11 days were memorable during the holy month of Ramadan with activities at the Nubian village or the month's very special drinks and food. The hotel mastered it unique hospitality very well. Nothing beats it's security and location were very good. Mr. Mahmoud the bellman was more than helpful to me he assisted almost in everything from helping with my luggage to clothes needs to be gone to laundry. Also can't forget the helpful reception staff were good too. . All in all amazing experience.

Nothing in particular. Perhaps the times of restaurant needs to be open for a longer time. That's it.

Really clean room and beautiful facility.

Check in was long, more than an hour. Parking a bit far and location is too close to airport. You feel that you may touch the airplane, and the sound is as expected. Rooms aren’t sound proof and all that noise is making it impossible to sleep. Located far from all the attractions, but that i knew when we booked. Even with all that, as a foreigner, you still feel like they are monitoring you, asked me if I have alcohol in my bags:(( I didn’t use the pool, but i was told i have to cover my hair if i go in. Not sure if it was for religious purposes or because of their drainage system, but for that price, they could buy a better one probably. Overall, it is ok for one from the area, but for foreigners, i don’t recommend.

Really loved this hotel. Stayed for 2 nights at the end of a 9 Day Tour with Nice Tours. Loved being so close to the airport and watching the planes coming in to land. Great room and balcony. The food and service were excellent. Breakfast was an amazing buffet. Everyone was very friendly. Swimming pool was really nice - ladies don't forget a swimming cap or you can buy one in the shop. Also, no bikinis. Do not bring food or drink into the hotel, they have a shop where you can get snacks and there is 24 hour room service. Everything is very reasonably priced. Easy to get an Uber into centre of Cairo and very cheap. Only 10 mins. from Airport. Westerners are very welcome at this hotel and I thoroughly recommend.

I liked everything.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and we were there one night prior to our flight. Sadly we arrived too late to use the pool and left too early but it looked lovely. The staff were helpful our rooms large comfortable and clean. We had a 7am pickup and breakfast was ready at 6.30 for us and many others though they said breakfast was from 7am which was great. We had a short pleasant visit.

Everything was good

We slept here because we had to go early to the airport and didn't want to have to cross Cairo as the traffic is impossible. If this is your plan, this has grest location. If you are actually planning on visiting Cairo, don't stay here as it is very far from any tourist attractions.

About 10mins driving from airport, comfy bed.

Shower tub is extremely small, you can only stand. Window not really noise isolation, still can hear the flight noise. The last day check out, staff informed me that the marble deck was broken(by me) but obviously that damage looked like digging hard with hammer, obviously not from customers. However, the staff told me that he believed me, so far they didn’t charge me from it. But I am not sure if his trick to get some tips.

The staff and facilities were excellent, the breakfast was plentiful, however different from usual North American options

We were very, very, disappointed that the taxi we had arranged through Booking.com was messed up and we were left stranded at the airport for over an hour trying to negotiate a ride to the hotel....not having any Egyptian currency nor trust in the drivers who were mobbing us at the airport. This is something that should be sorted immediately..

Very close to the airport. Huge hotel with a nice big pool. We had at 3-persons room with balcony with view to the pool. Close by (in walking distance) there's lots of stores and restaurents. The hotel staff was very helpfull arranging an Uber to and from the airport.

Our room were not located in the hotel but in a seperated bulding across from the hotel

Location very close to the Cairo international airport. Very warmly welcoming reception staff. Especially Mr.Ahmad was so helpful and always smiling face with us. We arrived hotel very early in the morning. Hotel arranged us early check in , that was so appreciated to us. We will stay again in this hotel

This place is magical mainly because of the staff... super friendly and welcoming.. it is also very clean, convenient and food is tasty. Special thanks to Nada from the reception and Ahmed from the concierge. My stay was in laluna building.

There is a minor noise from the airplanes if the room is in that direction... There is no view if it is a triple room.
