. Staff before our arrival & at check-in were super helpful despite the late hour(23:30) Driver arranged for early morning(06:30 departure from hotel) Pyramid trip. Very accommodating. Great experience would highly recommend.

We stayed at Le Méridien Cairo Airport and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect – direct access from Terminal 3 made our transit very easy and stress-free. The check-in was smooth, the staff were welcoming, and with my Bonvoy membership we felt well looked after. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, exactly what we needed after a long flight. The bed was super comfortable, and we had a good rest before continuing our journey. The swimming pool was a great bonus – perfect to relax before the next flight. We will definitely choose this hotel again for future stopovers in Cairo. Highly recommended!

Very conveniently located, you can walk to Terminal 3 of the airport without need to take a shuttle. Great for those early morning flight. Hotel is very modern, stuff ver helpful. Nice pool, spa and 3 restaurants with different cuisines. Also have tight security to get into the hotel. Rooms are very soscious. Free water bottles (4 per room) every day. Nice coffee shop and bar.

They have wedding s so one night was a bit noisy but only until 10 pm. That said the reception warned me about it at check in time and asked if I wanted a room on the other side of the hotel to avoid the noise. So overall not a big deal and I appreciate them telling me in advance.

The location is definitely what sold it to us. There’s a link bridge from Terminal 3 to the hotel. It took us just a couple of minutes to walk. You’ll need to take the elevator from Departure hall (just below Burger Kings). There were a few servers we adore… 3 from Chinese restaurant (Aya, Mariam and Tesar), Ahmed from breakfast, a female server from buffet lunch time on the 30/09 (I didn’t catch her name), Housekeeper on floor 3 west wing (Female) and concierge. Reception was touch and go… Not rude but not friendly either. The hotel’s directions were not very clear on certain things… I.e. direction to the hotel from airport and from reception to the rooms. Buffet selection was quite vast but nothing really stands out. Food in Chinese restaurant was surprisingly good. I love the toiletries in the en suite bathroom though. It’s from one of my favourite brands.

The manager at the dinner buffet was very rude and unwelcoming I was asked to sign for dinner although I paid in advance, so it did not make sense. When I questioned that, the explanation provided did not make sense to me. My feedback regarding this was not taken into consideration by the manager at the dinner buffet. The TV, phone, and hallway light were not working. However, the issues were resolved once reported. It would have been better to check the rooms are fully operational before checking in guests!

We had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The team, from the front desk to reservations, was so helpful with our wedding photoshoot. They offered us an early check-in and a late check-out, which was a huge help with our 5:00 PM flight to Georgia. A special shout-out to the wonderful woman who helped my wife with her wedding dress during the photoshoot—she was absolutely amazing and incredibly kind. We stayed two nights and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

While most of the staff was wonderful, we were very disappointed with the event director, Nancy Noshy. It was very difficult to get in touch with her; she was slow to respond to our calls and messages, and we had to repeatedly chase her just to get information from her or even to receive the payment receipts.

I loved this hotel and it was just what we needed after a week long tour of Egypt. We managed to check in early which was great and we were shown to an amazing room with two large beds and everything needed for an overnight stay. Staff were great and the pool an added bonus. Food at the sports bar was excellent and very well priced. We have already booked for another stay for out international flight home. This place is located perfectly near Terminal 3 and you can access it by walking over the transit bridge from the arrivals/departures in Terminal 3. There is also a shuttle bus that will take you to terminal 2 and 1 from the hotel. We used the free shuttle to Terminal 2 for our early morning flight with no hassles at all.
