The staff are very friendly and helpful. Khloud is a beautiful asset and is ever present for assistance in making appointments for services. Allaa provides the best therapeutic massage ever and Mohammed in Reception basically runs the show. He is there to solve any issues with professionalism. I went on a lovely beach camel ride and had a blast at a Bedouin Hafla organized by Tyson. Super fun!

The beach is rocky so bring reef shoes is you want to walk in and swim. The beach chairs and cabanas could use attention. They were rather unclean in need of some repairs. Garbage is not regularly picked up, so this was disappointing. I had to take matters into my own hands.

The hotel is located in front of a coral reef, has its own diving centre and is a 5-minute taxi ride to the Blue Hole diving spot. The reception management is great-whatever we needed, we were helped with it immediately. Moreover, we arrived in the middle of the night, and they offered us three plates of snacks as they knew we wre hungry afetr the trip. The dining-room management is also perfect-they serve you fast, and even remember what drinks you liked. A heated outdoor pool is a treat! It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Dahab, but offers a free shuttle ride to Dahab a few times a day, which is awesome. It’s a small hotel, but all-inclusive deals, especially for the snorkellers are worth trying.

Please take care of the sun lounges at the beach- no one cleans them- they are dusty, dirty, old and torn-very unpleasant to lie down on. The sun lounges at the pool are washed with soap, and the ones at the beache are neglected and forgotten. Please make a Wifi spot in the pool area-more people would come for working holidays (now Wifi is only at the reception area). Please serve potato dishes for lunch (not for breakfast-Europeans don’t usually eat potatoes for breakfast) and pizzas and hot sandwiches for breakfast (now you serve them for lunch). Thank you!

Everything was great , the houseskeeper Abdelhameed was very kind and attentive , all the restaurant staff was helpful. Also you can meet the great lady Menna from the guest relations she was very kind.and she cares about what the guest think and need. The food also was very good. I’ll come back again

We had a great stay at Tropitel. The food was good and we loved how it changed every night. There was a lot of variety too. The location is a bit far from Dahab, but they offer a shuttle bus multiple times a day to the city, which is very useful. The mountains in the background and the beautiful water in the front make an amazing combination. It was also great that there was a coral reef right off the beach! The SPA was great and we got some great massages by Mahmoud, Yasser and Moma. Thank you for your care and friendliness during our stay!

The music at the pool during the day was a bit loud sometimes.

The staff are good & friendly in the reception, in the main restaurant especially Mr. Walid, in the bars especially Mr. Hanna on the pool, and the service on the beach too especially Mr. Mahmoud from Alexandria. Location; is so good between the sea & mountains for relaxation. Safari trip is amazing & available at the hotel on spot. Room's sea view is so great too. Sea water is sooo lovely and great for snorkling. Billiards & Ping Pong are available on extra charges.

No daily refill for water bottle in the room in half board packages. Beach is Rocky and needs special shoes to enjoy the lovely water. Rooms need some renovation; No Shattafa in room's toilette. Shower head was old and short. Room's air conditioner & refrigerator sounds were sometimes high. Animation team could be better. Night shows aren't daily, You need to reserve some activities outside the hotel in many nights.

The location is the best part -- there's a pool and also a beach with a pier that leads right to the reef for great snorkeling. The dive shop might have been the best part -- the woman who works there was super nice and encouraged me to take an intro scuba session, which was the highlight of my stay.

The food was ok -- lots of it, but it seemed to cater to Europeans/Israelis and we would have liked more local / Egyptian food (we're American, but try to eat local when we travel). Having said that, for a place that serves a lot of people at a time, it wasn't bad and my advice is to go ahead and get the all meals included option as the location is too far north of Dahab to walk or be getting a shuttle/taxi all the time.

A quiet and secluded beach with a nice reef for snorkeling, nice buffet Breakfast (Not excellent), nice pool

no olive oil in Breakfast nor dinner (why?). poor air condition in the dinnig room. I was asked to write a review immediately upon check-out when I was still at the front desk. This is very unacceptable and unpleasant

This is the fourth time we stay at Tropitel Dahab -- it is our favorite hotel in Sinai. We love its location on the beach near the beautiful coral reef, and the friendly staff always let us feel so welcome: Alaa at the restaurant, Ahmed at the entrance and the entertainment team by the pool to name just few were always helpful and wanted to give us the best service. The superior rooms are clean and spacious with magnificent view to the sea

We love this hotel! Small details are always something to take note of -- like remote control of the A/C in the room or the lamps in the swimming pool.
